Abstract: the modeling of diagnostic process using the activity, actions and operations as activities within the framework of leontiev's theory, demands its critical understanding. authors expose the actions conception as an activity expression of the conscious level that when they are manageable are called abilities and of the operations as activity expressions at subconscious level whose domain are habits. the actions and operations relation it is not of ownership but of association. some examples of actions and operations in diagnostic process are showed.

Abstract: a modelling of factors determining the communication among medicine colleagues is presented. factor are grouped in three domains namely the organizing context, personality qualities of those intervening in the communication, specially the communicative styles and as third domain the interaction degree among colleagues of different specialties. according to this latter domain the multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary levels are defined.

Abstract: introduction: the manifestation of the dialectic′s laws through the didactics is a road of valuation of the quality of the current study plan regarding the learning of clinic. objective: to value some expressions of the dialectic's laws in the design and execution of the current plan of medicine study. method: was carried out the analysis of the expression of the materialistic laws of the dialectic's laws in the design and execution of the study plan by means of examples that reflect successes, mistakes and take implicit solution proposals. i develop and conclusions: is reflected the importance of the dialectical method for the analysis of the relationship among the design of programs as theoretical expression and their execution like practical expression. is proposed an eclectic road of solution that includes in the theoretical field the improvement of the design, incorporating him flexibility determined by the readiness of resources and in the practical field of execution of the curriculum measures directed to overcome the problems in the educational acting.

Abstract: Introducción: La manifestación de las leyes de la dialéctica a través de la didáctica es una vía de valoración de la calidad del actual plan de estudio respecto al aprendizaje de la clínica. Objetivo: Valorar algunas expresiones de las leyes de la dialéctica en el dise o y ejecución del actual plan de estudio de medicina. Método: Se analizó la expresión de las leyes de la dialéctica materialista en el dise o y ejecución del plan de estudio mediante ejemplos que reflejen aciertos, desaciertos y lleven implícitas propuestas de solución. Desarrollo y conclusiones: Se refleja la importancia del método dialéctico para el análisis de la relación entre el dise o de programas como expresión teórica y su ejecución como expresión práctica. Se propone una vía ecléctica de solución que incluye en el campo teórico el perfeccionamiento del dise o, incorporándole flexibilidad determinada por la disponibilidad de recursos y en el campo práctico de ejecución del currículo las medidas dirigidas a superar los problemas en el desempe o docente. Abstract: La modelación del proceso del diagnóstico utilizando las categorías actividad, acciones y operaciones en el marco de la teoría de Leontiev, exige la comprensión crítica de la misma. Los autores exponen la concepción de las acciones como expresiones de actividad de nivel conciente que una vez dominadas se denominan habilidades y de las operaciones como expresiones de actividad a nivel subconciente cuyo dominio constituye hábitos. La relación entre acciones y operaciones no es de pertenencia sino de asociación. Se exponen ejemplos de acciones y operaciones en el proceso diagnóstico. Abstract: Se expone una modelación de los factores que determinan la comunicación entre colegas en Medicina. Los factores se agrupan en tres dominios, a saber, del contexto organizacional, cualidades de la personalidad de quienes intervienen en la comunicación, especialmente estilos comunicativos y como tercer dominio el grado de interacción entre colegas de diferentes especialidades. De acuerdo con este último dominio se definen el nivel multidisciplinario, el interdisciplinario y el transdisciplinario. A modelling of factors determining the communication among Medicine colleagues is presented. Factor are grouped in three domains namely the organizing context, personality qualities of those intervening in the communication, specially the communicative styles and as third domain the interaction degree among colleagues of different specialties. According to this latter domain the multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary levels are defined.
LA EVALUACIóN DEL DESEMPE?O DE LAS EMPRESAS PRIVATIZADAS EN COLOMBIA: ?COINCIDE CON LA EXPERIENCIA INTERNACIONAL ?

Abstract: the results of this study show that 21 of the largest companies privatized in colombia over the past 90 years have had a different performance regarding efficiency and productivity compared to the results of studies conducted in other countries. a possible explanation for this phenomenon is the concentration of markets to which colombian companies are linked in comparison to the characteristics of competition in other countries. from this study one can draw the conclusion that, concurrently with the privatization of companies, the government needs to improve the conditions for competitiveness on the market. the customers of these privatized companies cound otherwise not see the benefits of incentives to improve productivity and efficiency of these companies.

Abstract: background. anatomy course is given in first year of medicine programs. in this course it teaches knowledge about human body, skills and attitudes necessary for the clinical practice. don′t exist previous studies in colombia that explores students attitudes toward anatomy. objetive. describe knowledge and explore ways and attitudes toward anatomy and its relation to clinical students in second year medical students enrolled in basic sciences. materials and methods. a descriptive study was done with data collected by a structured questionnaire for investigated by the degree of knowledge in basic science subjects, attitudes toward anatomy and its relationship with feeling students about clinic in second year medical students. we performed a quantitative analysis of the information and descriptive statistics were applied. results. second year students think that anatomy is an essential subject inside his curriculum, especially in the surgical area.dissection laboratory practice, solving basedproblems, and knowledge about diagnostic images were learning strategies of more interest. medical students think that anatomy should not be given only as basic science but it must be given along the whole career. conclusion. anatomy is an essential subject inside the process of being a doctor. medical students have positive attitudes towards this subject. it is necessary to establish programs that allow a transcurricular education of the anatomy in medicine programs.

Abstract: Antecedentes La anatomía es una asignatura del primer a o de la carrera de medicina en la cual se ense an además de conocimientos teóricos sobre el cuerpo humano, las habilidades y actitudes necesarias para la práctica clínica. A pesar de su importancia no existen estudios previos en Colombia que exploren las actitudes de los estudiantes hacia esta asignatura. Poseer buenas o malas actitudes predispone a un adecuado o inadecuado proceso de aprendizaje de la anatomía. Objetivo. Describir y explorar los conocimientos sentidos y actitudes hacia la anatomía y su relación con la clínica en los estudiantes de segundo a o de medicina que cursan ciencias básicas. Material y métodos. Se dise ó un estudio descriptivo con información recolectada mediante un cuestionario estructurado. Se indagó por el grado de conocimientos sentidos en asignaturas de ciencias básicas, las actitudes hacia la anatomía y su relación sentida con la clínica en los estudiantes de segundo a o de medicina. Se realizó un análisis cuantitativo de la información y se aplicó estadística descriptiva. Resultados. Los estudiantes de medicina consideran que la anatomía es una asignatura esencial dentro de su plan curricular. La consideran de gran relevancia clínica en especial en el área quirúrgica. La práctica de la disección, el aprendizaje basado en problemas y las técnicas con imágenes fueron las estrategias pedagógicas reportadas como de mayor interés. Los estudiantes manifiestan que la asignatura debería no sólo ser impartida como ciencia básica sino que debe implementarse durante toda la carrera. Conclusión. La anatomía es una asignatura esencial dentro del proceso de formación profesional del médico. Los estudiantes presentan actitudes positivas hacia esta asignatura. Es necesario establecer programas que permitan una ense anza transcurricular de la anatomía en los programas de medicina. Background. Anatomy course is given in first year of medicine programs.
