Pesquisa com o cotidiano
Ferra?o, Carlos Eduardo;
Educa??o & Sociedade , 2007, DOI: 10.1590/S0101-73302007000100005
Abstract: this text explores the research "with" the quotidian. it aims to provoke a permanent opening to reflection and debate about the quotidian and the research with the quotidian, instead of closing the subject with a systematic proposal. it uses the studies developed in public schools from the state of espírito santo between 1999 and 2004. their main objective was to provoke, in the school quotidian practitioners, intervention practices on the curriculum and continued formation, assumed as complex processes that interpenetrate the knowledge-doing networks woven and shared by the school subjects. based on the evidences found, we can infer that the quotidian requires that education researchers bring forth theoretical-methodological possibilities different from those inherited from modernity to overcome the intention to lock the quotidian in pre-established categories and guarantee the impossibility of using the singular to deal with the diversity that manifests itself in life.

CURRíCULOS, COTIDIANOS E CULTURAS EM NARRATIVAS E IMAGENS
Carlos Eduardo Ferra?o
Revista Espa?o do Currículo , 2012,
Selection of potential microorganism for sago starch fermentation
RUTH MELLIAWATI,ROHMATUSSOLIHAT,FERRA OCTAVINA
Biodiversitas , 2006,
Abstract: Fermentation process of sago starch for the production of bioproduct requires potential microorganism that have ability to hydrolyze sago starch. The purpose of this research was to get the potential of amylolytic microorganisms for their capability of amyloglucosidase activity and to know the sugar strains of the fermentation result. Eleven amylolytic microorganisms (9 strains of mold and 2 strains of yeast) were obtained from the collection Research Centre for Biotechnology – Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI), Cibinong-Bogor were used. The selection step was carried out based on their capability of starch hydrolysis to reducing sugar. The best result indicates that the production of reducing sugar reached the highest 18.485 ppm and amyloglucosidase activities was 3.583 units by KTU-1 strain. The highest total acid obtained was 5.85 mg/mL by Rhizopus IFO.R5442. The cell biomass was obtained between 0.5 to 1.74 g dry weight/100 mL and pH of the final fermentation (72 h) were 3.57 to 8.38.
A tessitura de experiências compartilhadas, negociadas e potencializadas no currículo no ensino superior =The fabrication of the shared experiences, strengthen and powered in the curriculum in higher education
Ferra?o, Carlos Eduardo,Nunenes, Kezia Rodrigues
Educa??o , 2011,
Discusses about the processes of formation of a class of UFES Pedagogy Course from the perspective of net curriculum, which considers multiple references in the fabric of a different discursive fields and exercise other rationales to tangle knowledge, activities, power and subjectivity. It used texts and other productions of individual and collective of the studentsteachers in initial formation, to discuss their use and appropriation as well as their particular modes of consumption about the curriculum. This relationship allows us to think in cartography that exceed the linearity, the ordering on the dichotomies hegemonic rationality and crystallised models research to discuss other ways of spacetime as the daily creation and experience, considering the complexity involved in this fabrication.

Patient-centered care is based on patients' needs rather than on prognosis, and takes into account the emotional and psychosocial aspects of the disease. This model may be applied to elderly patients, who present comorbid diseases, but it also fits with the needs of younger fit patients. A specialized multidisciplinary team coordinated by experienced medical oncologists and including pharmacists, psychologists, nurses, and social assistance providers should carry out home care. Other professional figures may be required depending on patients' needs. Every effort should be made to achieve optimal coordination between the health professionals and the reference hospital and to employ shared evidence-based guidelines, which in turn guarantee safety and efficacy. Comprehensive care has to be easily accessible and requires a high level of education and knowledge of the disease for both the patients and their caregivers. Patient-centered home care represents an important tool to improve quality of life and help cancer patients while also being cost effective. Keywords: cancer, home care, chemotherapy, biologic agents

ES NECESARIA LA RED EUROPEA DE EDUCACIóN SUPERIOR?
Miguel Pérez Ferra,Rocío Quijano López
PROFESORADO , 2010,
