Abstract: tourism has been understood by international organizations as an activity with great potential to promote economic development, while valuing cultures and promoting the protection of natural landscapes. following international guidelines, tourism in brazil has begun to be understood as an industry with great potential to generate jobs and income and is strengthened through the promotion of cultural diversity which may be associated with material and religious cultures. to understand the management of tourism in contexts that articulate culture, religion and territorial development, this paper identifies limitations in both theoretical concepts available in the literature: the concept of cultural tourism and the concept of religious tourism. it proposes the concept of 'tourism in territories of high religious density' to incorporate acknowledgement of the power dynamics present in the territories as elements that affect the way tourism is planned. the fields of anthropology and geography are used in the management approach to support the theoretical discussion in the paper. this has a great explanatory potential for tourism on different geographical scales, and also in contexts where dialogue between tourism and religions is present.

----- Tourism in Territories of High Religious Density ----- Abstract ----- Tourism has been understood by international organizations as an activity with great potential to promote economic development, while valuing cultures and promoting the protection of natural landscapes. Abstract: splenic artery aneurysm was first described by beaussier in 1770, and the first successful treatment was reported by mcleod in 1940. the splenic artery aneurysm is considered the most common splanchnic site for aneurysm formation, affecting 46 to 60% of patients with visceral aneurysms. most patients are asymptomatic, and splenic artery aneurysm is often found during imaging investigation of other abdominal diseases. we describe an unusual case of a 31-year-old female patient with a large splenic artery aneurysm originating from the superior mesenteric artery.

Abstract: this study was carried out with a group of children, victims of domestic violence, based on the ecological perspective of multi-factorial analysis of the domestic violence phenomenon and theories that consider the importance of fairy tales in children's emotional development. the objectives were to describe the impact of fairy tales in the emergence of latent emotional content from playful actions; set considerations on the context in which the child is raised from an ecological perspective regarding the phenomenon. semi-structured interviews were carried out with the children's parents and interventions with the group, sessions of storytelling and symbolic activities, were developed. the research results appoint to the familiar micro-system, exosystem, mesosystem and macro-system as risk factors for domestic violence. the compiled data suggest that oral narratives can work as a support, gathering a repertory of elements that awakes in children content related to their personal experiences.

Abstract: objective: the aim of this study is to obtain an alternative angiographic diagnostic method which can be used in patients at a high risk for the use of iodine contrast medium. materials and methods: twenty-six patients with chronic renal failure whose fistulas were assessed by digital angiography were first evaluated using iodine contrast medium. subsequently, carbon dioxide was used as contrast medium, and the images were printed in angiographic film. the angiographic studies were evaluated for opacification, radiological diagnosis and vessel diameter by two independent vascular surgeons; the author performed a comparative analysis of the measurement of the artery and the vein, and respiratory frequency before and after contrast injection. results: the results obtained with the statistical analysis using kappa coefficient showed agreement between the two doctors and were 0.3217 for opacification, 0.5583 for radiological diagnosis and of 0.4298 for the analysis of vessel diameter. for the carbon dioxide technique, no significant difference was seen in the comparative analysis of the measures of the artery (p = 0.3657) and vein (p = 0.2041), in the position measurements and dispersion; the analysis of the position measurements and dispersion for respiratory frequency showed no significant difference. conclusion: we concluded that this method can be used as an alternative for angiographic study in patients with history of allergy or risk of nephrotoxicity.
