Caracterización y análisis del proceso gerencial aplicado por los productores de maíz del municipio turén, estado Portuguesa, Venezuela.
Alejua,Hilda;
Agroalimentaria , 2002,
Abstract: a study based on technical and economic information concerning production units was carried out in order to characterize and analyze the management process developed by turen maize producers. from the agricultural point of view, turen is one of the most important municipalities in portuguesa state. the final results show the predominance of an autocratic management style where producers act as owners and farm managers and carry out management functions without having formal knowledge or studies. management functions were analyzed based on a technical questionnaire using a representative sample of maize producers from the mentioned municipality. three management levels were identified. they were: superior, with the lowest incidence percentage (9%); sufficient, with 53%, the largest representation; and deficient with 38%. a positive correlation was observed between management levels and physical maize production yields. such results indicate that those producers that efficiently manage their production units, following a formal management process, obtain better results than the others.

Aproximaciones a la verdad en el arte
Benchetrit,Hilda;
Argos , 2009,
Abstract: this article poses an epistemological reflection about the truth in art, starting from neo-science, which does not aspire to obtain absolute truths, but only approximations to the truth. some twentieth-century approaches to interpret artistic works are analyzed, such as panovsky?s iconology, semiotics, psychoanalysis, structuralism, post - structuralism , derrida?s deconstruction, heidegger?s and gadamer?s hermeneutics, as well as ortiz-osés? symbolic hermeneutics. it is concluded that contemporary hermeneutic theories offer the most adequate method to read the artwork, by permitting the interpretation of its complex structural network and having access to its existential and symbolic sense.

Midwifery view of Cesarean section at the request of women
Hilda Bonilla
Medwave , 2012,
Abstract: Currently the "cesarean on demand" is, increasingly, a choice of route of delivery, which can be requested on demand by women. It is not longer necessary that the woman or fetus meets the necessary medical conditions that make professionals have the obligation to perform the required surgery, but it is possible she states her desire of delivering by an artificial route. One of the most important reasons pregnant women mentioned to do so is the "fear of labor pain". Therefore, it is necessary to empower women and give her all necessary information to make the final decision, because this decision must come from a thorough informed analysis, knowing the provable advantages and disadvantages of evidence about vaginal and cesarean delivery. Women must be accompanied by the physician, who provides health care to make this decision.
Indian Theatre and Pedagogy: Requirement of a Good Teacher and Assessment Methods.
Hilda David
Indian Streams Research Journal , 2012,
Abstract: Breezing through the Sunday newspaper I came across a headline which said “Why no one ever forgets a good teacher “and it went on to say further “perhapsthat's because there aren't too many of them around.” That struck a disturbing cord about our accountability towards parting good education to the students. It made me wonder if we have become a bunch who are happy in our comfort zone with a 6th pay carrot dangling in front of us and feel there is no need to part with innovative education? Are we just happy permitting our students with rote learning, summarizing texts and afraid to take that little effort to go beyond the syllabi and support universalization of education?
