Mostraron sensibilidad intermedia entre 61% y 70%: amoxacilina-clavulanato, cefaclor, ciprofloxacina, nitrofurantoína y baja sensibilidad (<60%): amoxacilina, ampicilina, cefadroxilo, cefalexina, cefradina, trimetoprim-sulfa, ampicilina-sulbactan, cefalotina, cefazolina.

Abstract: this article is the result from a theoretical review that defines a perspective about the problem of educational action in classical instrumental pedagogy. according to this pedagogy, the teacher (male or female) is the knowledge transmitter and the student is the receiver. the de-responsibilization of both the teacher and the student with reference to the learning process and the moralization of the educational action are two consequences resulting from this perspective. it proposes that the conception of the human being as a narrative subject helps to find a solution to this problem. the proposal consists of a narratively- based "we" pedagogy that makes possible to construct a different student or teacher's identity from instrumental pedagogy. the "who am i?" question makes identity construction viable, thus promoting a heteronomous ethics based on the otherness of narrative identity.

Abstract: environmental management in cities, especially related with air, water and soil poses important challenges to a society; colombia?s current economic development model, following unsustainable production and consumption patterns, causes pollution with very high costs for societies, related to health problems and deterioration of natural renewable resources. public policies related to environmental management must focus on prevention and must follow principles like the producer?s extended responsibility, in the frame of the life cycle of the product. this represents a co-responsibility of institutional stakeholders as well as that of citizens.

Abstract: a growing number of critically ill patients are being taken care with sepsis secondary to bacterial or mycotic infections. in this group of patients, sepsis per se is a risk factor for the development of renal failure, which has been related to an increased risk of hospital mortality. an expert panel in infectious diseases, critical care and renal diseases prepared an evidence based consensus over the use of antimicrobials (antibacterial and antifungal agents) in critically ill patients with renal failure or at risk of suffering it. a sytematic review of the scientific literature was performed and recommendations were established by means of a consensus using the delphi method. recommendations proposed by this consensus are intended to be use by healthcare workers who are in charge of this kind of patients with the aim to identify the group of patients with higher risk of developing renal failure and to establish the therapeutic measures theat have the best outcome and lower frequenc of severe side effects in renal function. an implementation strategy was added with the recommendations.

Abstract: MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry (MS) is a reliable method for bacteria identification. Some databases used for this purpose lack reference profiles for Brucella species, which is still an important pathogen in wide areas around the world. We report the creation of profiles for MALDI-TOF Biotyper 2.0 database (Bruker Daltonics, Germany) and their usefulness for identifying brucellae from culture plates and blood cultures.

The embodied basis of discourse coherence
Emilia Castao Castao
