Study on Delaunay Triangulation with the Islets Constraints  [PDF]

Abstract: Aiming at Delaunay triangulation with islets constrains in terrain simulation. A general Delaunay triangulation algorithm for constrained data set with islets is proposed. The algorithm firstly constructs Constrained Delaunay Triangulation with constraint polygons which are inner boundary of islets, then according to topological relations within edge, surface, arc segment, applies bidirectional search to find the triangle in islet, lastly it carries on certain corresponding processing to complete the Delaunay triangulation algorithm with islets. The analyses show the algorithm simple, fast speed. The algorithm can be used in 3-D terrain vision.

We strive for a breakthrough in teaching reform by innovation, integration, collaboration and practice to cultivate talents in architecture education. Since 2012, we have been committed to teaching approach exploration with a strong characteristic uniqueness, innovation and application. Abstract: This paper studies about the mechanical part of wind turbine and wind generator operation stability.1) It makes a comparative study of two control methods for maximum power tracking: curve fitting method and hill climbing algorithm, sets up improved control modules in DIgSLIENT and makes comparison research, thus gets the conclusion that the improved control modules of hill climbing algorithm has good effect on MPPT, and it is more desirable in the condition of steady wind. 2) This paper sets up SVC and STATCOM models and improved control modules in DIgSLIENT, which are connected to wind power system, verifying the validity of SVC and STATCOM models, and verifying its influence on wind power plant and system. The results of the study show that STATCOM is more helpful in voltage recovery when large disturbance of three-phase short-circuit happened in wind power grid, reactive compensation is more effective.

Abstract:
The Edlén empirical equations and the two-color method are the commonly used approaches to converting a length measured in air to the corresponding length in vacuum to eliminate the influence of the refractive index of air. However, it is not well known whether the two-color method is superior to empirical equations in refractive index compensation. We investigated the uncertainties of these approaches via numerical calculations of their sensitivity coefficients of environmental parameters. On the basis of a comparison of their uncertainties, we found that in a 0% humidity environment, the two-color method had potential to provide greater measurement accuracy than the empirical equations.

Abstract: In order to effectively manage the safety risk for power supply to important power user, and increase power supply safety and reliability, interpretative structural model is used to explore the generation mechanism of power supply & utility system safety risk and the risk element transfer path. Based on analysis of risk element, interpretative structural model of power supply risk generation mechanism is constructed. This model analyzes the hierarchical relationship between each risk element and transmission path, and then reveals the power safety risk generation mechanism, identifies the key risk element to be supervised by power supply companies & users, and helps the power supply and utility company to improve the power safety management.

An analysis to compare the effects of stereotactic surgery and conservative medical treatment on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Abstract: Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of stereotactic surgery and conservative medical treatment in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent stereotactic surgery(stereotactic surgery group) from June 2002 to October 2009 were retrospectively analyzed,and the result was compared with that of 80 contemporaneous patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who received conservative medical treatment(medical treatment group).There was no significant difference of bleeding site,bleeding volume and state of consciousness on admission between two groups.Results The mortality rate of stereotactic surgery group was 21.0%,and of medical treatment group was 30.0%.The average hematoma absorption time in stereotactic surgery group was 4.8d,and that of medical treatment group was 15.1d.All of the surviving patients were followed-up for 6 months,the rate of cure and mild disability in stereotactic surgery group(37%) was significantly higher than that of medical treatment group(26%,P < 0.01),the rate of severe disability in stereotactic surgery group(23%) was significantly lower than that of medical treatment group(37%,P < 0.01),while there was no significant difference in the rate of moderate disability between the two groups(40% and 37%,respectively,P > 0.05).Conclusion Compared with conservative medical treatment,stereotactic surgery could decrease the mortality rate and improve the quality of life in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
Application of Nanometer Aluminum Magnesium Hydroxide in PVDF Membrane Modification

Abstract: In this article, we adopted the phase inversion process to prepare nanometer aluminum magnesium hydroxide/PVDF hybrid membrane, studied the influences of nanometer materials on pure water flux, retention, pore diameter, porosity, microstructure, mechanical property and adsorption property for membranes, researched the influences of different AMH contents on membrane property, and analyzed element contents of membrane transect through x-radial energy dispersive analysis (EDS). Comparing with PVDF membrane without nanometer materials, the results indicated that the addition of nanometer materials obviously enhanced the pure water flux, retention, microstructure, mechanical property and adsorption property for membranes, and didn’t largely influence the pore diameter and porosity for membranes. The analysis of SEM indicated that the addition of nanometer materials could obviously change the microstructure of membrane.
