Abstract: With the continuous development of the Internet technology, the launch of the car-hailing has attracted the attention of all sectors of society. As a new mode of travel, car-hailing has the advantages of high timeliness and convenience and has caused a great impact on the traditional taxi industry. In response to the active response to the central governments policy objectives, local governments in China are still faced with multi-dimensional challenges relating to online dating platforms, taxi companies, and private car owners. Therefore, local governments should consider the local economic and social development status, adhere to the central government’s legislative authority, adhere to the local government’s policy objectives, develop the “government plus enterprise” regulatory model, and strengthen legislation to eliminate the disadvantages of local legislation to deal with issues during the regulatory process.

Abstract: XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) as an application of XML (eXtensible Markup Language) technology in the field of business reporting, uses information technology to add tags for the financial reporting metadata, to achieve unstructured data processing effectively. At first, this paper analyzes the XBRL technology framework, finds out the concepts and relationships between them, and accordingly designs the XBRL domain ontology model, then based on the model we have proposed, we choose OWL DL ontology description language and Protégé3.4, take balance sheet as an example, and apply the XBRL ontology model to balance sheet to construct the taxonomy and instance, and thereby achieve the implementation of XBRL domain ontology construction. XBRL needs the integration of the accounting, engineering, computer, management and other disciplines, and the future research should be committed to solve the lack of semantic and reasoning mechanism to implement the further promotion and application of XBRL financial reporting.

Here, we used bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) further to study and visualize the interaction between CRK5 and WDRP in living cells. Abstract: Located at the key spot of the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has abundant natural and cultural resources with relatively small area and small population, and tourism here plays an important role in local economic development. As China vigorously promoted the construction of tourism throughout the nation, the local government actively responded to the call of the state and successfully became the second state-level all-for-one tourism demonstration zone on a province basis, and finally achieved some decent results. In order to summarize the experience on tourism policy of Ningxia, by introducing Nvivo implementation analysis tool, this paper analyzes and summarizes a series of policy documents for the construction of demonstration zone in Ningxia. According to the specific requirements in the Guideline on the Development of All-for-One Tourism released by the State Council, the article encodes the specific policy measures for Ningxia’s development and establishes a node system, pointing out that Ningxia’s policy measures are consistent with the ones formulated at the national level. On this basis, taking the Xixia District of Yinchuan in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example, the paper analyzes its specific measures and effects of developing regional tourism, and discusses the policy regulation and implementation path that means taking planning and guidance seriously, emphasizing concrete implementation, promoting industrial integration, and paying close attention to tourism supervision.

Abstract: The consumption of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) used to produce hydrogen, compared with the traditional water-splitting energy, is much less. First of all it is because of DSSCs’ low cost, easy fabrication process, high conversion efficiency and good stability; secondly it also solves the problem of serious corrosion of the electrode, for the entire solar system is in the air. We use three tandem dye-sensitized photovoltaic cells as a source of power; the open circuit voltage of photoelectric unit shows the feasibility of using dye-sensitized photovoltaic cell decomposition of water to produce hydrogen.
Evolving Model for the Complex Traffic and Transportation Network Considering Self-Growth Situation

Abstract: It has been approved that the scale-free feature exists in various complex networks, such as the internet, the cell or the biological networks. In order to analyze the influence of the self-growth phenomenon during the growth on the structure of traffic and transportation network, we formulated an evolving model. Based on the evolving model, we prove in mathematics that, even that the self-growth situation happened, the traffic and transportation network owns the scale-free feature due to that the node degree follows a power-law distribution. A real traffic and transportation network, China domestic airline network is tested to consolidate our conclusions. We find that the airline network has a node degree distribution equivalent to the power-law of which the estimated scaling parameter is about 3.0. Moreover the standard error of the estimated scaling parameter changes according to the self-growth probability. Our findings could provide useful information for determining the optimal structure or status of the traffic and transportation network.

Abstract: A kind of Subwavelength Planar Metallic Lenses (SPMLs) is proposed to realize far-field optical focusing in the visible range based on concentric rings with modulated width in a silver film. The width of each metallic ring is mutative so that the radiation fields of surface plasmon polaritons can be controlled and the relevant phase retardations can be modulated to make a beam focus at the desired position. For comparison, the Subwavelength Planar Dielectric Lenses (SPDLs) structured on silica glass with the same concentric ring shapes as SPMLs are analyzed, although without opaque metal coating on SPDLs, the computational results show that SPMLs can support higher intensity focal spot, narrower full-width half-maximum beam width, and longer depth of focus at the focal region under certain lens thickness due to the coupling of surface plasomon polaritons, diffracted evanescent waves and propagated electromagnetic waves.

Acute limb ischemia is a urgent condition which occurs when there is an abrupt interruption of blood flow into an extremity usually because of either embolic or thrombotic vascular occlusion. Restoration of perfusion through early intervention can decrease amputation and mortality. Contemporary treatment includes both surgery and endovascular techniques. There is a rapid progress in endovascular intervention therapy. This article aims to make a comprehensive review of the endovascular intervention options of acute limb ischemia.
Schedule-Aware Power Management for Energy-Efficiency Improvement in 802.11u WLAN  [PDF]

Mobile stations supporting the 802.11u standard can access WLAN automatically when they are within the coverage of the network service provided by this WLAN. To achieve this goal, the stations need to keep “on” states includingidleandactiveall the time. However, studies have noted that the idleness of stations often lead to considerable power consumption. Although the conventional power saving mode (PSM) can provide energy saving effect to some extent, its own disadvantage leads to lower energy efficiency when the number of stations accessing the target WLAN. In this paper, we propose a Schedule-Aware PSM (S-PSM), which can improve the energy efficiency in 802.11u WLAN. Particularly, we use the Generic advertisement service (GAS) defined in 802.11u standard to broadcast the transmission schedule information and all stations switch off their radios based on this information accordingly. We introduce the Respond Contention Window to reduce the collision probability of competition channel. When there is no packet in the access point (AP), AP broadcasts the GAS frame and actives the Idle Timer. All stations will turn into sleep and AP will not send GAS frame until Idle Timer expires. Simulations have shown that our proposed scheme can significantly reduce power consumption compared with the conventional PSM.

DC bias current flowing into the neutral point of power transformer will seriously affect the normal operation of AC power system. In this paper, exciting current, harmonic component of the excitation current, magnetic flux density and noise of transformer were analyzed when the transformer is in the no-load operation state based on field-circuit coupled method. Through the calculation and analysis, some reference bases are provided for design of transformer.
