Abstract: We study the electronic and lattice dynamical properties of compressed solid germane in the pressure range up to 200 GPa with density functional theory. A stable metallic structure, Aba2, with a base-centered orthorhombic symmetry was found to be the lowest enthalpy phase for pressure from 23 to 177 GPa, suggesting an insulator to metal phase transition around 23 GPa. The Aba2 structure is predicted to have higher superconducting transition temperature than SiH4 reported recently, thus presenting new possibilities for exploring high temperature superconductivity in this hydrogen-rich system.

Abstract: Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) realizes the transformation from product to Service through put the software into “clouds”. SaaS supply chain is composed of a SaaS ISV (Independent Software Vender) who sells from internet channel and a SaaS dealer. According to different service providers in distribution channel, we sort out three different service patterns, independent service, retailer integrated service and the ISV integrated service. We construct service competition model of three service patterns and study the optimizing decision of the ISV and the dealer. Further more, we explore the impact of customer’s service sensibility, channel preference, service cost of the ISV and the dealer, and customer base on service competition. Finally, from supply chain profit maximization perspective, we compared the three service patterns. We found that the advantages and disadvantages of the service pattern depend on the application scene. The paper extent the dual channel research to software service industry and enrich the theory model of dual channel, the result will guide the supply chain member to decide their service pattern.

The structure is the basic attribute of everything. The structure of logistics network is composed of logistics nodes and logistics routes, however the logistics cost mainly happens on the function the logistics route undertakes. So logistics routing optimization is the key to reduce logistics cost. As logistics is the hygiene factor of regional economic development, this article studied on logistics routing optimization by applying the demand of the regional economic development as a starting point, using the spatial interaction theory, building a method of the regional logistics link optimization based on the gravity model, and taking blue and yellow zones as the background to illustrate the rationality and feasibility of this method.

Alteration Development of the Simulated HLW Glass at High Temperature in Beishan Underground Water

Abstract: The simulated HLW glass was found to be altered in Beishan underground water at high temperature in two different stages starting with slow leaching of the immobilized elements for a period followed by a sharp degradation of the glass matrix. Immersed at 150°C in Beishan underground water with glass-surface-area-to-solution-volume ratio of 6000?m?1, the glass was alterated rapidly with the sharp release of B, Na, Li, Cs, and Mo from the cold HLW glass after a stable period of 180 days. The glass was degraded up to 73.6% for the immersion period of 730 days resulting in the release of Mo and Cs up to 73.6% and 2.7% from the glass, respectively. With the alteration underway, new minerals were identified to be zeolite P, mordenite, nontronite, dickite, okonite, quartz, saponite, and tincalconite. However, at low temperature of 90°C, the glass was very stable with limited leaching of Na, B, and Li. 1. Introduction The reprise of alteration of HLW glass in aqueous media is the inherent properties of glass and it occurs after the glass alteration reached a stagnant period followed by the rapid realteration of glass resulting in the sharp release of the radionuclide immobilized in the glass matrix. Therefore, the reprise of alteration of HLW impacts significantly the performance of the geological repository and it is necessary to study the reprise of alteration of HLW. The reprise of alteration of R7T7 glass could be influenced by pH, temperature, and S/V [1]. The R7T7 glass was found to have the reprise of alteration after immersed for 250 days when the pH of the aqueous media was more than 11. When the S/V exceeds 100?cm?1, the reprise of alteration of occurred after the R7T7 glass was immersed for 1 year. If the temperature of the aqueous media is higher than 150°C, the reprise of alteration will happen. The Savannah HLW glass SRL131A was observed to have the reprise of alteration after being immersed in the underground water from the well J-13 for more than 6 years while the reprise of alteration of SRL200S glass occurred after immersion of 3 years [2–5]. The Pamela SAN60 glass had the reprise of alteration after 2 years of immersion [6, 7]. It was found that the high aluminum content in the glass was the main reason to cause the reprise of alteration [8]. In order to prevent the reprise of alteration of HLW glass, it is necessary to study the reprise of alteration of China’s HLW glass and to study the conditions to cause the reprise of alteration. 2. Abstract: The model about block extrusion related to collision between Eurasia and India which is proposed by Tapponnier et al. has not been accepted so far in the field. Based on kinematics and chronology, the Gailigong dextral strike-slip fault in west Yunnan and Nabang dextral strike-slip fault which is the part of Mogok belt are the western boundary of extrusion blocks, as the eastern boundary Red River-Ailaoshan left-lateral fault. And more studies show that as the important way for absorbing the convergence between two continents, the age of blocks’ multistage extrusion is about 23 and 13 Ma.
Molecular Authentication of Medicinal Penthorum chinense Push from Different Localities in China by RAPD Analysis

Abstract: As a traditional medicinal herb in China, Penthorum chinense Push from Gulin county is regarded as genuine regional drug with better clinical effects. To discriminate the geographical origin of six P. chinense samples cultivated in three provinces, Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis was carried out with an improved method to increase the resolution and production using 10 mer-random primers. Similarity index was ranged from 0.61 to 0.97, which demonstrated that samples from different localities displayed similar band patterns. However, based on the analysis of selected 13 primers, primers SBS-I9, SBS-I20 and SBS-Q9 produced distinguishable bands among Sichuan, Yunnan and Hubei P. chinense. T-test of mean S.I. values of six accessions demonstrated the significant differences between Luzhou or Sichuan samples and others. Cluster analysis indicated that cultivars with close geographic distributions were clustered together consequently. This suggested that there are RAPD site variations and local specialized genotypes among the six samples. The results indicated that RAPD analysis is effective in distinguishing the geographical origin of genuine regional drug P. chinense grown in Luhzou, Sichuan. The approach is a valuable tool to authenticate other morphologically similar herbal medicinal materials.
Expression of Integrins and Extracellular Matrix Proteins in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer:Correlation with Tumor Metastasis and Prognosis

Abstract: Background and objective As invasion and metastasis of cancer seriously threaten human's life, it is of more important clinical significance to understand and evaluate the biologic behavior of cancer correctly. Abnormal expression of integrin and ECM proteins play an important role in invasion and metastasis of cancer. The objective of this study is to analyze the expression of the integrin α5, β1 and ECM proteins in patients with NSCLC and its correlationwith lymph node (LN) metastasis as well as prognosis, and to evaluate its roles in the metastasis of tumor. Methods The expression of integrin α5, β1 and collagen type Ⅳ, fibronectin, tenascin was determined by immunohistochemistry. The relationship was analysized that between integrin α5, β1 and ECM proteins expression and clinico-pathologic parameters especially LN metastasis and prognosis. Results The expression of collagen type Ⅳ was negatively correlated with LN metastasis, and positively to prognosis of patients; The expression of integrin α5, β1 was positively correlated with LN metastasis, and integrin α5 was negatively to prognosis of patients. The expression of integrin α5 was positively correlated with the expression of integrin β1, and negatively with the expression of collagen type Ⅳ. The expressionof collagen type Ⅳ in stage Ⅰ disease P-TNM stage was remarkably higher than that in stage Ⅲ disease and poordifferentiated disease (P <0.001), but integrin α5, β1 was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅲ disease and poordifferentiated disease. Conclusion Increased expression of integrin α5, β1 and decreased expression of ECM significantly correlated with LN metastasis of NSCLC. Integrin α5 and collagen type Ⅳ are prognosic factors in patients with NSCLC.
Liver Resection in Hepatitis B-Related Hepatocellular Carcinoma: Clinical Outcomes and Safety in Overweight and Obese Patients

Abstract: Objective and Background Although many studies on evaluating the safety of liver resection in obese patients have been conducted, the results remain contradictory. The aim of our study was to investigate the safety of overweight and obese patients undergoing liver resection for hepatitis B-related hepatocellular carcinoma in a large sample. Methods In a retrospective cohort with 1543 hepatitis B-related hepatocellular carcinoma patients, the subjects were stratified into four groups according to their body mass index(BMI): obesity(BMI≥28), overweight(BMI:24.0–27.9), normal weight(BMI:18.5–23.9) and underweight(BMI<18.5). The Dindo–Clavien classification system was used for grading complications. Clinical characteristics and operative outcomes were compared among the four groups. Risk factors for postoperative complications were evaluated by multivariate analysis. Results According to the category criteria of the Working Group on Obesity in China (WGOC) criteria, 73(4.7%) obese, 412(26.7%) overweight, 982(63.6%) normal weight and 76(4.9%) underweight patients were included in our cohort. Overweight and obese patients had more preoperative comorbidities such as hypertension(P<0.001). Mortality, total complications and complications classified by Clavien system were similar among the four groups except that the underweight patients had fewer total complications. However, postoperative wound complication was more common in overweight and obese patients(6.3% vs 2.5%,P<0.001,11.0% vs 2.5%,P = 0.001). Multivariate analysis revealed that BMI was not an independently significant factor for postoperative complications. Conclusions Liver resection for obese and overweight patients is safe and BMI itself is not a risk factor for mortality and morbidity.
Resonance, Fermi surface topology, and Superconductivity in Cuprates

Abstract: The resonance, a collective boson mode, was usually thought to be a possible glue of superconductivity. We argue that it is rather a natural product of the \emph{d}-wave pairing and the Fermi surface topology. A universal scaling $E_{res}/2\Delta ^{H}_{S}\sim 1.0$ ($\Delta_{S}^{H}$ the magnitude of superconducting gap at hot spot) is proposed for cuprates, irrespective of the hole-/electron-doping, low-/high-energy resonance, monotonic/nonmonotonic \emph{d}-wave paring, and the parameters selected. We reveal that there may exist two resonance peaks in the electron-doped cuprates. The low- and high- energy resonance, originated from the contributions of the different intra-band component, is intimately associated with the Fermi surface topology. By analyzing the data of inelastic neutron scattering, we conclude the nonmonotonic \emph{d}-wave superconducting pairing symmetry in the electron-doped cuprates, which is still an open question
