Research on the Prevention and Control of the Internet Rumor from the Perspective of the Self-Media  [PDF]

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet science and technology, the self-media industry is rising gradually. As an important way of information dissemination, more and more self-media platforms are established and the main body of information communication becomes more complex. The self-media not only brings convenience to people’s life but also brings some negative effects. The self-media has more remarkable characteristics in information dissemination. The birth of self-media makes the network appear more suspicious information that cannot be effectively verified. Internet rumors fly all over the sky, which has caused certain influence on the stability of the society. The prevention and control measures of online rumors from the perspective of self-media are studied in this paper for creating a healthier network environment. Firstly, the concepts of self-media and Internet rumors are briefly summarized. Then, the main characteristics of Internet rumors from the perspective of self-media are analyzed. Finally, the prevention and control measures of online rumors, including strengthening supervision, improving the quality of self-media, and strengthening public identification of rumors, are proposed.
On Synchronization of Pinning-Controlled Networks with Reducible and Asymmetric Coupling Matrix  [PDF]

Abstract: This paper investigates the synchronization of directed networks whose coupling matrices are reducible and asymmetrical by pinning-controlled schemes. A strong sufficient condition is obtained to guarantee that the synchronization of the kind of networks can be achieved. For the weakly connected network, a method is presented in detail to solve two challenging fundamental problems arising in pinning control of complex networks: (1) How many nodes should be pinned? (2) How large should the coupling strength be used in a fixed complex network to realize synchronization? Then, we show the answer to the question that why all the diagonal block matrices of Perron-Frobenius normal matrices should be pinned? Besides, we find out the relation between the Perron-Frobenius normal form of coupling matrix and the differences of two synchronization conditions for strongly connected networks and weakly connected ones with linear coupling configuration. Moreover, we propose adaptive feedback algorithms to make the coupling strength as small as possible. Finally, numerical simulations are given to verify our theoretical analysis.

Abstract: The future aeronautical network will be based on IPv6 and the services over the aeronautical network will be classified into 3 domains: Air Traffic Services (ATS), Airline Operational Services (AOS) and Passenger Information and Entertainment Services (PIES), among which the ATS and AOS domains are important for aircraft safety and airline business operation. Some schemes have been proposed to provide IP mobility support for aeronautical network, and Network Mobility (NEMO) scheme is the most promising one. However, using NEMO technology will lead to sub-optimal routing, so route optimization technology is highly desired for NEMO. A route optimization scheme is proposed for the ATS and AOS domains, which introduces the Correspondent Routers to realize the optimal routing and employs an improved procedure to reduce the handoff delay. The route optimization for the PIES domain is also discussed to provide better performance for some special scenarios.

Abstract: In this paper we propose an optimal design of ultra-wideband (4 ~ 20 GHz) microwave absorbers consisting of two resistive meta-surface layers of different square patch arrays. Gradient Descent and Genetic Algorithm numerical methods are employed to optimize all the parameters through equivalent transmission line circuit model. The circuit parameters are then implemented by a multilayer including two resistive meta-surfaces of square patch structures. Two types of such absorbing structures, with the total thicknesses close to that of the known theoretical limit, are designed and their performance are verified by full wave electromagnetic simulation.

Abstract: Cloud computing is a new paradigm of computing and is considered to be the next generation of information technology infrastructure for an enterprise. The distributed architecture of cloud data storage facilitates the customer to get benefits from the greater quality of storage and minimized the operating cost. This technology also brought numerous possible threats including data confidentiality, integrity and availability. A homomorphic based model of storage is proposed, which enable the customer and a third party auditor to perform the authentication of data stored on the cloud storage. This model performs the verification of huge file’s integrity and availability with less consumption of computation, storage and communication resources. The proposed model also supports public verifiability and dynamic data recovery.

Local Microenvironment Provides Important Cues for Cell Differentiation in Lingual Epithelia

Abstract: Transgenic Keratin14-rtTA-PTR mice specifically express Keratin14 (K14) in the tongue epithelia, as well as co-express EGFP and the dominant negative ΔTgfbr2 genes upon treatment with Doxycycline (Dox). As TGF-β signaling negatively regulates the stem cell cycle and proliferation, its disruption by Dox induction in these transgenic mice shortens the cell cycle and allows observation of the final fate of those mutated cell lineages within a short period of time. Here, we used inducible transgenic mice to track the K14+ cells through the cell migration stream by immunohistochemical an immunofluorescent imaging. We showed that these cells have different development patterns from the tip to posterior of the tongue, achieved presumably by integrating positional information from the microenvironment. The expression of the K14 gene was variable, depending on the location of the tongue and papillae. Disruption of TGF-β signaling in K14+ progenitor cells resulted in proliferation of stem cell pools.
Significant photocatalytic enhancement in methylene blue degradation of Bi2WO6 photocatalysts via graphene hybridization

Abstract: The hybridization of graphene with Bi2WO6 photocatalysts was employed to enhance the photocatalytic activity. The photocatalytic activity enhancements were dependent on the amount of graphene and it was found that the optimal hybridized amount of graphene was about 1.5 wt%, which was close to the monolayer dispersing of graphene on Bi2WO6 surface. Up to four times of the photocatalytic activity was enhanced by the hybridization of graphene, compared with that of pristine Bi2WO6. The enhancement mechanism of the photocatalytic activity was attributed to the higher separation efficiency and the inhibition of recombination of photoinduced electron-hole pairs. The electronic interaction was verified by the photoelectrochemical measurements.
Mixing-induced CP violating sources for electroweak baryogenesis

Abstract: The effects of flavor mixing in electroweak baryogenesis is investigated in a generalized semiclassical WKB approach. Through calculating the nonadiabatic corrections to the particle currents it is shown that extra CP violation sources arise from the off-diagonal part of the equation of motion of particles moving inside the bubble wall. The numerical importance of the mixing-induced source is discussed in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model and compared with the source term induced by semiclassical force.
