Abstract: This paper presents the most known methods used for audit risk evaluation. The goal of audit is to express a competent and independent opinion about the fairness of the financial statements and his information intended to protect equally all accounting information users, all participants to economic and social life (shareholders, state, employees, banks, clients, suppliers etc). His opinion on the fairness of the financial statements it isn’t an absolute guarantee. Because of uncertainty it appears the risk that the auditor to give an opinion that does not correspond to the truth. In present there are a lot of models for risk evaluation in audit, some practically orientated and some theoretically orientated. This paper discusses, with example, three methods used in present in audit activity by specialists.
DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF HPTLC ASSAY METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUS QUANTIFICATION OF HYDROCORTISONE AND CLOTRIMAZOLE IN CREAM AND APPLYING FOR STABILITY INDICATING TEST

Abstract: a simple, specific, precise and accurate simultaneous high-performance thin-layer chromatographic method of analysis for hydrocortisone and clotrimazole was developed and validated. the method employed hptlc glass plates (20x10) mm precoated with silica gel 60 f254 as the stationary phase. the solvent system consisted of toluene: propanol: ammonia (13:3:0.1v/v) that gave compact spots with rf value of 0.27 ± 0.01 and 0.58 ± 0.02 for hydrocortisone and clotrimazole, respectively. densitometric analysis of hydrocortisone and clotrimazole was carried out in the absorbance/reflectance mode at 226nm. the calibration curves showed good linear relationship with r2 = 0.996 + 0.003 and 0.996 + 0.002 in the concentration range of 200-1200 and 200-1000 ng/ì! for hydrocortisone and clotrimazole, respectively. the method was validated for precision, recovery and robustness. the lod & loq were found to be 35.31, 107.01 and 34.93, 105.87 ng/ì! for hydrocortisone and clotrimazole respectively. statistical analysis proved that the method is repeatable, specific and accurate for the estimation of the studied drugs. resolution of hydrocortisone, clotrimazole and their degradation products formed under different stress conditions (acid-base hydrolysis, oxidation and thermal degradation) was successfully achieved with the developed method indicating that it can be employed as a stability indicating method.

Particularities of Audit Planning in E-commerce

Abstract: The purpose of our paper is to catch some of the audit particularities in the e-commerce environment. The technological and economic development of the latest centuries resulted in the significant development of the electronic commerce, and the changes made in the manner of executing transactions had important repercussions on the manner of executing the audit. In this context, auditors must adapt their activity to the general evolution tendency, must be able to understand and evaluate not only the financial information, but also the processing techniques used by the information system of the audited companies. Changes in the manner of executing the audit determined by the use of e-commerce are noticeable early on the mission planning stage. This paper presents the stages of planning an audit mission, the main changes the auditor must bear in mind in case of companies that use electronic commerce and the manner in which these combine with the audit in the classic environment of transactions.
Information Technologies in the Calm Technologies Era

Abstract: Information and communication technologies met a culminant evolution even since they appeared, with major achievements that became established in various fields of activity. Currently, one can notice an increased tendency to upgrade from classic computers to other types of equipment, much smaller in size, able to perform similar functions, such as PDA’s or mobile phones. Also, the expansion of wireless communication technologies allows the access to Internet and to users’ permanent interconnection. Therefore, a normal desire of human beings is developed, that of using miniaturized equipment, with no less performance, capable to ensure access to various information sources and to support communication. This tendency will result in the transition towards a new evolution stage of the IT&C, known as the calm technologies era.This study is intended to seize the main stages, characteristics and conditions that the technological evolution should pursuit and fulfil in order to ensure the success of calm technologies and, at the same time, to optimize users’ economic and social life.

Abstract: In this experimental study, the laser light was split and bended using a specially designed glass lenses at the same time. This process has been done at the atmospheric pressure and room temperature conditions. During the experiments, the semiconductor laser as a source of green and red laser diode is used. In addition, polari- zation, magnetic field, electric field or any other auxiliary materials and systems which affect laser light are not used to bend the laser light. Only transparent glass lenses that are designed specially are used in the experimental study.

Abstract: CO2 capturing, transport and sequestration by pressurized water dissolution and reacting by natural alkali lime and magnesia in coal fly ash or other sources become an industrial advantageous sequestration option resulting in green waste solutions or solid fines. Mg and Ca containing minerals are reacting with CO2 to form carbonates. Various types of fly ash materials may react with CO2 to form carbonate regarding ash composition and reaction parameters. Mineral sequestration of CO2 will also allow using the products in cement industry or as cement material in constructions with low cost. This paper discussed progress on coal mining filling by carbonation method using coal fly ash of Soma, Yatagan, Afsin Elbistan Power Stations. Other filler materials containing coal mine waste shale, fly ashes and foam concrete, and additives were searched for pretreatment methods to enhance cement reactivity; and in analyzing the structural changes to identify reaction paths and potential barriers.
