Abstract: In order to optimize logistics system,describe the hierarchy of management section better,and express decision makers' will completely,from the point of integration,a bi-level programming method is proposed to establish the model of the combined location routing and inventory problem(CLRIP) for the twoechelon distribution network in the supply chain based on customers' multi-period inventory control policy with stochastic demands.CLRIP is used to allocate depots from several potential locations,to schedule vehicle routing,and determine customers' order quantities.A new heuristics algorithm is presented to solve the model.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the efficiency of the above models and methods.
Elevated interleukin-8 enhances prefrontal synaptic transmission in mice with persistent inflammatory pain

Abstract: In the present study, we examined IL-8 expression in the ACC, somatosensory cortex (SSC), and the dorsal horn of lumbar spinal cord following hind-paw administration of complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) in mice and its effects on the ACC synaptic transmission. Quantification of IL-8 at protein level (by ELISA) revealed enhanced expression in the ACC and spinal cord during the chronic phases of CFA-induced peripheral inflammation. In vitro whole-cell patch-clamp recordings revealed that IL-8 significantly enhanced synaptic transmission through increased probability of neurotransmitter release in the ACC slice. ACC local infusion of repertaxin, a non-competitive allosteric blocker of IL-8 receptors, notably prolonged the paw withdrawal latency to thermal radian heat stimuli bilaterally in mice.Our findings suggest that up-regulation of IL-8 in the ACC partly attributable to the enhanced prefrontal synaptic transmission in the mice with persistent inflammatory pain.Chemokines, a family of proinflammatory cytokines play a role in immune system regulation, cell growth, cell development, and inflammation [1]. Interleukin-8 (IL-8), also known as CXCL8, is an α chemokine and its main function is chemotaxis of neutrophils and T lymphocytes [2]. In the immune system, IL-8 exerts its biological action by binding to seven-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptors named CXCR1 and CXCR2. In the CNS, CXCR2 receptors have been described on astrocytes, microglia, and neurons [3]. The chemokine IL-8 is known to be synthesized by microglial cells and astrocytes [4]. IL-8 may be an important factor in intercellular communication between glia and neurons by rapidly altering the excitability of neurons, probably through presynaptic mechanisms [5]. Does Dexmedetomidine as a Neuraxial Adjuvant Facilitate Better Anesthesia and Analgesia? A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Abstract: Background Neuraxial application of dexmedetomidine (DEX) as adjuvant analgesic has been invetigated in some randomized controlled trials (RCTs) but not been approved because of the inconsistency of efficacy and safety in these RCTs. We performed this meta-analysis to access the efficacy and safety of neuraxial DEX as local anaesthetic (LA) adjuvant. Methods We searched PubMed, PsycINFO, Scopus, EMBASE, and CENTRAL databases from inception to June 2013 for RCTs that investigated the analgesia efficacy and safety for neuraxial application DEX as LA adjuvant. Effects were summarized using standardized mean differences (SMDs), weighed mean differences (WMDs) or odds ratio (OR) with suitable effect model. The primary outcomes were postoperative pain intensity and analgesic duration, bradycardia and hypotension. Results Sixteen RCTs involving 1092 participants were included. Neuraxial DEX significantly decreased postoperative pain intensity (SMD, ?1.29; 95% confidence interval (CI), ?1.70 to ?0.89; P<0.00001), prolonged analgesic duration (WMD, 6.93 hours; 95% CI, 5.23 to 8.62; P<0.00001) and increased the risk of bradycardia (OR, 2.68; 95% CI, 1.18 to 6.10; P = 0.02). No evidence showed that neuraxial DEX increased the risk of other adverse events, such as hypotension (OR, 1.54; 95% CI, 0.83 to 2.85; P = 0.17). Additionally, neuraxial DEX was associated with beneficial alterations in postoperative sedation scores and number of analgesic requirements, sensory and motor block characteristics, and intro-operative hemodynamics. Conclusion Neuraxial DEX is a favorable LA adjuvant with better and longer analgesia. The greatest concern is bradycardia. Further large sample trials with strict design and focusing on long-term outcomes are needed.
Insulator-to-metal phase transition in Yb-based Kondo insulators

Abstract: The periodic Anderson lattice model for the crystalline electric field (CEF)split 4f quartet states is used to describe the Yb-based Kondo insulators/semiconductors. In the slave-boson mean-field approximation, we derive the hybridized quasiparticle bands, and find that decreasing the hybridization difference of the two CEF quartets may induce an insulator-to-metal phase transition. The resulting metallic phase has a hole and an electron Fermi pockets. Such a phase transition may be realized experimentally by applying pressure, reducing the difference in hybridization of the two CEF quartets.

Abstract: This paper is concerned with the positive definite solutions to the matrix equation $X+A^{\mathrm{H}}\bar{X}^{-1}A=I$ where $X$ is the unknown and $A$ is a given complex matrix. By introducing and studying a matrix operator on complex matrices, it is shown that the existence of positive definite solutions of this class of nonlinear matrix equations is equivalent to the existence of positive definite solutions of the nonlinear matrix equation $W+B^{\mathrm{T}}W^{-1}B=I$ which has been extensively studied in the literature, where $B$ is a real matrix and is uniquely determined by $A.$ It is also shown that if the considered nonlinear matrix equation has a positive definite solution, then it has the maximal and minimal solutions. Bounds of the positive definite solutions are also established in terms of matrix $A$. Finally some sufficient conditions and necessary conditions for the existence of positive definite solutions of the equations are also proposed.
Evaluation Research on Eco-environment System of Chongqing City Based on the Background of Balancing Rural and Urban Development

Abstract: On the view of "conducting urban and rural eco-environment development", we constructed, in this study , the ecological environment evaluation index system of chongqing city. And then, the behaviors of eco-environment system during the period from 1998 to 2008 in Chongqing city was empirically evaluated by using Times Series Analysis &PCA method. The results showed that 1) the overall level of eco-environment quality in Chongqing city in the context of urban and reral development has continued to rise, and the changing rates changed up and down in the meantime. 2)The coordination degree variations of the system showed a double peaks curve:evolution peaks appeared in 2001 and 2006.3)The relationships between subsystems of urban and rural eco-environment in Chongqing city can be characterized with the equation F=0.745 6F1 -0.731 1F2. The eco-environment of urban subsystem in Chongqing city is doing rather well, while the rural subsystem is becoming worse. Therefore, we should pay close attention to the negative evolution of rural subsystem and prevent it in the near future.

Abstract:
Because of high heterogeneity, a further classification should be made for diagnosis and treatment in gastric cancer. Biomarkers selected in subtypes are important for precision medicine. Based on gene expression level, we constructed genome-wide co-expression networks for invasive, proliferative and metabolic subtype in gastric cancer respectively. The hierarchical clustering was used to get sub-networks, and hub gene sets of subtypes were got by analysis in sub-networks. Unique differential expression genes as candidate targeted genes in subtype were gained by a comparative analysis between subtypes. These genes may be helpful for improving diagnosis and therapy methods and developing new drug in gastric cancer.

Abstract: Based on rock geological data of a large cavern under high in-situ stress,the effects of three arch shapes,single center arch and three-center arch and elliptical arch,of large caverns under high in-situ stress on stress effect in rockmass of arch are analyzed by the elastoplastic finite element;The results reveal that this effect is very obvious,and some stress concentration factor reaches 3.33;whichever arch shapes are adopted,stress intensity neighborhood of arch seat is unavoidable. Gray condition criterion is developed with plastic region and stress concentration factor;and each gray condition value is calculated. According to gray condition value,by synthetically judging,no matter what in-situ stress side pressure coefficient is,the elliptical arch is the best with the three-center arch the second.
