Liderazgo transformacional y la facilitación de la aceptación al cambio organizacional

Abstract: Objetivo. El objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar la relación entre el estilo de liderazgo transformacional y la aceptación al cambio organizacional en trabajadores de dos empresas de Bogotá, pertenecientes al sector económico terciario. Método. Es una investigación no experimental con un dise o correlacional. Se aplicó el instrumento de medición al cambio organizacional (IMC) a 9 jefes o líderes de cargos medios y el cuestionario liderazgo multifactor (MLQ) a 62 operarios. Resultados. En los resultados se evidencian asociaciones significativas y positivas entre efectividad y comunicación en un 0,685. Conclusión. Se concluye que la comunicación y la actitud al cambio son elementos importantes en un proceso de cambio organizacional. Para efectos de futuras investigaciones se podría ampliar la muestra y adaptar el cuestionario de liderazgo transformacional a la población colombiana.
Relación entre los factores de riesgo psicosocial y la resistencia al cambio organizacional en personal de seguridad de una empresa del sector económico terciario

Abstract: in this investigation the relation between the factors of psycho-social risk and the resistance to the change in the personnel of security of an organization of the tertiary economic sector of benefit of services was identified. it was made under a corelational cross-sectional design, through the application of the measuring instruments of resistance to the change (imrc) and measurement of psycho-social risk (imp). the established phases were: a) compilation of the information, document analysis and elaboration of measuring instrument of the resistance to the change, b) validation of both instruments by judges, c) establishment of contacts and pertinent authorizations to make the application pilot, d) application of both measuring instruments to collect the information necessary to carry out the corelational analysis and e) data analysis and presentation of the results report. the instruments were applied to 199 people who fulfilled the characteristics of the study. the results were analyzed with spss-13. it was find a 0.605 corelation with trustworthiness of 84% for change resistances, and 0.79 for psycho-social risk. these indices surpass the minimum of 0.50 established, which indicates a high level of trustworthiness and precision in the measurement of the attribute, this allows to predict a high level of trustworthiness in the evaluation of the variables in other applications. between the most important implications of the study they are the necessity to extend the investigation to other elements related to the survival and growth of the organizations and confirmation of another battle area for the psychologist.

Abstract: In order to investigate the relationship between authorítarianísm in the family and values in the children, 150 adolescente, 16_18 years old were selected. An adaptation of Adorno′s F scale was applied to the 150 fathers and the 150 mothers. An adapted versión of Allport-Vemon- Lindzey′s Study of Values was applied to the 150 adolescents. The order of values was: theoretical, economical, political, aesthetic, social, and religious. No significant relationship was found between authoritarianism and values. On the other hand, mothers were found to be more authorítarian than fathers

Abstract: the objective of this research was to find the relationship between organizational change and attitude change among workers in a company in bogota. it was conducted under a cross-sectional correlational study, by applying the measuring instrument of change (bmi) and the range of attitudes towards change (eac). to this end, a sample of 50 officers was taken and we applied the two instruments. in the results significant correlations are obtained between the variable of fear of the cad tool and participation variables (integration) (r =-.375), communication (r =-.518), work (r =-.590), acceptance (r =-.369), knowledge of the organization (r =-.497), culture of change (r =-.429), design and development of change (r = -.650), group level (r = -.579), the instrument imc. on the other hand, we found a variable relationship between eac and cynicism of the instrument adaptability variables (r =-.488), participation (inclusion) (r =-.538), communication (r =-.518), work team (r = -.661), acceptance (r = -.546), knowledge of the organization (r = -.645), culture of change (r = -.398), management of change (r = -.481 ), design and development of change (r= -.685), individual level (r = -.390), group level (r = -.667), organizational level (r = -.599) of the imc. we conclude that employees of the organization, had a favorability and flexible attitude towards change.

Abstract: in this paper, the study, modelling and solution proposals of the famous hockey stick syndrome (hss) or end-of-the-month syndrome problem is presented. from this study it was possible to identify its causes and effects in a supply chain of massive consumption products in a continuous process. equally, the impact was evaluated in the total cost function and solution strategies to the specific problem were established. the study is based on the use of an analytical model that reproduces the problem and the associate costs, then measures the effects and the magnitude of the solution. the solution aims to regularize the sale cycle flow. the results show a reduction of inventories, a better balance between the production and deliveries of products, as well as a larger efficiency in the use of the logistical resources.

Abstract: the purpose of the study was to design, construct and validate a psychosocial risk measure (imp) instrument. the imp is conformed by 52 items which evaluate the psychosocial risk through seven dimensions: job loads, role definition, task identification, job level responsibility, management characteristics, social group of work characteristics and organizational characteristics. five phases was carried out: a) theoretical and conceptual boarding of the psychosocial risk; b) test design; c) judges evaluation; d) instrument implementation; and e) results analysis and discussion. imp was applied to 442 workers, from seven companies, some private and some public, in bogotá. reliability coefficient of cronbach's alpha was 0.843.

Abstract: the main goal of the study was to find the relationship between motivation and resistance to change in workers of a public sector company in bogotá, colombia. the study made contributions to industrial/organizational psychology with regards to these two variables, specifically supervision, participation, belonging, communication, teamwork, job content, leadership, internal motivational conditions, change culture, individual and group level, authority acceptance, preferred means, task dedication, passive resistance, expectation, among others. an action field for the psychologist is confirmed upon finding that controlling work conditions (with regards to motivation and factors that create resistance to change) in order to achieve an optimal performance is vital, and the perspective of organizational psychology becomes widened, since the psychologist is a potential agent of change

Abstract: until recently the identification of human remains was based on comparing the data available of the missing persons before and after their disappearance or the disaster. nowadays dna analysis allows complete and reliable identification. the variability of the genome and the identification of that variability through the study of different polymorphisms (rflp, snp, etc) facilitate the differentiation of individuals with a high degree of reliability (99.999 %) and simultaneously follow their lineage. these techniques have been validated and are highly automated. the system "ampflstr? identifiler? pcr amplification kit", together with the "abi prism? 3130 genetic analyzer" of applied biosystems, allows the identification of 15 loci and one sex marker (amelogenin). the codis system is integrated by 13 str samong the 15 analyzed by this kit.

Abstract: the purpose of this research was to establish the relationship between groups / teams and organizational change with workers in a marketing company in bogota, d.c. it was used a questionnaire for team work assessment and the instrument for change measurement (imc). the methodology for this research was correlational designed with the purpose of quantify and measure variables at work and to calculate the index of correlation between them. from results it was obtained a low level of hindrance to change. also it was found a significant correlation between participation organizational efficacy, change culture responsibility and group level efficacy with the team work instrument. in conclusion there are obstacles and facilitators of change related to team work.

Abstract: this article presents some strategies for strengthening base technology sectors such as biotechnology, electronics and software, which are usually approached within local contexts by small- and medium-scale companies (pyme). a conceptual analysis of base technology companies (btc), using a systemic competitiveness approach and field-work in fifteen companies from the previously- mentioned sectors, was used in an attempt to contribute towards understanding btc and their better performance in countries having emergent economies, such as those of the andean region. the results of the investigation revealed the need for coordinating academic, state and private sector efforts aimed at overcoming deficiencies found in management and understanding that competitiveness is everyone?s responsibility.
