Rate control algorithm based on standard H.264

Abstract: During the video communication process, an improved rate control algorithm was developed based on H.264 video coding standard in order to make the output data stream better adapted to different channels. Contrary to the MAD prediction of the basic unit only considering the relationship of the time in the coding standard, a new prediction method was introduced combining time prediction and space prediction. Compared with coding standard, the experimental results illustrate that the new algorithm can control rate more precisely and increase the peak signal noise ratio of the output video stream effectively. It proves that the new algorithm can make the output data stream of the encoder more stable.
Influence of threshold effects induced by $P$-wave charmed mesons

Abstract: We investigate the processes $e^+e^-$ annihilating to $J/\psi\pi\pi$, $\psi^\prime\pi\pi$ and $h_c\pi\pi$. The coupled-channel effects induced by the couplings between the widely accepted $D$-wave charmonia $\psi(4160)$ and $D_1D$, $D_1D^*$ and $D_2D^*$ charmed meson pairs are highlighted, taking into account these couplings are $S$-wave, and will respect heavy quark spin symmetry. The lineshapes show some nontrivial cusps which result from the singularities of the rescattering loops, which could be helpful in understanding the nature of $Y(4260)$, $Y(4360)$, $Z_c(3900)$/$Z_c(3885)$ and $Z_c(4020)$/$Z_c(4025)$.

Abstract: To recover blurred image but the PSF of the image was not known,using the method which according to homeomorphisms and the principle of homology continuity(PHC) in high-dimensional space geometry.The relation of vector and point in space could show the relation of the fuzzy image and the original image, contacting nearest-neighbor algorithm to use the method in computational optical section microscopy (COSM).The results show that the method is efficient and correct.The method is not the same as traditional method, it can be used in the restoration of blurred image broadly.

Abstract: In the image restoration of Computational Optical Sectioning Microscopy (COSM), using regularized Expectation Maximization (EM) algorithm based on the depth-variant imaging model can not restore the details of image, and consume more time. In order to improve the restored results and reduce the restoration time, the combination of the regularized EM algorithm and weighted wavelet algorithm was proposed. Firstly, revise the wavelet coefficients of the images. Then, use the regularized EM algorithm to do restoration. Experiments show that the restoration result is improved and the iteration time is reduced. The efficiency is increased obviously.

Abstract: There are two ROI(region of interest) coding methods in JPEG2000: max shift and scaling-based shift method, which can reconstruct ROI at frist. SPIHT, a very efficient embedded zerotree wavelet coding, was adapted in ROI coding. The frist n high bit planes were encoded in no difference between ROI and backgroud. The rest bit planes were encoded with zero for backgroud, but SPIHT for ROI. The merit of this method is that the number of bit planes is reduced and the base information of whole image is rebuilt at first. The image can be decoded applying original SPIHT decoding program. This method can be used in the existing SPIHT method and rebuilt ROI.

Abstract: Image registration is one of the key components in super-resolution reconstruction, and it directly affects the quality of the reconstructed image. On the basis of adaptive rood pattern search (ARPS) block-matching algorithm, and according to the correlation between various images in wavelet domain, an hierarchical block-matching algorithm --- improved adaptive rood pattern search algorithm based on wavelet transform (W-IARPS) is proposed. Searching matched-macroblocks in wavelet domain can effectively reduce the number of search points, and the ratio of peak signal to noise of registered images decreases less than 0.l dB compared to the exhaustive-search algorithm. It means that the high registration accuracy is guaranteed. Finally, the projections onto convex sets (POCS) method is used to reconstruct the super-resolution image from the registered images, and it can achieve better visual effects. The simulation results show that the algorithm has a high registration accuracy and reliable reconstruction results.

Abstract: In the process of obtaining 3D images by Computational Optical Sectioning Microscopy method (COSM), every slice image is disturbed by other defocusing messages and the 3D images are blurred. In order to resolve this problem, a new restoration method based on the RBF neural network was proposed. The nonlinear mapping relationships between the 3D blurred images with defocusing messages and 3D clear images were established by training the Radial Basis Function (RBF) neural network that has the ability of learning and generalizing with a group of COSM images. Then 3D images that need restoring could be restored by the trained neural network. Experiment demonstrates that the speed of this method is high and this method has satisfying restoration performance in both visual impression and quantitative analysis.

Abstract: 提出了一种基于小波变换的深度预测算法,并将此算法应用于计算光学切片的图像复原.对序列图进行一层小波分解,然后确定阈值和预测规则,对序列图进行预测.根据预测结果进行小波反变换,将图像复原.实验表明:小波系数应取三个高频分量的绝对值及部分低频信息之和;阈值Г随添加低频分量值的比例的增大而增大;采用微分算子规则具有较好的预测和复原效果.该方法计算量小、不需要迭代、不需要点扩展函数,针对没有交叠的序列图有较好的复原效果.

Abstract: An algorithm based on Markov random field model for 3-Dimensional microscopical image restoration with adaptive choice of regularization parameter is proposed.And its performance is illustrated with synthetical and real biological data.To preserve the discontinuities during the restoration process,an additional edge penalized term with Markov prior probability is taken into account in the cost function.The regularized parameter is automatically updated based on the current iterative results during the iteration process.Experiments show that the proposed algorithm has the ability of preserving discontinuities while estimating the original images from degraded ones.In contrast,although the EM algorithm has the ability to effectively remove interference between layers,it also lost lots of detail information of the original images.

Abstract: Arming at the limitations of being effectively reflecting the background by the traditional Gaussian mixture background modeling (GMM) in some complex situations, this paper proposed an improved algorithm. This algorithm added updating and regression controlling factor to improve the parameter model, and limited residence time of moving objects quantitatively. The detection results were formed by background subtraction method with the background which was better to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and established in the time domain. Finally, applied the mathematical morphology for image post-processing in the space domain. Experiment results show that this algorithm, which is robust to detecting moving object under a scene of the fixed camera, can accelerate the establishment and the formation of the background and improve the anti-interference ability of external disturbance and effect of illumination efficiently.
