Study on Chinese Rural Drinking Water Option and Its Pricing  [PDF]

Abstract: The problems of Chinese rural drinking water have existed for a long time and are deteriorating. Determining the price of rural drinking water is beneficial for solving these problems to some extent. Therefore, this article makes appropriate study on rural drinking water option and its pricing model. Based on the theories of options and water option, we make description on the connotation of rural drinking water option and its trading principle as well as main entities. In addition, on the basis of traditional Black-Scholes option pricing model and the actual situation of rural drinking water, we construct rural drinking water option pricing model from different aspects. With the guiding price of rural drinking water option, it can realize the optimum allocation of rural drinking water resource on the market.

The aim of this paper is to research the establishment of Chinese rural drinking water market. On the basis of prior research on rural drinking water and water market, we study the market establishment and analyze trading elements, procedure and modes of Chinese rural drinking water market. Then we explore the operating mechanism of the market, such as the supply and demand mechanism, the price mechanism, the competition mechanism and the support mechanism. This study will conduce to the optimization of the allocation of water resources.

Abstract: First, combined with relevant theories of modern investment decision-making, this paper took AS power engineering project of ZC Company for instance, analyzed objective function of power engineering investment structure in ZC Company. Second, this paper analyzed investment decision-making structure of AS power engineering project in ZC Company, and obtained specific results of investment decision-making, and the related results were verified. Through analysis and exploration, this paper has a scientific impact on ZC Company for the AS power project investment, while it’s hoped that it can play a role in electric power engineering projects of other companies in China. So it can better promote the development of electrical engineering investment in electrical industry.
A Novel Experimental Method of Hopkinson Pressure Bar System for Brittle Material

Abstract: Because of the too small damage strain of brittle materials such as rock, ceramic or concrete, the specimen always breaks during the initial rising slope or oscillatory part of loading waves, and this makes it impossible to obtain their absolute properties under high stain rate by conventional Hopkinson pressure bar technique. An novel experimental method, pre-gap method, presented here can make the incident wave have no initial rising slope and less oscillation, which can diminish the errors effectively in test results caused by wave dispersion. In addition, this method can also make the strain rate history even more constant, as the specimen avoids being compressed under the unstable rising slope of loading waves. Therefore, this pre-gap method can not only improve the accuracy of test results, but also afford a special and feasible way to perform high strain rate tests on brittle materials by Hopkinson pressure bar.
Adaptive robust controller of mobile satellite antenna systems

Abstract: The use of the adaptive robust controller for improving control performance and stability of mobile satellite antenna systems is investigated in this paper.An adaptive robust control system of mobile satellite antennas is presented. The adaptive robust controller is designed according to the mobile satellite antenna systems model.The proposed adaptive controller and the corresponding robust adaptive law not only keep the closed-loop system robustly stable,but also provide the expected performance.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by experimental results,demonstrating that the control performance and stability of mobile satellite antenna systems are improved,and the control system maintains satisfactory control performance despite the change of road surface condition.

Abstract: 在分析多故障模式特点的基础上,建立了面向多故障的案例知识库,并提出了一种基于二次检索策略的多故障诊断方法。采用基于权重隶属度的候选案例生成方法对案例库进行初步检索,有效地减少了候选案例的数量;通过灰色关联分析对案例相似度进行计算,获得最有可能发生的故障案例,避免了多故障组合爆炸所带来的大计算量问题。最后通过实例对所提出的方法进行了说明。
Autoantibodies as potential biomarkers for breast cancer

Abstract: In the present study, we interrogated a breast cancer cDNA T7 phage library for tumor-associated proteins using biopan enrichment techniques with sera from normal individuals and from breast cancer patients. The enrichment of tumor-associated proteins after biopanning was tested using a plaque-lift assay and immunochemical detection. The putative tumor-associated phage clones were collected for PCR and sequencing analysis. Unique and open reading frame phage-expressed proteins were then used to develop phage protein ELISAs to measure corresponding autoantibodies using 87 breast cancer patients and 87 normal serum samples. A logistic regression model and leave-one-out validation were used to evaluate predictive accuracies with a single marker as well as with combined markers. Identities of those selected proteins were revealed through the sequence BLAST program.We harvested 100 putative tumor-associated phage clones after biopan enrichment. Sequencing analysis revealed that six phage proteins were inframe and unique. Antibodies to these six phage-expressed proteins were measured by ELISAs, and the results showed that three of the phage clones had statistical significance in discriminating patients from normal individuals. BLAST results of the three proteins showed great matches to ASB-9, SERAC1, and RELT. Measurements of the three predictive phage proteins were combined in a logistic regression model that achieved 80% sensitivity and 100% specificity in prediction of sample status, whereas leave-one-out validation achieved 77.0% sensitivity and 82.8% specificity among 87 patient samples and 87 control samples. Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis and the leave-one-out method both showed that combined measurements of the three antibodies were more predictive of disease than any of the single antibodies studied, underscoring the importance of identifying multiple potential markers.Serum autoantibody profiling is a promising approach for early detection and

Summer maize growth supervision and nutrition diagnosis with red edge parameters

Abstract: The correlations of agronomy components and red edge parameters were discussed.The results indicate that the FD-Max can be used for predition of leaf area index,and Depth672 for the stem total nitrogen content,Lwidth for the leaf total nitrogen content,water content and soluble sugar of leaf and stem.The regression models with the red edge parameters as independent variables were established.The analysis on the forecasting function of the models shows that red edge parameters can be used as sensitive indicators of summer maize growth and nutrition status.
