Hicham El Bouhaddouti, Khalid Mazine, Abdesslam Bouassria, Ouadii Mouaqit, Elbachir Benjelloun, Abdelmalek Ousadden, Khalid Ait Taleb
Open Journal of Gastroenterology (OJGas) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/ojgas.2014.46040
Abstract: Hemobilia is the result of a pathological communication between bile duct and intra or extrahepatic vessel. 40% to 60% of the haemobilia cases are Iatrogenic, and the other causes are either vascular malformations or hepatic blunt trauma. We describe the case history of a patient in which laparoscopic cholecystectomy was complicated 3 months later by massive hemobilia. The cause of haemorrhage was a fistula between the principal bil duct and the right hepatic artery. This complication was successfully managed by surgery and angiographic embolization with full recovery of the patient.

Hicham El Bouhaddouti, Tarik Souiki, Khalid Mazine, Abdelmalek Ousadden, Khalid Mazaz, Khalid Ait Taleb
Open Journal of Gastroenterology (OJGas) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/ojgas.2015.52002
Abstract: Necrosis of the stomach is rare. It occurs when there is vascular anomalies, gastric volvulus or her-niation and in infectious gastritis. We report a case in which infectious gastritis leads to a necrotiz-ing gastritis that is treated with urgent gastrectomy.
Torsion of a wandering spleen
El Bouhaddouti Hicham,Lamrani Jihane,Louchi Abdellatif,El Yousfi Mounia
Saudi Journal of Gastroenterology , 2010,
Abstract: Wandering spleen is a rare condition defined as a mobile spleen only attached with its pedicle. It can be complicated by a volvulus, which is a surgical abdominal emergency. Preventing infarction is the aim of a prompt surgery that can preserve the spleen and then proceed to splenopexy. We report a rare case of torsion of a wandering spleen associated with a dolichosigmoοd.

Pan African Medical Journal , 2010,

Eddy Oleko Ekuke, Pierlesky Elion Ossibi, Ouadii Mouaqit, El Bachir Benjelloun, Hicham El Bouhaddouti, Boubacar Efared, Laila Chbani, Abdelmalek Ousadden, Khalid Mazaz, Khalid Ait Taleb
Surgical Science (SS) , 2017, DOI: 10.4236/ss.2017.84022
Abstract: Intussusception in adults is rare and accounts for 1% to 5% of cases of acute bowel obstruction. Moreso, colic intussusception remains exceptional in adults and is usually secondary to an endoluminal lesion. Abdominal intestinal lipomas are rarely responsible for colonic invagination. They are often located on the caecum or the ascending colon and rarely on the left colon. We report the case of colo-colic invagination on a descending colon lipoma in a 50-year-old woman.

Pan African Medical Journal , 2010,
Non-Hodgkin s lymphoma revealed by an ilio-colic intussusception in a Moroccan patient: a case report
Karim Ibn Majdoub Hassani,Hicham El bouhaddouti,Abdelmalek Ousadden,Amal Ankouz
Pan African Medical Journal , 2010,
Abstract: Intussusceptions are rare but well-known causes of the small bowel obstruction in adults and an underlying cause is present in the majority of cases. Lymphoma s involvement of the ileum is one of the rare causes of intussusception. CT is a sensitive examination that diagnoses intussusceptions and provides an excellent pre-operative evaluation including possible extension and dissemination especially in intestinal lymphomas. The treatment is almost always surgical and the pathological study is needed for diagnostic confirmation. Authors present an unusual case of intestinal intussusception due to lymphoma of the terminal part of the ileum in a 49-year-old man. Computed tomography confirmed the diagnosis of intussusception and non-Hodgkin s lymphoma of B-cell was diagnosed by histological examination after surgical treatment. Primary intestinal lymphomas differ from gastric lymphomas in clinical features, treatment, and prognosis. They are not well characterized and the standardized concepts for their clinical diagnosis and management are absent. The aim of this rare observation is to shed light on NHL of the small bowel, its clinical and radiological diagnosis and its treatment especially in forms revealed by intussusceptions in adults.
Trichobezoar gastrique - à propos de deux cas
Karim Ibn Majdoub Hassani,Hicham El Bouhaddouti,Youssef Benamar, khalid mazaz
Pan African Medical Journal , 2010,
Predicting Cork Oak Suitability in Maamora Forest Using Random Forest Algorithm  [PDF]
Said Lahssini, Hicham Lahlaoi, Hicham Mharzi Alaoui, El Aid Hlal, Martino Bagaram, Quentin Ponette
Journal of Geographic Information System (JGIS) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/jgis.2015.72017
Abstract: Maamora is considered the most important cork-oak forest in the world with regard to surface. Therefore, anthropic pressure, including cork harvesting, grazing and soft acorn picking up by local communities, has harmful consequences on forest regeneration and the forest become older exceeding harvesting age. Thus, its sustainability depends on the managers’ ability to succeed cork oak plantations. This work presents an assessment approach to evaluate Quercus suber suitability to its plantation which is based on a random forest algorithm (RF). In fact, this suitability has been assessed through analyzing management data related to previous plantation success rates (SR). Then a relationship between SR and a set of environmental and social factors has been investigated using the RF. Application of the fitted model to continuous maps of all involved factors enabled establishment of suitability maps which would help managers to make more rational decisions in terms of cork oak regeneration, ensuring Maamora forest sustainability.
Condensation Heat Transfer in Horizontal Non-Circular Microchannels  [PDF]
Hicham El Mghari, Mohamed Asbik, Hasna Louahlia-Gualous
Energy and Power Engineering (EPE) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/epe.2013.59063
Abstract: This investigation contributes to a better understanding of condensation heat transfer in horizontal non-circular microchannels. For this purpose, the conservation equations of mass, momentum and energy have been numerically solved in both phases (liquid and vapor), and all the more, so the film thickness analytical expression has been established. Numerical results relative to variations of the meniscus curvature radius, the condensate film thickness, the condensation length and heat transfer coefficients, are analyzed in terms of the influencing physical and geometrical quantities. The effect of the microchannel shapes on the average Nusselt number is highlighted by studying condensation of steam insquare, rectangular and equilateral triangular microchannels with the same hydraulic diameter of 250 μm.
