For that reason, making use of fragments of letters, poetries, declarations and about everything that indicates a trace to love. In this context be detached the transfer-love, presupposed to handle on experience of clinical analysis. This singularity made the psychoanalysis become aknowing about the particular by itself and a clinic destined to neurotic suffering.
THE THREE MEANS TO NEGATE CASTRATION
Francisco Ramos de Farias
Psicanálise e Barroco em Revista , 2010,
Abstract: When crossing from the natural state to the cultural state, the human breed, in response to the absence captured in the body of the woman, disposes of three means to negate castration. They are three defensive means used by the subject to avoid being totally reduced to the condition of a simple object of desire of the Other. In dealing with repression, we have the psychic inscription “there is no penis” in the body of the woman substituted by “I do not know”, which drives the subject to glide through culture in search of objects directed to a type of knowledge imprinted by paternal anteriority. Concerning disavowal, we simultaneously have the negation and the affirmation of the existence of a penis in the body of a woman by means of the two coexisting psychical chains that do not contradict each other and hold the fetish as the paradigm. Finally, in foreclosure, the absence in the body of a woman is not captured, placing the subject in the position of being the phallus of the mother.
Stigma Diagnosis and De-Institutionalization of the Mentally Ill Criminal: A Case Study  [PDF]
Francisco Ramos de Farias, José Mauro de Oliveira Braz
Psychology (PSYCH) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/psych.2014.58095
Abstract:

This study focuses on issues concerning treatment in penal institutions determined by mandatory commitment and the problems relating to the release of adults with mental health disorders who have been committed. The analysis was based on the provisions of Act10216, which determines the end of hospitalization in psychiatric institutions. It then looks at the situation of Maria dos Anjos, a released person currently being sheltered at the Heitor Carrilho Hospital, a custodial institution in the city of Rio de Janeiro. These institutions are spaces of many contradictions, considering their hybrid setting: the coexistence of the medical apparatus, the security apparatus and the legal division. Treatment is often hindered by legal decisions and therefore in conflict with collective health policies. We have raised the following questions: How should these people be released considering the precarious situation of the mental health services? And what will happen to them with the end of these institutions?

Abstract: the main objective of this article is to present a concept of political-electoral bargain ("clientelism") compatible with that of capitalist democracy. the argument is that the foundation of "clientelist" practices in not to be found in a heritage of pre-capitalist relations but rather in the capitalist social structure itself. political citizenship involves as one alternative the competitive model analog to economic market. this approach is illustrated with an empirical study of a sub-region of northeast brazil.

UMA PROPEDêUTICA DE UMA TEORIA DA ENUNCIA O DO CíRCULO DE BAKHTIN
Pedro Farias Francelino,Francisco de Freitas Leite
Macabéa : Revista Eletr?nica do Netlli , 2012,
Abstract: This paper argues that the essay Discourse in life and discourse in art was written as a propedeutic text, i.e., an introduction of an enunciation theory from the Circle of russian thinkers, among which Mikhail Bakhtin stands out. That essay, written in 1926, already had in an anticipatory way basic concepts of Bakhtinian thought, such as the notion of intonation, the fundamentals of metalinguistics (or translinguistics) and the idea of social orientation as constitutive of enunciation; therefore, that essay is indispensable for anyone who cares to look into the thoughts of the Circle on the theme of enunciated discourse/enunciation.
