Abstract: Solid goldthread extractive was investigated as an excellent natural green inhibitor.The results of weight-loss and electrochemical tests showed that its inhibition efficiency for mild steel in 1 mol/L HCl solutions could reach as high as 98%.The adsorption of the inhibitor molecules on the mild steel surface obeys Langmuir isotherm.The potentiodynamic curves indicated that this inhibitor suppressed both anodic and cathodic processes of the corrosion reaction.EIS spectrum for mild steel in HCl solutions with inhibitor showed that the polarization resistance increased with the increase of the inhibitor concentration.The SEM analysis also proved the better protection provided by this goldthread extractive.

Abstract: The research courses of natural environmental friendly corrosion inhibitors for metals has been expatiated since 1980s, the dvelopment trend of these corrosion inhibitors were also discussed in this paper. In the future, the new environmental friendly corrosion inhibitors should be extracted and separated from effective ingredients of natural plants as well as marine organism, in the meanuhile, it is important that low-toxic or non-toxic multi-group macromolecules may be developed by synthesis. The optimal utilization of natural resources may be realized by mixing or modifying corrosion inhibitors.

Abstract: According to the character of the cathodic protection,a model is constructed for numerical computation.The Boundary Element Method is used to calculate the cathodic protection system in the sea mud media,and the potential distributions of the pipeline surface and in the sea mud are obtained.The numerical resmediaults and the experimental results are compared at the same time,and they have good consistency.

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic technology and digital network information, copper has increasing applications in micro-electronics, micro-electro-mechanical systems and Hi-tech materials. However copper has its material limitations. In particular, it has relatively low hardness, high oxidation and wear rate, which have severely restricted its widespread applications. In this paper, aiming at difficulties of copper applications, Ti/TiC/DLC has been proposed as functionally graded material to deposit on the copper substrate with plasma depositing method, which intensifies the adhesion between DLC film and copper substrate and improves the properties of copper. The maximal value of thermal conductivity of DLC film with optimized parameter of graded intermediate layer is 3.63 Wm-1.K-1, which enhances the heat transfer effect of copper substrate.

Abstract: 通过失重、电化学测试以及量子化学计算方法研究了新型杂环恶二唑化合物5-(1H-1,2,4-三氮唑-1-基)甲基]-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫醇(TAOT)在1 mol/L HC1中对Q235钢(碳钢)的缓蚀作用.结果表明,TAOT在1 mol/LHC1中对Q235钢的缓蚀作用高达89.1%,能同时抑制碳钢腐蚀的阴、阳极反应过程.碳钢的阻抗值随TAOT浓度增加而增大,其在碳钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir等温式,量子化学计算结果也表明,该化合物物可能是通过巯基提供电子与碳钢表面相互作用来起到缓蚀作用的.

Abstract: Poly (Vinyl Chloride-Co-Isobutyl Vinyl Ether) (PVCCIVE) with rutile and anatase nano-TiO2 was investigated with XPS before and after UV light exposure respectively. The results indicate that the elements such as Chlorine and Oxygen in the PVCCIVE resin are rich in the surface, namely skin effect, in contrast, Titanium and Carbon are rich in the inner. Meanwhile, the smaller the pigment particles, the higher the content in the surface. The results also show that the rutile nano-TiO2 is excellent in UV screening and reduces the ageing of resin, while the anatase nano-TiO2 is highly active in photo catalysis and accelerates the ageing of resin. Hence then, rutile nano-TiO2 is a kind of promising UV absorber.

Abstract: 以1,2-苯并异噻唑-2(3H)-酮为原料合成了其新的衍生物2-(1,2-苯并异噻唑-2(3H)-酮)-乙酰肼和系列N'-(芳基亚甲基)-2-(1,2-苯并异噻唑-2(3H)-酮)-乙酰肼衍生物,目标化合物的结构经元素分析、IR、UV、1HNMR和质谱确证,并对其波谱性质进行了讨论。测试了苯并异噻唑啉酮化合物对5种水生菌大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphyloccus aurueus)、溶藻弧菌(Vibrio alginolyticus)、嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)的抑制活性。结果表明,此类化合物在100×10-6mol/L下抑菌率均达到90%以上,有良好的抑菌活性。

Abstract: 应用交流阻抗方法研究了高浓度氯离子条件下的铜表面苯并三氮唑(BTA)覆盖层随溶液中BTA浓度的变化规律.BTA浓度在0 mol/L~4.20×10-3mol/L之间时,BTA覆盖层不能完全覆盖铜表面,覆盖度随CaCl2溶液中BTA含量的增加而增加;BTA浓度大于4.20×10-3mol/L即可在铜表面形成较为完整的覆盖层,其覆盖度在0.8~0.9之间.BTA浓度小于9.42×10-3mol/L时,BTA覆盖层的厚度随浓度的提高也会有所增加;大于9.42×10-3mol/L后,BTA在铜表面的覆盖度和覆盖层厚度都达到稳定值.
