Abstract: 多种早期情绪记忆模型尝试揭示抑郁症的认知致病原因和机制。但是,抑郁症的致病因素存在多样性,而各个模型只侧重于某个方面,难以全面、系统、准确对其进行的诠释。整合情绪记忆模型将记忆建构、自我图式、自传体记忆、内隐记忆等认知结构进行系统的整合,从编码和提取的角度对抑郁症的的发生、持续和治疗提供新的解释,为抑郁症的预防、治疗提供了新思路。

Abstract: 抑郁患者的注意偏向是抑郁认知研究中的重要问题.该文从研究范式、注意偏向特点及理论解释等方面进行了探讨,在研究范式上有stroop范式,点探测任务和线索靶子范式等,在抑郁患者注意偏向的特点上有对象为临床患者、需要阈上刺激,刺激内容针对抑郁患者和刺激强度不能太弱等,在理论解释上有注意成分、注意聚焦变窄、认知负荷和唤醒水平等,并对将来的研究方向进行了探讨.

Abstract: 研究的目的在于深入探讨军人的心理健康状态.通过文献查阅收集了77篇用SCL-90作为测评工具的关于军人心理健康状况的研究,样本量为56164人,根据被试情况把这些研究分为两组,一组为军事应激条件下的军人,另一组为非军事应激条件下的军人,分别对两组研究进行了元分析.研究发现非军事应激条件下军人的心理健康水平与军人常模差不多;军事应激条件下军人的心理健康水平在应激前高于军人常模,应激中低于军人常模,应激后与军人常模差不多.其中城镇驻军的心理健康水平高于高原驻军,高于边防驻军;应激中的心理健康水平低于应激后,低于应激前;地域、人员类别以及应激水平等因素对军人SCL-90得分有显著影响.敏感性分析和发表偏倚显示本研究的稳定性较好,没有发表偏倚.表明中国军人的心理健康状况并非很差;与金华等的地方成人常模和蔡心培的国家军用标准相比,王焕林19662人的军人常模更适合于做军人的比较标准.

Abstract: In this paper, a similarity measure between genes with protein-protein interactions is pro-posed. The chip-chip data are converted into the same form of gene expression data with pear-son correlation as its similarity measure. On the basis of the similarity measures of protein- protein interaction data and chip-chip data, the combined dissimilarity measure is defined. The combined distance measure is introduced into K-means method, which can be considered as an improved K-means method. The improved K-means method and other three clustering methods are evaluated by a real dataset. Per-formance of these methods is assessed by a prediction accuracy analysis through known gene annotations. Our results show that the improved K-means method outperforms other clustering methods. The performance of the improved K-means method is also tested by varying the tuning coefficients of the combined dissimilarity measure. The results show that it is very helpful and meaningful to incorporate het-erogeneous data sources in clustering gene expression data, and those coefficients for the genome-wide or completed data sources should be given larger values when constructing the combined dissimilarity measure.

Abstract: 采用Tversky的实验设计,对非抑郁和抑郁症状中学生的回忆、再认和启动效应进行了探讨.实验发现,抑郁症状中学生对自我相关生活事件信息加工存在负性回忆、负性再认、负性启动和负性加工偏向;抑郁症状中学生对自我相关生活事件信息加工的回忆具有情境一致性;对再认材料的不同加工深度影响抑郁症状中学生自我相关生活事件信息加工的再认;抑郁症状中学生对自我相关生活事件信息加工的负性启动主要是由于对负性条目、中性条目的负性偏向加工引起.

Abstract: MicroRNAs are an important subclass of non-coding RNAs (ncRNA), and serve as main players into RNA interference (RNAi). Mature microRNA derived from stem-loop structure called precursor. Identification of precursor microRNA (pre-miRNA) is essential step to target microRNA in whole genome. The present work proposed 25 novel local features for identifying stem- loop structure of pre-miRNAs, which captures characteristics on both the sequence and structure. Firstly, we pulled the stem of hairpins and aligned the bases in bulges and internal loops used ‘―’, and then counted 24 base-pairs (‘AA’, ‘AU’, …, ‘―G’, except ‘――’) in pulled stem (formalized by length of pulled stem) as features vector of Support Vector Machine (SVM). Performances of three classifiers with our features and different kernels trained on human data were all superior to Triplet-SVM-classifier’s in po- sitive and negative testing data sets. Moreover, we achieved higher prediction accuracy through combining 7 global sequence-structure. The result indicates validity of novel local features.

Combination of Gefitinib and DNA Methylation Inhibitor Decitabine Exerts Synergistic Anti-Cancer Activity in Colon Cancer Cells

Abstract: Despite recent advances in the treatment of human colon cancer, the chemotherapy efficacy against colon cancer is still unsatisfactory. In the present study, effects of concomitant inhibition of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and DNA methyltransferase were examined in human colon cancer cells. We demonstrated that decitabine (a DNA methyltransferase inhibitor) synergized with gefitinib (an EGFR inhibitor) to reduce cell viability and colony formation in SW1116 and LOVO cells. However, the combination of the two compounds displayed minimal toxicity to NCM460 cells, a normal human colon mucosal epithelial cell line. The combination was also more effective at inhibiting the AKT/mTOR/S6 kinase pathway. In addition, the combination of decitabine with gefitinib markedly inhibited colon cancer cell migration. Furthermore, gefitinib synergistically enhanced decitabine-induced cytotoxicity was primarily due to apoptosis as shown by Annexin V labeling that was attenuated by z-VAD-fmk, a pan caspase inhibitor. Concomitantly, cell apoptosis resulting from the co-treatment of gefitinib and decitabine was accompanied by induction of BAX, cleaved caspase 3 and cleaved PARP, along with reduction of Bcl-2 compared to treatment with either drug alone. Interestingly, combined treatment with these two drugs increased the expression of XIAP-associated factor 1 (XAF1) which play an important role in cell apoptosis. Moreover, small interfering RNA (siRNA) depletion of XAF1 significantly attenuated colon cancer cells apoptosis induced by the combination of the two drugs. Our findings suggested that gefitinib in combination with decitabine exerted enhanced cell apoptosis in colon cancer cells were involved in mitochondrial-mediated pathway and induction of XAF1 expression. In conclusion, based on the observations from our study, we suggested that the combined administration of these two drugs might be considered as a novel therapeutic regimen for treating colon cancer.
