Abstract: We consider LM tests for spatial correlations in the spatial error model (SEM) and spatial autoregressive model (SAM) with randomly missing data in the dependent variable. We derive the formulas of the LM test statistics and provide finite sample performance of the LM tests through Monte Carlo experiments.

Abstract: This paper had studied “3 + 1” National Innovation Demonstration Zones (NIDZ) in China, which located in Beijing, Wuhan, Shanghai and Anhui province. There were national level instructions for innovation demonstration zones. These 4 regions would benefit from the specific policy approved by the Chinese government and the whole nation depended on them to improve creative S & T level in the future from “Made in China” to “Created in China”. This paper had compared different aspects among these 4 innovation zones. The “1” Anhui Hefei-Wuhu-Bengbu area (HWB) would benefit from experience made by the “3” earlier innovation zones.
Influence of uron resins on the performance of UF resins as adhesives for plywood

Abstract: uron resin, a kind of urea-formaldehyde (uf) resin containing much more uron structure, were prepared. several modified uf resins were obtained from mixing uron resins with normal uf resins as well as synthesizing uf resin with uron resin as raw material. this work demonstrated that the introducing of the uron structure reduced free formaldehyde content of uf resin and formaldehyde emission levels in bonded plywood panels significantly, the former were reduced by 76% and 84% in the latter. the synthesis time of uron resin can be shortened to 8 hours. the test result of free formaldehyde content, formaldehyde emission levels and bond strength indicated that specimen of 20 parts uron resin synthesized in 8 hours mixed with 100 parts uf resins (f/u molar ratio of 1.3) had a potential advantage to industrial application. the beneficial effect of uron resin on the performance of uf resin can be attributed to the opening of uron cycle structure and the following reaction with free formaldehyde and its oligomeric glycol forms.

Abstract: nano-structured materials often possess special properties that materials with identical compositions but ordinary grain size do not have. this paper reports our work on the surface nano-crystallisation and nano-structured alloy and composite coatings. a number of processing methods including magnetron sputtering, thermal spray and pulse electro-spark deposition have been used to produce surface nano-crystalline structure. the compositions and microstructures can be well controlled by using different targets or electrodes, nano-structured composites and adjusting processing parameters. surface nano-structured coatings can provide special chemical, mechanical and electronic properties such as high temperature corrosion and corrosive wear resistance. it has potential applications such as turbine blades, engine parts for petrochemical, aerospace and electronic device industries. this paper is focused on the study of the interrelations between processing, microstructure and properties. physical models have been established to explain the effects of nano-crystalline structure on the properties.

Abstract: We show that a broad-band subliminal channel which requires the subliminal receiver hold no information about the signer`s private signing key and achieves the potential bandwidth, can be easily constructed in a recently proposed paringbased signature scheme.And the existence of this subliminal channel just disproves Simmon`s conjectures on the bandwidth of the subliminal channel in a digital signature. Abstract: 从有理分式拟合方法出发,提出了用于射频CMOS平面螺旋电感2-π等效电路模型参数提取的新方法. 通过比较提参后等效电路给出的S参数和实验测量的S参数,证明该方法的精度很高. 此外,提参的策略非常直接,因此容易在CAD里面编程实现. 提参得到的等效电路模型对于射频电路设计者来说也是非常有用的.
