Implementation of Inclusive Education in General Education Institutions

European Researcher , 2013,
Abstract: Nowadays much attention is attached to the problem of inclusive education. Inclusive education of children with learning disabilities is a new strategic trend of educational policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, significantly addressing fundamental education. This article considers the possibility of involving the schoolchildren with learning disabilities in educational process and the necessity to secure favorable environment and support for the children with learning disabilities in accordance with the Law “On Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and State Program of Education Development in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011–2012.The trend of maximum possible involvement of children with special needs in common general education institutions determines the educational culture dynamics in many countries of the world. Number of European Union countries has already made drastic structural alterations, resulted in the abolition of special schools (Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Australia, USA, etc.). Children with different disabilities study in “the least restrictive environment”, in other words, whenever possible, together with peers in the environment of general education institutions [1].The goal of Kazakhstan development strategy up to 2030, involving the educational system is “to provide the development of the national educational model and its integration into international educational environment”.The priority of state program “Education” (2000–2005) “is to create conditions for efficient development of national educational model, providing access to qualitative education”. “The Concept of Kazakhstan Educational System”, the realization of which should provide: transfer from the principle of “education for life” to the principle of “lifelong education for everyone”; affordability and continuity of all educational levels; comprehensive, qualitative, competitive result-oriented education has been adopted
Diatoms from Middle Miocene Continental Deposits of Primorye  [PDF]
Olesya Yu. Likhacheva
Journal of Geoscience and Environment Protection (GEP) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/gep.2014.23012
Abstract:

Diatoms from Middle Miocene deposits of Khanka Lake’s northwestern shore (Primorye) were studied using light and scanning microscopes. The analyses of diatom flora composition and species diversity showed that there was a dominace of several taxa that made possible the recognition of two diatom complexes. The lower complex differs from the upper one by higher species diversity, by presence of many subtropical diatoms and absence of pronounced dominant species. Differences between the complexes can be explained by the progressing climatic cooling and predominance of fluvial-lakustrine sedimentation over the typically lake one due to development of a wide system of river valleys.

Potassium carbonate under pressure: common structural trend for alkaline carbonates and binary compounds

Abstract: The behaviour of alkaline carbonates at high pressure is poorly understood. Indeed, theoretical and experimental investigations of general trends of pressure induced structural changes appear in the literature only sporadically. In this article we use a combination of ab-initio calculations and high-pressure experiments in diamond anvil cell to determine crystal structures of high-pressure phases of K2CO3. The comparison with experimental data on Li2CO3 allows to reconstruct the common structural trend, which is consistent with the simple rule that the structure of high-pressure polymorph is the same as the ambient structure of a heavier element compound from the same group of the periodic table. The correctness of the constructed trend is confirmed by the perfect consistency with pressure-induced structural transformations in a wide range of binary A2B compounds.
Reasons for the Wide Spread of the Protosyllable -*kam- (and Its Phonetic Variants -*kham-, -*cham-) in the Modern Place-Names (Multidisciplinary Approach)  [PDF]
Elena A. Mironova, Konstantin N. Shkvarya
Advances in Anthropology (AA) , 2018, DOI: 10.4236/aa.2018.84011
Abstract: This article presents a new approach in the field of protolanguage study on the basis of the hypothesis (Mironova, 2008) about protosyllables of protolanguage preserved in the modern place names. The protosyllable -*kam- exists since ancient times in hydronyms and oronyms, and shows the presence of common ancient meaning in their phonetic arrangement. The research reveals this common meaning inserted in the protosyllable -*kam-, which reflects the attitude of migrated tribes to the sacred mountains and mountain ranges on the one hand and water sources on the other. The traces of these migrated tribes can be found according to the up-to-date investigations in the field of archaeology (stone artifacts in the shape of a bear and an elk), in the field of DNA-genealogy (the data about “Malta boy” Y-chromosome haplogroup R) and in the field of the Paleolithic religious cult study (common features of the united religious cult of the Great Goddess of the Paleolithic in Eurasia, including: heart-like and anthropomorphic images on the surfaces and on the corners of the stones, boulders and cliffs).
Gender Factor in National Varieties of English
Elena N. Malyuga
International Journal of English Linguistics , 2011, DOI: 10.5539/ijel.v1n1p30
Abstract: The article focuses on studying male and female speech behaviour in two national variants of English – British and American – and research in realizing the rich potential of meanings developing in modern English dialogue discourse. The analysis is not only based on functional and pragmatic approach to language study but also centers on modern trends in cognitive linguistics. The latest achievements of this area of linguistics are determined by the fact that appearance of various functional meanings of tags in dialogue discourse is highly dependent on sociocultural, cognitive, gender, psychological and a number of other factors.

Antígonas. Una visión intertextual
Elena Cano Turrión
Impossibilia : Revista Internacional de Estudios Literarios , 2011,
Abstract: In this article and from an intertextual point of view, we will try to examine how theSophoclean hypotext has generated three very different hypertexts. The first one is the short story“Antígona o la elección” by M. Yourcenar, which goes further the religious motivation in the originaltext; then, there is an essay written as a dialogue by Maria Zambrano, entitled La tumba de Antígonawhich main topics are confrontation against power, lack of freedom and destiny and faith in humanconscience. Finally, Luis Riaza’s Antígona… Cerda! Appears closer to its hypotext but at the same timesemantic deviation becomes more relevant.
