Uma abordagem ao desenvolvimento local inspirada em Celso Furtado e Milton Santos
Goulart, Sueli;
Cadernos EBAPE.BR , 2006, DOI: 10.1590/S1679-39512006000300004
Abstract: partnerships, trusts, local productive arrangements, interorganizational networks and other variations have been formulated, studied and evaluated as configurations capable to promote the development of localities, in different scales. under different theoretical approaches and in the varied areas of the administration, these forms are understood, usually, as adjusted to foment the development in the context of the globalization. however, with exceptions, the local development has been taken for granted as natural and automatic resulted of those initiatives or the new institucional arrangements moved by them. this article explores elements theoretician-empiricists formulated by celso furtado and milton santos to search an alternative of agreement and praxiological content to the concept of local development. to substantiate the reflections, it presents part of a referring empirical work to the formation of the local productive arrangement of information technology and communication of pernambuco. it finishes with the fidgets and the implications for the organizational studies, resultants of the inspiration searched in those authors.

Nontrivial Causal Structures Engendered by Knotted Solitons
érico Goulart
Physics , 2014, DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevD.91.045033
Abstract: It is shown that the causal structure associated to string-like solutions of the Fadeev-Niemi (FN) model is described by an effective metric. Remarkably, the surfaces characterising the causal replacement depend on the energy momentum tensor of the background soliton and carry implicitly a topological invariant $\pi_{3}(\mathbb{S}^2)$. As a consequence, it follows that the pre- image curves in $\mathbb{R}^3$ nontrivialy define directions where the cones remain unchanged. It turns out that these results may be of importance in understanding time dependent solutions (collisions/scatterings) numerically or analytically.
Characteristic analysis for integrable soliton models on two-dimensional target spaces
E. Goulart
Mathematics , 2015,
Abstract: We investigate the evolutionary aspects of some integrable soliton models whose Lagrangians are derived from the pullback of a volume-form to a two-dimensional target space. These models are known to have infinitely many conserved quantities and support various types of exact analytic solutions with nontrivial topology. In particular, we show that, in spite of the fact that they admit nice smooth solutions, wave propagation about these solutions will always be ill-posed. This is related to the fact that the corresponding Euler-Lagrange equations are not of hyperbolic type.

Abstract: two bovista species occurring in cerrado and caatinga biomes are described: b. pila berk. & curt and b. plumbea pers. sem-photographs of spore ornamentation and a key for brazilian species are provided.
Anatomia comparada do lenho de raiz e caule de Aegiphila sellowiana cham. (Verbenaceae)
Goulart, Selma Lopes;
CERNE , 2012, DOI: 10.1590/S0104-77602012000400009
Abstract: this study compared the structural anatomy o stem and root wood of aegiphila sellowiana cham. (verbenaceae). the study was conducted on a cerrado area in the town of pratania, s?o paulo state. three specimens of a. sellowiana were collected for the study. stem samples were collected at a breast height (1.30 m from the soil), root samples were collected 30 to 40 cm from the stem base. there were both qualitative and quantitative variation between root and stem wood. distinct growth rings demarcated were observed in stem and root wood. simple perforation plates were found in the vessel elements in root and stem wood. forked fibers, fibers with cavities and interruptions in their wall, and septate fibers were observed in the wood of both organs. uni-and multiseriate rays were found in the wood of the two organs, one to three cells wide in the stem and one to four cells wide in the root. the relevant quantitative characteristics between root and stem wood in a. sellowiana were: length, diameter and frequency of vessel; fiber wall diameter and thickness; ray width, height and frequency; and intervascular pit diameter.
Efeito do tratamento de sementes de algod?o com fungicidas no controle do tombamento de plantulas causado por Rhizoctonia solani
Fitopatologia Brasileira , 2002, DOI: 10.1590/S0100-41582002000400011
Abstract: this work was carried out at embrapa agropecuaria oeste, dourados, ms in order to evaluate the efficiency of several fungicides, applied as seed dressing, in the control of damping-off caused by rhizoctonia solani. greenhouse testing was performed, using the cotton (gossypium hirsutum) cv. deltaopal. treated and untreated seeds with the fungicides were sowed in sand contained in plastic flats, placed in individual and equidistant wells, 3 cm deep. inoculation with r. solani was done by the homogeneous distribution of the fungus inoculum onto the substrate. the fungus was grown for 35 days on autoclaved oat seeds and then ground to powder using a mill (1 mm). nine grams of the fungus inoculum were put into each plastic flat. the effect of the fungicide treatment on initial and final seedling emergence was observed, with distinction to triadimenol + pencycuron + tolylfluanid and triadimenol + tolylfluanid, followed by carboxin + thiram, triadimenol and carboxin + thiram + carbendazim. the most efficient treatments in the control of cotton seedling pos-emergence damping-off were triadimenol + pencycuron + tolylfluanid, followed by triadimenol, triadimenol + tolylfluanid and carboxin + thiram. no phytotoxic effects were observed on cotton.
As tecnologias na política nacional de forma??o de professores a distancia: entre a expans?o e a redu??o
Barreto, Raquel Goulart;
Educa??o & Sociedade , 2008, DOI: 10.1590/S0101-73302008000300013
Abstract: this article has been produced by means of three points of entry: (1) recontextualization; (2) expansion-reduction movement and (3) tutors' conception and working conditions. based on them, it analyzes the ways information and communication technologies are inscribed in the current distance learning teacher education national policy, by focusing on the assumptions and implications of the formulations which sustain the whole construction.
