Interval Degree Histogram Image Retrieval Based on the Adjacent Corner

Abstract: This paper presents a new image retrieval method based on shape, first the image is divided into central and lateral annular two region, adjacent corner interval degree is calculated in the region, the interval is quantified some grades, and thus calculate each image in each region of the adjacent corner interval histogram, the two images of the similarity depends on the corresponding region histogram Euclidean distance. The algorithm has the translation, rotation and scale invariant features, the experiment proves that it has better image retrieval efficiency.
Effect of Seabed Topography Change on Sound Ray Propagation—A Simulation Study  [PDF]

Abstract: Variation of ocean environmental parameters is important to sound ray propagation. This article studies the problem of sound ray propagation in seawater by BELLHOP ray model. The sensitivities of sound ray propagation to the variations of seabed topography and depth of sound source by simulation. The results show that the depth variation of sound source is the main cause for emerging and disappearing of surface sound channel, accumulation area and deep sound channel. The deviation of sound ray propagation is in accordance with seabed topography change.

Abstract: 利用黑龙江省81个气象站1975—2004年30年的逐日气象资料及相应插值的网格同期逐日气象资料,采用WOFOST作物生长模型,模拟并分析了甜菜气候生产力的空间分布特征及主要气候影响因素。结果表明:黑龙江省甜菜早、中熟品种气候生产力在中部和东部由北向南递增,在西部由北向南递减;晚熟品种气候生产力在中东部和东部由北向南递增,在西部由北向南递减,在中西部处于中产水平。主要气候影响因素的分布对甜菜气候生产力的分布具有重要影响。利用气候生产力距平百分率、实际产量变异系数及与气候生产力密切相关的主要生育期的4个气候因子(枝叶繁茂期的平均气温、糖分积累期的平均气温、根快膨大期的降水量、糖分积累期的气温日较差),采用动态聚类分析方法,将黑龙江省甜菜早、中、晚熟品种的种植区域分别划分为8类、7类和6类种植气候区。

Properties of Ground State for OH Radicals in Different External Electric Fields

Abstract: 采用MPW1PW91/Aug-cc-pvqz方法及基组探索电场对OH自由基基态分子的总能量、键长、偶极矩、谐振频率、红外谱强度、电荷布居、HOMO和LUMO能级的影响.计算结果表明:MPW1PW91方法优化得到的核间距为Re=0.096 973 nm,与实验值Re=0.096 96 nm符合得非常好,只有0.001 3%的误差;振动频率为3 739.403 cm-1,也与NIST数据库实验值3 737.76 cm-1一致;键长和红外谱强度随电场的增加先减小后增大;HOMO能和谐振频率分子总能量随电场的增加先增大后减小;偶极矩随电场增加线性地增加,LUMO能级随电场增加平缓地增加;Eg随外电场的增大先增大后减小.电场中OH自由基分子被激发至空轨道形成空穴时,该分子对电场强度具有选择性.
The density functional theoretical method with Aug-cc-pvqz basis sets (MPW1PW91/Aug-cc-pvqz) was adopted to study the total energy, bond length, dipole moment, harmonic frequency, infrared intensity, atomic charge distribution, and HOMO (the highest occupied molecular orbital energy level) and LUMO (the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy level) of the OH radical ground state molecules in electric fields with different intensities. The results showed that the equilibrium structure was highly consistent with experiment data, the error being 0.001 3% only. The harmonic frequency (f=3 739.403 cm-1) also well agreed with the experiment data of the NIST database (f=3 737.76 cm-1). With the increase of the external electric field, bond length and infrared intensity decreased first, and then increased; in contrast, HOMO energy level and harmonic frequency were observed to increase first and decrease afterwards. The electric dipole moments were noticed to increase linearly, and LUMO energy level was found to increase slowly. The energy gap (Eg) increased first, and then decreased. Properties of Strain Compensated Symmetrical Triangular Quantum Wells Composed of InGaAs/InAs Chirped Superlattice Grown Using Gas Source Molecular Beam Epitaxy

Abstract: We investigate the properties of symmetrical triangular quantum wells composed of InGaAs/InAs chirped superlattice, which is grown by gas source molecular beam epitaxy via digital alloy method. In the quantum well structure tensile AlInGaAs are used as barriers to partially compensate for the significant compressive strain in the wells, the strain compensation effects are confirmed by x-ray measurement. The photoluminescence spectra of the sample are dominated by the excitonic recombination peak in the whole temperature range. The thermal quenching, peak energy shift and line-width broadening of the PL spectra are analysed in detail, the mechanisms are discussed.

Abstract: The decoy-state quantum key distribution protocol suggested by Adachi et al. (Phys. Rev. Lett. 99 180503 (2007)) is proven to be secure and feasible with current techniques. It owns two attractive merits, i.e., its longer secure transmission distance and more convenient operation design. In this paper, we first improve the protocol with the aid of local operation and two-way classical communication (2-LOCC). After our modifications, the secure transmission distance is increased by about 20 km, which will make the protocol more practicable.
