Parts of System Entropy Pollutionof Heat Transfer Process

Abstract: It is difficult to accurately calculate the system entropy generation of mon-equilibrium state of open system by classic thermodynamics. A new definiton of entropy production pollution(EPP) is needed to be rebuilt about non-equilibrium state. By studing entropy production pollution definiton of whole system, It is very important to know the sources and parts of the system entropy pollution, which we can estimate the clean production position and optimize the system reaction design with environmental protection opinions. Based on the second law of thermodynamics about non-equilibrium state of open system, we open out that any open system contaminated by system entropy production and entropy flow items. Entropy flow is external to system entropy, and entropy production is system internal entropyeffect, which could indicate the system entropy of pollution intensity. It can derive the universal relevance of the entropy of the pollution load calculation model dS=deS+diS.According to analyze system entropy pollution production form and produce mechanism about single pipe diathermanous force heat transformation process a common development about entropy production can be put forward by these . All these researches is the basic researches for optimizing system design, reducing energy consuming and estimating system pollution state. This method is also useful to evaluate integrative characters with resource opinions.

Abstract: In the title heteronuclear ZnII–EuIII complex [systematic name: {6,6′-dimethoxy-2,2′-[ethane-1,2-diylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato-κ4O1,O1′,O6,O6′:2κ4O1,N,N′,O1′}-μ-nitrato-1:2κ2O:O′-dinitrato-1κ4O,O′-europium(III)zinc(II)], [EuZn(C18H18N2O4)(NO3)3], with the hexadentate Schiff base compartmental ligand N,N′-bis(3-methoxysalicylidene)ethylenediamine (H2L), the Eu and Zn atoms are triply bridged by two phenolate O atoms of the Schiff base ligand and one nitrate ion. The five-coordinate Zn atom is in a square-pyramidal geometry with the donor centers of two imine N atoms, two phenolate O atoms and one of the bridging nitrate O atoms. The EuIII center has a ninefold coordination environment of O atoms, involving the phenolate O atoms, two methoxy O atoms, two O atoms from two nitrate ions and one from the bridging nitrate ion. Weak intermolecular C—H...O interactions generate a two-dimensional double-layer structure.

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effects of Yiqi Kaimi Recipe (YQKMR), a traditional Chinese compound medicine, on gastrointestinal motility and neuropeptides in rats with colonic slow transit constipation.Methods: Eighty specific pathogen free rats were included, and there were sixty rats with slow transit constipation (STC) and twenty normal rats. Sixty rats with STC were randomly divided into untreated group, cisapride-treated group and YQKMR-treated group, and twenty normal rats were allocated to normal control group. Percentage of carbon propelling, contraction frequency and amplitude of the muscle segments in vitro, and expressions of nitric oxide synthase-1 (NOS1) and substance P proteins were observed.Results: Compared with the normal control group, the percentage of carbon propelling, and the contraction frequency and amplitude of the muscle segments in the untreated group decreased obviously (P<0.05). The percentage of carbon propelling, and the contraction frequency and amplitude of the muscle segments in the YQKMR-treated group and cisapride-treated group were higher than those in the untreated group (P<0.05). The expression of NOS1 protein in the untreated group was higher than that in the normal control group, YQKMR-treated group and cisapride-treated group. However, there were no significant differences between the YQKMR-treated group and the normal control group (P>0.05). The expression of substance P protein in the untreated group was lower than that in the normal control group, and there was no significant difference between the YQKMR-treated group and the normal control group too (P>0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Kaimi Recipe could promote colon motility by increasing the contraction frequency and amplitude of the smooth muscle, and this may be due to its effect of regulating the expressions of NOS1 and substance P proteins in the enteric plexus.
Design characteristics of clinical surgery trial based on treatment program of tunnel thread-drawing method for anal fistula: a prospective randomized controlled multicenter trial

Abstract: Background: Basic principles of clinical trials of nonpharmacologic treatment are similar to those of pharmacologic treatment, but its some special characteristics should be discussed.Objective: To explore the design characteristics of clinical surgery trial through the example of tunnel thread-drawing therapy for simple anal fistula.Design, setting, participants and interventions: The clinical trial was designed as a prospective, controlled, randomized multicenter trial. The patients came from Longhua Hospital, Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and Affiliated Hospital of Jianxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Stratified random was performed according to the subtype of anal fistula including low and high anal fistula. Full analysis set was applied to analyze the baseline data, and per protocol set was used in efficacy and safety analysis. The intervention was tunnel thread-drawing method. Classical therapy of thread-drawing method was employed as positive control.Main outcome measures: The primary outcomes were course of recovery and cure rate. Quality of life score was used as secondary outcome and anal maximum constriction pressure was considered as safety outcome.Results: Optimal efficiency testing method was used to estimate sample size. A total of 244 subjects were recruited and 236 subjects completed the trial. There was no significant difference in the cure rate of the low and high anal fistula between the treatment group and control group. There was a significant difference in the course of recovery in the patients with low and high anal fistula between treatment group and control group (P<0.01). To the patients with low anal fistula, the course of recovery in the treatment group was (22.26±8.67) d, and the course of recovery in the control group was (31.41±11.39) d. To the patients with high anal fistula, the course of recovery in the treatment group was (24.73±8.15) d, and the course of recovery in the control group was (32.20±12.60) d. There was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life in the patients with low anal fistula between the treatment group and control group (P>0.05). The trial showed that the tunnel thread-drawing therapy was significantly more effective than classical method for improving the anal sphincter function and patient satisfaction with treatment in the patients with high anal fistula. Abstract: In this paper, the fractal scale is introduced as a new measure to describe natural physical surfaces. An Intercept And Linearity (IAL) method is proposed to determine the fractal scale automatically. Experiments indicate that the fractal scale, together with the fractal dimension can effectively reflect the fractal scale range of natural textures and the texture roughness within the scale range. For the purpose of classification, the fractal scales and the fractal dimensions along horizontal, vertical and diagonal directions are obtained to form a feature set with six parameters. The probabilistic neural network is used as the texture classifier. Results have shown satisfied classification of natural textures.
