Abstract: 利用量子力学的密度矩阵理论,在有效质量近似下,采用有限深势阱模型,导出了柱形量子点的三阶非线性极化率的解析表达式.通过数值计算,分析了GaAs/AlβGa1-βAs柱形量子点的三阶非线性极化率与量子点尺寸、掺杂浓度、入射光的频率和偏振方向等参量的关系.结果表明,三阶极化率峰值位置与这些参量密切相关,并且对于确定频率和偏振方向的入射光以及材料的掺杂浓度,存在与之相匹配的量子点尺寸,使三阶极化率达到极大,比体材料的相应值高出2个数量级以上.

Abstract: The spinal cord is a necessary pathway that transfers the body nociceptive inputs to the brain, and endo-genous opiate peptides (EOP) play an important role in pain modulation. Our previous work has proven that arginine vasopressin (AVP) antinociception in the caudate nucleus (CdN) relates with the acetylcholine (Ach) system mainly. The communication was de-signed to investigate the interrelations between Ach system and EOP system at the spinal level during pain process. The results showed that: 1) pain stimulation increased L-enkephalin (L-Ek), β-endorphin (β-Ep), dynorphin A1-13(DynA1-13), Ach and choline (Ch, an Ach metabolic product) concentrations in the spinal cord; 2) Ach increased L-Ek, β-Ep and DynA1-13 concentrations in the spinal cord; and 3) Atropine (M-receptor inhibitor) or hexahydric gallamine (N-receptor inhibitor) decreased L-Ek, β-Ep and DynA1-13 concentrations in the spinal cord. The data suggested that Ach antinociception was involved in the EOP system at the spinal level.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the 4000m deep horizontal slice and the Mesozoic(J-K)Xiwa formation residual isopach map of Jiyang sag,the Mesozoic original basin was preliminarily restored in the paper.The results show that the original basin exists three types,that is,the first one is the northwestern type,which is located at the east of the sag;the second one is the northeastern type,which is located at the west of the sag;and the third one is the nearly east-west type,which is located at the center of the sag.Through the further analysis of the slice and its tectonic stereo-gram(including the distribution of the fault and symon fault),the main controlling factors of the Msozoic basin is northeastern andnorthwestern structures(including faults and symon fsult).It is very significant of these points in the paper for the guide of trapping advantageous objects in the next oil-gas exploitation of Jiyang sag.

Abstract: The Jiyang depression experienced two important tectonic evolution periods, Paleogene Taphrogenic period and Neogene depression period. Owing to its Cenozoic tectonic migration from west to east and from south to west, it developed three types of play, one is the lower early break-early decline play in the Huimin sag, the second is the middle inheritable play in the Dongying sag, the third is the upper late break-late decline play in the Zhanhua and Chezhen sags. The understanding of the three types of play are important to the further hydrocarbon exploitation in the Sheglii oilfield.

Abstract: 受晚中生代-古近纪中国东部大规模裂陷成盆期伴随的走滑作用和新生代以来印度-欧亚乔大陆碰撞作用以及古太平洋板块俯冲作用的影响,济阳坳陷应力场具有多期性、多向性和复杂性,其内中、新生代断裂构造十分发育,断裂组合形态复杂、多样,最常见的"Y"与反"Y"字复合型断层组合形成的背斜或断鼻构造是主要的油气赋存聚集场所,不同级别断裂对坳陷构造、沉积和油气的控制作用各不相同,同沉积断裂对坳陷(盆地)的形成及油气运聚、成藏起着十分重要的控制作用.
Electron- Phonon Interaction on the Optical Kerr Effect in Cylindrical Quantum Wires

Abstract: The optical Kerr effect in cylindrical quantum wires is investigated with density-matrix approach, most emphasis is devoted to the electron-phonon interactions on the optical Kerr effect. With characteristic parameters pertaining to GaAs quantum wire, the numerical results are presented. It is shown that, the optical Kerr effect increases as the wire radius R-0 decreases; the optical Kerr considering the electron-LO-phonon interactions is over twenty percent greater than the one without considering the electron-phonon interactions; the smaller the wire radius R-0,the sharper the peak will be, and the larger the peak intensity will be; when the wire radius R-0 is greater than 40 nm, the peak will disappear gradually.

Abstract: The study is conducted to explore the factors of Chinese written characterforms and the psychological processes which affect the acquisition of ChineseCharacters, and their inner relationship, in the hope of supplying a theoreticalbasis for elementary Chinese character instruction and cultivation of the pupils'ability in learning Chinese characters. The indexes of this experiment are op-eration speed and accuracy of visual image in composition or decomposition ofChinese characters. TP-801 single board computer was used to present thestimulus and to collect data automatically based upon a survey of 120 pupilsrandomely selected from several Guangzhou elementary schools. The mainresults are as follows: (1) High relation exists between the operation speedand accuracy of visual image in composition or decomposition of Chinese cha-racters and the levels of Chinese character achievement (high middle and lowlevel groups), and significant differences exist among the three levels. (2)Not all of the levels of Chinese characters lead to significant differences ofoperation speed of the visual image, only to a certain degree. (3) The errortypes in composition or decomposition of Chinese characters among the threelevels differ, most in the low level show order confusion, while most in thehigh and middle levels show composition exchange.
