Abstract: Quantum mechanics, one of the important theories of modern physics, is fairly esoteric and abstract. Based on the characteristics of the quantum mechanics course, the article studies the modernization of quantum mechan-ics teaching in four aspects: the modernization of the teaching idea, Computer-Aided Instruc-tion, the development of Information technology software and the establishment of three-di-mensional digital curriculum teaching resource library.

Abstract: Colorectal cancer remains the third most common malignancy worldwide. According to the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), colorectal cancer is related to spleen-deficiency, damp-heat, and toxicity accumulation. Traditional Chinese medicine has been confirmed to effectively reduce toxic side effects and enhance curative effects of chemotherapy, palliate clinical syndrome, prevent recurrence and metastasis, improve quality of life and immune function, and prolong survival time in colorectal cancer. However, TCM theoretical and syndrome differentiation study has lagged far behind due to progression of therapy model in colorectal cancer. As a type of drug treatment, there are some common biological basis between chemotherapy, targeted therapy and anti-cancer herb therapy in colorectal cancer, such as apoptosis, cell senescence and autophagy. There are growing needs to explore the effect mechanism and compatibility of anti-cancer herbs, to further enhance the efficacy of TCM treatment in colorectal cancer.
Reaction condition optimization and kinetic investigation of roasting zinc oxide ore using (NH4)2SO4

Abstract: An orthogonal test was used to optimize the reaction conditions of roasting zinc oxide ore using (NH4)2SO4. The optimized reaction conditions are defined as an (NH4)2SO4/zinc molar ratio of 1.4:1, a roasting temperature of 440°C, and a thermostatic time of 60 min. The molar ratio of (NH4)2SO4/zinc is the most predominant factor and the roasting temperature is the second significant factor that governs the zinc extraction. Thermogravimetric–differential thermal analysis was used for (NH4)2SO4 and zinc mixed in a molar ratio of 1.4:1 at the heating rates of 5, 10, 15, and 20 K·min?1. Two strong endothermic peaks indicate that the complex chemical reactions occur at approximately 290°C and 400°C. XRD analysis was employed to examine the transformations of mineral phases during roasting process. Kinetic parameters, including reaction apparent activation energy, reaction order, and frequency factor, were calculated by the Doyle–Ozawa and Kissinger methods. Corresponding to the two endothermic peaks, the kinetic equations were obtained.

Abstract: Due to the increasingly complex business environment and the principal-agent relationship, the enterprise group should establish a control system to prevent agency risk. Besides traditional system control, the parent company tends to adopt an interactive control including decentralized decision making, process communication and target incentive to guide and govern the subsidiaries. As an elastic control mechanism, the interactive control’s effectiveness could be influenced by the resources dependence relationship which is objective existence between the parent and subsidiary company. Based on the classical literature review, this study analyzes the effects of interaction control to the performance (“interactive control → performance”) and the interdependence’s regulating role by a total sample and a multiple-group structural equation analysis based on Chinese groups’ data, the results show that the interactive control could improve the subsidiaries’ performance, but different control process has its particular applicable interdependence situation. In the conclusions, we proposed some suggestions to promote the interactive control’s effectiveness in the enterprise group’s management practices.

Abstract: The application of time delay estimation in passive acoustic detection and location was studied. An improved maximum likelihood estimator as the generalized correlation method for time-delay estimation, which adopted the methods of windowing and least mean square (LMS) filter, was proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the complexity of computation obviously, eliminate the influence of reecho efficiently, and has better estimation accuracy and robustness.
The in vivo study on the radiobiologic effect of prolonged delivery time to tumor control in C57BL mice implanted with Lewis lung cancer

Abstract: 1-cm-diameter Lewis lung cancer tumors growing in the legs of C57BL mice were used. To evaluate effect of dose delivery prolongation, 18 Gy was divided into different subfractions. 48 mice were randomized into 6 groups: the normal control group, the single fraction with 18 Gy group, the two subfractions with 30 min interval group, the seven subfractions with 5 min interval group, the two subfractions with 60 min interval group and the seven subfractions with 10 min interval group. The tumor growth tendency, the tumor growth delay and the mice survival time were analyzed.The tumor growth delay of groups with prolonged delivery time was shorter than the group with single fraction of 18 Gy (P < 0.05). The tumor grow delay of groups with prolonged delivery time 30 min was longer than that of groups with prolonged delivery time 60 min P < 0.05). There was no significant difference between groups with same delivery time (P > 0.05). Compared to the group with single fraction of 18 Gy, the groups with prolonged delivery time shorten the mice survival time while there was no significant difference between the groups with prolonged delivery time 30 min and the groups with prolonged delivery time 60 min.The prolonged delivery time with same radiation dose shorten the tumor growth delay and survival time in the mice implanted with Lewis lung cancer. The anti-tumor effect decreased with elongation of the total interfractional time.New radiation therapy techniques such as sterotactic radiosurgery and IMRT are featured with improving target dose conformity while minimizing radiation exposure to surrounding normal tissues [1-5]. Abstract: Wave equation forward modeling is a very important way to study the seismic propagation underground. In this paper, seismic forward modeling based on two-way acoustic wave equation and two-way elastic wave equation is done using the staggered-grid high-order difference method. Besides, according to the positioning principle, simulation based on one-way acoustic wave equation is made by the Fourier finite difference propagator. In the progress of computing, each geophone directly receives the wave field that has been extrapolated to the surface of the model without lateral stacking. The three simulation results show that two-way wave equations generate directive wave and multiple wave which reduce the SNR severely, while the one-way wave equation method gives a higher SNR with only reflected wave, but it creates larger errors with wide-angle incident wave. For the same model, two-way elastic wave equation algorithm costs the most computational time, one-way acoustic wave equation algorithm costs the least and two-way acoustic wave equation algorithm in between. So for a complex structure model, the three modeling methods can be used simultaneously with different advantages and disadvantages.
