Abstract: To strengthen and improve college students’ party construction in the new period is very important, and it has a great significance. The university is the cradle of cultivating a new generation of the motherland, carrying the hope of the future. Strengthening the university student party construction work, and training more excellent party members have very important role in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The university student party building work has made some achievements in recent years, but it still exists some problems which cannot be ignored. This paper makes a deep study on the new situation and new problems about the university student party building work, and finds out some measures and countermeasures of some new methods for university students to provide the theoretical support for the work of Party building.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese economy and society, the ideological condition of college students continuously presents new characteristics, and also brings challenge to ideological and political education work effectiveness. Because of the upsurge of “Chinese culture” in recent years, some scholars have begun to study the idea of Confucian psychological education. How to integrate Confucian psychological education into the ideological and political education of college students will become a new hot spot and the difficulty. Study of Confucian thoughts on psychological education, using Confucian thoughts on psychological education and methods to strengthen college students’ psychological quality, to strengthen the cultivation of students’ psychological quality, and to further enhance the system and effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college students, is not only the requirement of students’ healthy growth, and social expectations of university ideological and political education work.
Cervical cancer screening: hTERC gene amplification detection by FISH in comparison with conventional methods  [PDF]

Abstract: Aim: To assess the clinical significance of hTERC amplification for cervical cancer screening detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and compare it with that of current screening methods within the same group. Methods: A total of one hundred and nine women were recruited in this study. All of them had liquid-based thin-prep cytologic test (TCT), human papillomavirus (HPV) DNA testing and hTERC gene amplification analysis using interphase two-color FISH. In addition, colposcopically directed biopsy and/or cone biopsy were conducted for definite histopathologic diagnosis for each case. The optimal threashold of hTERC gene amplification by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) were assecced by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. The results of hTERC gene amplification analysis were compared with the cytological analysis, HPV DNA testing and those of subsequent biopsies. Results: Among the 109 patients, 18 were benign lesion, 17 were LSIL, 66 were HSIL and 8 were invasive carcinoma of cervix (ICC). Of them, hTERC-positive cases were found in 0.0% (0/18) of normal specimens, 11.8% (2/17) of LSIL, 72.7% (48/66) of HSIL and 100.0% (8/8) of ICC, respectively. The positive rate of hTERC gene amplification was significantly higher in HSIL and ICC compared with normal and LSIL (all P < 0.01).The optimal cut-off point of percentages of cells with hTERC amplification was determined as 5.5%. Using this threshold the hTERC test reached a much higher specificity(94.3%, 33/35) and a relatively lower sensitivity(77.0%, 57/74) to distinguish benign lesion and LSIL from HSIL and ICC in comparison with HR-HPV test (51.4%; 91.9%) and TCT (74.3%; 81.1%). Area Under the Curve revealed that hTERC amplification test performed more accurately (area under the curve = 0.857) compared to HPV test (area under the curve = 0.717) and cytology(area under the curve = 0.777) to discriminate HSIL or higher from LSIL or lower. This study also found a significant positive correlation between positive hTERC gain and HR-HPV infection, abnormal cytological or histopathologic lesions (all P < 0.01) in patients with cervical diseases. Conclusion: hTERC amplification testing may be a promising adjunct to screen women for cervical precancer or cancer with high specificity and accuracy.

Aiming at the complex electromagnetic transient process of EMU passing by phase-separation with electric load in high-speed railway, mechanism of overvoltage caused by switching off, overvoltage caused by switching on and impact current is analyzed systematically in this article. π-type equivalent circuit of feeding section is put forward in the analysis of overvoltage mechanism. Overvoltage and overcurrent model of passing by phase-separation with electric load are also built. Correctness of mechanism was validated by simulation. In addition, the methods to solve the influence on substations, transformers and protection devices in this process are put forward, which provides a new idea on passing by phase-separation with electric load technology.

Design of a Dual-Mode Dual-Band Filter Using Stepped Impedance Resonators

Abstract: A microstrip dual-mode dual-band bandpass filter using stepped impedance resonators (SIRs) is designed for dual-band wireless local area network (WLAN) applications at 2.4 and 5.2 GHz. By appropriately selecting the impedance ratio () and length ratio () of the SIRs, the harmonic frequencies can be tuned for generating the dual-bandpass response. Based on SIRs, a dual-mode dual-band bandpass filter is designed with one transmission zero. To improve the selectivity, another three transmission zeros in stopbands be created by introducing two stubs in input/output (I/O) lines. Two experimental filters are fabricated. Both simulated resulted and measured resulted are presented.

Controlled order rearrangement encryption for quantum key distribution

Abstract: A novel technique is devised to perform orthogonal state quantum key distribution. In this scheme, entangled parts of a quantum information carrier are sent from Alice to Bob through two quantum channels. However before the transmission, the orders of the quantum information carrier in one channel is reordered so that Eve can not steal useful information. At the receiver's end, the order of the quantum information carrier is restored. The order rearrangement operation in both parties is controlled by a prior shared control key which is used repeatedly in a quantum key distribution session.
Secure Direct Communication with a Quantum One-Time-Pad

Abstract: Quantum secure direct communication is the direct communication of secret messages without first producing a shared secret key. It maybe used in some urgent circumstances. Here we propose a quantum secure direct communication protocol using single photons. The protocol uses batches of single photons prepared randomly in one of four different states. These single photons serve as a one-time-pad which are used directly to encode the secret messages in one communication process. We also show that it is unconditionally secure. The protocol is feasible with present-day technique.
The macro-behavior of agents' opinion under the influence of an external field

Abstract: In this paper, a model about the evolution of opinion on small world networks is proposed. We studied the macro-behavior of the agents' opinion and the relative change rate as time elapses. The external field was found to play an important role in making the opinion $s(t)$ balance or increase, and without the influence of the external field, the relative change rate $\gamma(t)$ shows a nonlinear increasing behavior as time runs. What's more, this nonlinear increasing behavior is independent of the initial condition, the strength of the external field and the time that we cancel the external field. Maybe the results can reflect some phenomenon in our society, such as the function of the macro-control in China or the Mass Media in our society.
