Abstract: this study focuses on nursing leadership on the basis of grid theories. according to the authors, these theories are an alternative that allows for leadership development in nursing. the research aimed to identify and analyze the style of leadership idealized by nurses, according to their own view, and to compare the styles of leadership idealized by nurses between the two research institutions. study subjects were 13 nurses. the results show that nurses at both institutions equally mention they idealize style 9.9, followed by 5.5 and 1.9, with a tendency to reject styles 9.1 and 1.1.

Abstract: El estudio objetivó evaluar los resultados de la formación en enfermería anclada en la problematización y en el aprendizaje basado en problemas desde la percepción de los propios egresados. Estudio transversal y de naturaleza ex-post-facto. Los resultados fueron analizados en por la triangulación de métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos y la perspectiva hermenéutica dialéctica. En el abordaje cuantitativo 180 egresados respondieron un cuestionario. En el cualitativo, 14 participaron de entrevistas, relatando sus pensamientos relacionados al cuidado ideal, para la construcción de indicadores que revelasen la lógica de la evaluación. Esos indicaron nortearon las cuestiones para la triangulación. Los resultados mostraron: 85,1% de los graduados están en el mercado laboral, 92,1% asistieron al posgrado y 99,1% creen presentar una formación necesaria al cuidado ético, humanizado y fundamentado. Los datos resaltan una formación comprometida con la construcción de autonomía y conocimiento y articulada a los principios del Sistema único de Salud y del mundo laboral en enfermería.

Abstract: considering the importance of people participating in the construction of new health models, this study aimed to characterize and analyze contributions brought by community to health actions carried out in a family health unit. it is a documentary analysis based on the records of 24 monthly meetings between the team and community. after reading the records, subject was divided into four themes: material and human resources, availability to secondary level health services, community adherence to the unit activities, health promotion and disease prevention. discussions opened a wide perspective on health and stimulated co-responsibility, stronger links and information exchanging. nevertheless, there is a need to improve community effective participation in the co-management of the health system.

Abstract: the rapid changes that are occurring in the societies have affected daily life of organizations that also need to equip and adapt themselves to correspond to this need. the first initiatives were related to the search for transformations in the organization structure and in the applied management model in order to form work teams, exchange and share information. the main purpose of this study is to point out five disciplines on the learning organization proposed by senge (1990) as a reference that can contribute to the process of faculty and clinical nursing partnership. authors believe that continuous development and learning of those disciplines by nurses can enable the consolidation of this partnership between academic and clinical nursing institutions.

Abstract: O presente estudo prop e analisar as proje es e expectativas dos ingressantes em um curso de forma o docente, que visa superar a fragmenta o disciplinar e criar maior aproxima o com o mundo do trabalho. Trata-se de estudo qualitativo realizado a partir de entrevistas com 33 ingressantes do curso. Para a análise dos dados, pautou-se na técnica de análise de conteúdo, modalidade temática. Os resultados do estudo permitiram elencar as seguintes categorias temáticas: possibilidade de ensinar-aprender; necessidade de capacita o pedagógica e de constante busca de aprendizagem; possibilidade de mudan a da realidade. Conclui-se que os ingressantes vislumbram a transforma o da realidade social na qual est o inseridos, considerando a necessidade de aquisi o de novas habilidades e competências profissionais, com intuito de exercer eficazmente o trabalho e ocupar um espa o competitivo no mercado. El estudio propone analizar las proyecciones y expectativas de los ingresantes a un curso de formación docente que apunta a superar la fragmentación disciplinaria y a conseguir una aproximación mayor con el mundo laboral. Estudio cualitativo realizado mediante entrevistas con 33 ingresantes al curso. Datos analizados según técnica de análisis de contenido, modalidad temática. Los resultados del estudio permitieron enumerar las siguientes categorías temáticas: posibilidad de ense ar-aprender; necesidad de capacitación pedagógica y de constante búsqueda de aprendizaje, y la posibilidad de cambiar la realidad. Se concluye en que los ingresantes vislumbran la transformación de la realidad social en la cual están insertos, considerando la necesidad de adquisición de nuevas habilidades y competencias profesionales, con vistas a ejercer eficazmente su trabajo y ocupar un espacio competitivo en el ámbito laboral. This research aims at analyzing the projections and expectations of students enrolled in a teaching qualification in technical health professional education course, aiming at overcoming disciplinary fragmentation and further approaching the working world. This was a qualitative study that included interviews with 33 students enrolled in the course, and the data analysis was performed using a content analysis technique. The following categories were identified among the results: the possibility of teaching-learning; the need for pedagogical qualification and the constant search for learning; and the possibility of changing reality. Abstract: new learning methods require special assessment methods, including the reflective portfolio. the marilia school of medicine (famema) uses the reflective portfolio as a formative assessment tool in undergraduate medical training. the current study analyzes how students perceive the portfolio in use. in this qualitative study, data were collected through focus groups and submitted to content analysis. the following themes were identified: "portfolio as a reflective area for active learning and practice;" "a tool for process and dialogical assessment;" "the biomedical imaginary and resistance to the development of a new model;" and "recognizing the need for changes." based on the findings, the reflective portfolio contributes to medical education, but its use requires periodic adjustments.
Os pre os de transferência nos tratados internacionais: análise da legisla o brasileira e dos países integrantes do MERCOSUL

Abstract: The objective of this article is to present the most basic structural aspects of transfer pricing in the legislation of Brazil and other MERCOSUL countries. Brazil, which has, at this time, made an alteration in the rules of the people’s income tax, shows that it has a more refine regulation than do other MERCOSUL countries. However, MERCOSUL should have at its disposal a strong tributary legislation for the economic and social development of this countries, preserving their tributary bases in an appreciable enterprisal competition by harmonic comparison, enabling more and more foreign investments to keep this harmonization preserved in the democratic state of rights, as well as treaties to avoid bi-tribulation. O presente estudo visa apresentar aspectos básicos estruturais do pre o de transferência (transfer pricing), à luz da legisla o adotada no Brasil e nos países do MERCOSUL. O Brasil, com a recente altera o da legisla o do imposto sobre a renda das pessoas jurídicas, demonstra possuir regulamenta o melhor aprimorada que os demais países mercosulinos. No entanto, o Bloco deverá dispor de consistente legisla o tributária para o desenvolvimento econ mico e social dos países, preservando suas bases tributárias, com considerável competitividade das empresas, com parametros harm nicos, possibilitando maiores investimentos estrangeiros, preservando nesta harmoniza o, o Estado Democrático de Direito, bem como deverá firmar acordos para evitar a bitribula o.

Abstract: The present study analyses the Euro Union implementation, outstanding the advantages and disadvantages of the new currency. The some way, monetary integration possibility comments are presented with the implementation of a sole currency for MERCOSUL, considering the inherent judicial aspects, especially related to the sovereignty of the states involved. Abstract: This is a study on the main aspects discussed in the Brazilian doctrine and the jurisprudence concerning the prevalence of international treaties and conventions for internal tax legislation. Considerations are made on the Brazilian federate and sovereignty principles and on the competence constitutionally established for all the political entities of the Brazilian State. Article 151, section III of the Federal Constitution must be pointed out for its purpose on stating that the Union shall not exempt the States, the Federal District and the Municipalities from respective taxes. Article 98 of the National Tax Code is also considered for its disposition concerning legislation from international treaties and agreements on tax norms of the positive system currently in force. Trata-se de estudo sobre os principais aspectos discutidos na doutrina e na jurisprudência brasileira sobre a prevalência dos tratados e conven es internacionais sobre a legisla o tributária interna. Necessário se faz apresentar considera es sobre o princípio federativo brasileiro, o princípio da soberania e o da competência constitucionalmente estabelecida para todos os entes políticos do Estado brasileiro. Merece maior destaque o art. 151, inciso III da Constitui o Federal ao enaltecer que a Uni o n o poderá conceder isen es de tributos de competência dos Estados, Distrito Federal e Municípios, bem como a análise do art. 98 do Código Tributário Nacional dispondo sobre as introdu es legislativas provenientes de tratados e acordos internacionais sobre as normas tributárias do sistema positivo vigente.

Abstract: The statute of the city regulates the use of urban property arranging, on the penalties for not attending the principal plane. Progressive taxes exist to attend the growth of society, which also imposes a specific behavior. Every urban property must keep its social means or else the consequences are taxes rise and expropriation.
