心叶凹唇姜的开花格局和雄性先熟机制

Abstract: 心叶凹唇姜(Boesenbergia longiflora)是分布于亚洲热带的一种姜科植物,在我国滇南地区成片生长于石灰山贫瘠的岩石缝隙和路边林下的冲积土壤上.心叶凹唇姜的花寿命为两天,第1天为严格的雄性阶段,第2天为严格的雌性阶段,是典型的花内雄性先熟,一朵花的雌、雄性阶段没有重叠,因而完全避免了白花授粉的发生.对这两种生境(石灰山贫瘠的岩石缝隙和路边林下)下的心叶凹唇姜的4个野外种群(在云南省普洱市的翠云乡彩虹洞、南岛河、澜沧县惠民乡和西双版纳州绿石林森林公园)和栽培植株的开花格局进行调查后发现,大多数个体在同一时间内只有一个花序开花,并且每隔一天才开一朵花,只有10%左右的植株同时具有雄性阶段和雌性阶段的花,这样的开花格局有效地降低了同株异花授粉发生的可能.心叶凹唇姜的平均花粉-胚珠比(Pollen-ovule ratio)为291,应该是以异交为主的混合交配系统.其自然种群存在着花粉限制,彩虹洞、南岛河和绿石林3个不同种群的平均结籽率都不到60%,这可能与其较小的花展示有关.心叶凹唇姜为泛化传粉植物,不同种群的有效传粉昆虫种类各不相同.在两种不同的生境条件下,心叶凹唇姜花的大小和开花格局都没有显著的差异,大多数个体同时只具有一种性阶段的花,说明心叶凹唇姜这种独特的开花格局是长期进化的结果.心叶凹唇姜通过隔一天开一朵花的开花格局,配合雄性先熟机制,有效地降低了自交的发生.

Abstract: 综述了姜科Zingiberaceae植物繁育系统和传粉生物学方面的研究及其进展.姜科有50余属1500多种,是一个泛热带分布的、动物传粉的单子叶植物大科.姜科植物中存在着雌花两性花异株、雄花两性花同株、花柱卷曲性、雄性先熟、自交不亲和等多种性表达方式和花部机制.姜科植物重要的传粉动物包括各种蜂类、天蛾、蝴蝶、鸟类等,不同的传粉动物对应不同的花部特征.在相对有限的研究中,姜科植物展现出了一些独特的传粉和繁育机制,在豆蔻属Amomum、山姜属Alpinia等植物中发现的花柱卷曲性被认为是植物界中一种独特的促进异交的行为机制,在对黄花大苞姜Caulokaempferia coenobialis的研究中发现了植物界中一种全新的花粉滑动自花传粉机制,这些新的研究和发现丰富了我们对姜科植物传粉和繁育系统多样性的认识.本文提出了今后姜科植物繁殖生物学研究的建议:对更多未知姜科植物类群的传粉和繁育系统进行研究;从系统发育的角度开展姜科不同类群植物的传粉和繁育系统的演化研究;对花柱卷曲性这一独特的性多态现象开展全面深入的研究.

Ex situ symbiotic seed germination, isolation and identification of effective symbiotic fungus in Cymbidium mannii (Orchidaceae)

Abstract: Aims The in situ and ex situ seed baiting techniques, which have been developed in recent years, are effective methods to study the compatible mycorrhizal fungi of orchids. Our aim was to obtain the compatible mycorrhizal fungi of epiphytic Cymbidium mannii using the ex situ seed baiting technique. Methods Bark, moss, litter and humus around the roots of adult plants of C. mannii were collected as substrate to cultivate C. mannii seeds in the laboratory. The fungi were isolated from developed protocorms and identified by morphological and molecular characteristics. The effects of different mycorrhizal fungi and light on seed germination were examined by in vitro symbiotic germination. Important findings The isolated fungus was identified as a species of the genus Epulorhiza and was named as FCb4. After 58 days cultivation, seeds inoculated with FCb4 strain and FDaI7 strain (Tulasnella, isolated from Dendrobium aphyllum) had a high germination ratio, whereas seeds without the fungus failed to germinate. There was no significant difference between the germination ratios of seeds inoculated with FCb4 and FDaI7 strains, but FCb4 was significantly superior for seedling formation and development compared with FDaI7 in light. This indicated a lower degree of symbiotic fungal specificity on seed germination than the protocorm development stage in C. mannii. The fungus we obtained was effective for seed germination, and protocorm and seedling development for C. mannii. Germination and protocorm production were higher in the dark (0/24 h light/dark) than the light condition (12/12 h light/dark), whereas the subsequent protocorm development was better with light. These findings will aid in seedling production and reintroduction of C. mannii.

Abstract: 植物的花寿命被认为是由雌、雄适合度的增长和维持花开放的花费之间的平衡来决定的.姜花属(Hedychium)是姜科唯一一个从热带到高海拔地区分布的大属,属内不同种类植物的花寿命差异很大.毛姜花原变种(H. villosum var.villosum)的花寿命为5 d,显著长于其它同域分布的姜科植物.通过人工剪除毛姜花原变种的柱头来使花朵具雌性功能的时间缩短,结果显示:在不同的处理中,结实率随花朵具雌性功能时间的延长而增加,开花1 d后剪除柱头的结实率为1.85%±1.59%,极显著低于对照的结实率20.96%±4.13%,说明其较长的花寿命能显著地增加传粉的成功率和结实率,长达5 d的花寿命有利于雌性适合度的提高.同时,毛姜花原变种开花1 d后,剩余的平均花粉数和总平均花粉数没有显著差异,而开花后2、3和4 d后剩余的平均花粉数则极显著少于总平均花粉数,说明随着花寿命的延长,花粉输出量也显著增加,其长达5 d的花寿命也有利于其雄性适合度的提高.较长的花寿命在毛姜花原变种拓展新的生境、向更高海拔地区的扩散中也许起着重要的作用.姜科植物有着极其多样性的传粉和繁育系统,花寿命在姜科植物传粉和繁育系统的多样性形成及其进化中起着重要作用,同时,较长的花寿命有效地提高了雌性适合度和雄性适合度,从而使姜科植物能脱离热带生境,向更高海拔的地区扩散,花寿命在姜科植物从热带地区到高海拔地区的分布过程中也起着重要作用.

Abstract: Conventional thickness control of hot rolling mainly depends on the monitoring automatic gauge control (AGC) of downstream stands to reduce thickness deviation. This method brings excessive adjustment on the last stand, and has passive effects on profile. In order to alleviate this influence, micro adjustment AGC of last stand in hot finishing mill based on kernel partial least squares (KPLS) and tracking differentiator (TD) is proposed in this paper. It established relations between F5 and F6 stands' process variables through nonlinear feature extraction from rolling information of previous strip. Accordingly, the thickness precision can be reached by regulating the gap of F5 while keeping the F6 gap and force basically constant. Field experiment also proves this idea.

Abstract: The looper system in hot rolling has the features of nonlinearity,strong coupling,uncertainty,and multi constrained.To improve the accuracy and quality of control,an appropriate model ought to be built to realize the decoupling of looper height and tension.By analyzing the dynamic coupling process of looper system and using the mathematical models of hydraulic cylinder and servo valve,a dynamic mathematical model of hydraulic looper system was built at the vicinity of the working point.The control strategy of sliding mode variable structure for a multivariable system was introduced to decouple the system and improve control effect.Simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm and the better control effect of the looper control system after decoupling.
