The research of testing method for timing precision of seismic data acquisition systems

Abstract: The timing precision of telemetry seismic data acquisition systems is a very important performance index, which pases effects on stratum resolution of seismic prospecting directly. The timing precision of telemetry seismic data acquisition systems depends on the precision of sampling rates of data acquisition units. This paper gives the basic definition of timing precision first, based on analog-digital signal processing technique. It studies the single squire wave and double unit impulse methods of testing timing precision and compares their testing precisions,and presents test results using the method mentioned. At last it discusses test errors.

Abstract: Conserving genetic diversity of rare and endangered species and their evolutionary potential is one of the long-term goals of ex situ conservation. Some potential genetic risks in ex situ conservation in botanical gardens are presented. The preserved species may lack genetic representativity because of poor sampling. Inappropriate plantations, inadequate records and unclear kinships jeopardize endangered species to genetic confusion, inbreeding depression or outbreeding depression. Artificial selection and habitat conversion also potentially result endangered plants in (adapting) to ex situ conservation, which had been usually overlooked. All the genetic risks can decrease the success of reintroduction and recovery. Therefore, appropriate genetic management should be carried out in botanical gardens to decrease or avoid genetic risks in ex situ conservation.

Abstract: Clarification of indigenous and exotic plant species is very important for floristic analysis and vegetation restoration. There are about 74 national protected rare and endangered plant species in Jiugongshan Nature Reserve. Of those, 59 are exotic species and 15 are indigenous species. That both indigenous species and exotic species should be recorded separately for Nature Reserve was suggested.
Relationship of hyperglycemia and prognosis in elderly acute myocardial infarction patients with high risk: a clinical study

Abstract: Objective To assess the influence of post-admission random hyperglycemia of elderly patients suffering from acute myocardial infarction (STEMI) with elevation of ST segment on cardiac function, coronary perfusion, and the prognosis of one year later. Methods A total of 137 STEMI patients aged over 75 years were enrolled in present study, including 69 cases of random blood glucose ≥11mmol/L (hyperglycemia group) and 68 cases of random blood glucose<11mmol/L (control group). All the subjects underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The cardiac function before and after operation, postoperative coronary blood flow, serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and hypersensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) values of all the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were followed up for major adverse cardiac events (MACE) within 12 months after operation. Results After operation, the left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) was significantly lower in hyperglycemia group than that in control group (42.64%±5.29% vs 54.13%±4.31%, P=0.031), the BNP and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher in hyperglycemia group than that in control group (619.53±145.77ng/L vs 489.46±159.63ng/L, P=0.035; 26.71±11.28mg/L vs 17.89±9.03mg/ L, P=0.023). The proportion of target coronary blood flow TIMI≤2 was relatively higher, and the incidence of MACE in 12 months of follow-up was also higher in hyperglycemia group compared with that in control group (13.94% vs 2.94%, P=0.030; 19.35% vs 10.29%, P=0.031). Cox proportional hazards regression model showed that age (HR=1.03, 95% CI 1.001-1.043, P=0.009), symptom to door time (HR=1.74, 95% CI 1.005-2.102, P=0.039), KILLIP ≥2 (HR=2.02, 95% CI 1.004-2.871, P=0.010), SYNTAX score (HR=2.88, 95% CI 1.105-2.906, P=0.008), hyperglycemia (HR=2.09, 95% CI 1.011-2.439, P=0.014) were the independent predictors of 12 months MACE. Conclusion Elderly high risk STEMI patients with admission hyperglycemia have worse cardiac function, coronary blood flow and higher incidence of MACE after PCI therapy.

Abstract: Na+-doped and compositional graded doped Ba0.25Sr0.75TiO3 thin films were grown on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by Sol-Gel technique. The dielectric properties of thin films were investigated as a function of Na+ doping level. It is revealed that with the increase of Na+ concentrations both the dielectric constant and the loss decrease continuously while the leakage current initially decreases (Na+< 2.5mol%) and then increases. The increase of leakage current may be caused by the formation of porous structure which was confirmed by field emission scanning microscopy (FE-SEM). The improvement of overall dielectric properties were achieved by using the compositional graded doping which results in a better microstructure in the film.

Abstract: Undoped and Mn-Mg co-doped barium strontiun titanate (Ba0.25Sr0.75TiO3) thin films were deposited on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by a sol-gel technique. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and FE- SEM reveal that the films exhibite a pure perovskite phasestructure, uniform grain sizes and crack-fee. The dielectric constant, loss, tunability and leakage current density are 200, 0.010, 38%, 1×10 -5 A/cm 2, respectively, at a 1mol% Mn-Mg content. The improved BST thin films can be used for tunable microwave devices.

Abstract: 研究了荷叶铁线蕨(Adiantum reniforme var.sinense)的不同贮藏时间与培养条件对其配子体发育和孢子体形成的影响,结果表明:荷叶铁线蕨孢子为不含叶绿素孢子,在室温下保存5年以上时间依然具有活力,但不同的贮藏时间对配子体和孢子体的形成具有显著的影响。其中,室温贮藏7d的配子体形成的时间为29d,而贮藏5年的为38d;贮藏7d的孢子体形成的时间为96d,贮藏4个月的为105d。在培养室(25±1)℃恒温和每天2000~2500lx12h光照]沙基质中,从孢子播种到形成孢子体时间最短,为87d;沙基质比腐殖土更利于孢子体的形成;配子体密度在不超过3株/cm2的情况下,密度越高越有利于孢子体的形成。
A Peptide That Binds Specifically to the β-Amyloid of Alzheimer's Disease: Selection and Assessment of Anti-β-Amyloid Neurotoxic Effects

Abstract: The accumulation of the amyloid-β peptide (Aβ) into amyloid plaques, an essential event in Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathogenesis, has caused researchers to seek compounds that physiologically bind Aβ and modulate its aggregation and neurotoxicity. In order to develop new Aβ-specific peptides for AD, a randomized 12-mer peptide library with Aβ1-10 as the target was used to identify peptides in the present study. After three rounds of selection, specific phages were screened, and their binding affinities to Aβ1-10 were found to be highly specific. Finally, a special peptide was synthesized according to the sequences of the selected phages. In addition, the effects of the special peptide on Aβ aggregation and Aβ-mediated neurotoxicity in vitro and in vivo were assessed. The results show that the special peptide not only inhibited the aggregation of Aβ into plaques, but it also alleviated Aβ-induced PC12 cell viability and apoptosis at appropriate concentrations as assessed by the cell counting kit-8 assay and propidium iodide staining. Moreover, the special peptide exhibited a protective effect against Aβ-induced learning and memory deficits in rats, as determined by the Morris water maze task. In conclusion, we selected a peptide that specifically binds Aβ1-10 and can modulate Aβ aggregation and Aβ-induced neuronal damage. This opens up possibilities for the development of a novel therapeutic approach for the treatment of AD.

Abstract: 分析湖泊源区生态地质环境对湖泊变化的影响,建立湖泊变化、源区归一化植被指数(NDVI)变化与生态地质环境演变的关系,提出"湖泊、NDVI遥感动态监测的生态地质环境评价"方法("L-N").基于20世纪90年代初(TM)至2000年初(ETM)的湖泊遥感调查数据,结合相应NOAA/AVHRR NDVI数据,利用L-N方法完成青藏高原生态地质环境评价.研究结果表明:青藏高原生态地质环境总体呈恶化趋势,高原北部的边缘地带、长江情系上游、特别是柴达木盆地较为明显,雅鲁藏布江流域、高原东南部情况较好;L-N方法有助于提高遥感环境监测效率,湖泊、NDVI遥感监测具有重要的生态地质环境意义.

Abstract: Using MSS satellite image data in 1975 and ETM image data in 2000 as r emote sensing information source,we studied the status quo and dynamic change of sandy desertification along the Great Wall in northern Shaanxi through building scientific classification system for sandy desertified land in combination with GIS analysis method.The result indicates that after 25 years prevention and con trol,the trend of sandy desertification has been distinctly reversed.Nevertheles s,the sandy desertification intensity was still very high,especially the scale o f severe sandy desertification was large.At the same time,the exploitation of co al,petroleum and natural gas has a long,term and potential negative impact on th e sandy desertification.So we must set up the rational resource exploitation and environmental protection system.
