The Application of NdFeB in the Magnetic Force Actuator

Abstract: In this paper, NdFeB is used to design a new type of magnetic force actuator (MFA) with simple structure and high reliability. The permanent magnets are fixed on the static iron-core to generate a magnetic field, while the movable part locates within the magnetic field. It can drive the arc extinguishing unit powered by the Lorentz force, and this can be applied to the operation of the long-stroke high voltage circuit breaker (HVCB). At the open and closed position, the PMs generate holding force for the moving iron-core to keep the static state. Then, the finite element method(FEM) and prototype test are adopted to study the properties of PM and characteristics of the actuator. The simulation concludes that the material type and structure size of PM, end cap material and processing deviation of the actuator will impact the static characteristic of the actuator. The results of the test on prototype show that MFA using NdFeB can achieve the high power output, which is conductive for electronic control as well as the displacement tracking. Due to its stable performance, NdFeB is reliable in the running of the magnetic force actuator.
GABAergic Neuron Deficit As An Idiopathic Generalized Epilepsy Mechanism: The Role Of BRD2 Haploinsufficiency In Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy

Abstract: Idiopathic generalized epilepsy (IGE) syndromes represent about 30% of all epilepsies. They have strong, but elusive, genetic components and sex-specific seizure expression. Multiple linkage and population association studies have connected the bromodomain-containing gene BRD2 to forms of IGE. In mice, a null mutation at the homologous Brd2 locus results in embryonic lethality while heterozygous Brd2+/? mice are viable and overtly normal. However, using the flurothyl model, we now show, that compared to the Brd2+/+ littermates, Brd2+/? males have a decreased clonic, and females a decreased tonic-clonic, seizure threshold. Additionally, long-term EEG/video recordings captured spontaneous seizures in three out of five recorded Brd2+/? female mice. Anatomical analysis of specific regions of the brain further revealed significant differences in Brd2+/? vs +/+ mice. Specifically, there were decreases in the numbers of GABAergic (parvalbumin- or GAD67-immunopositive) neurons along the basal ganglia pathway, i.e., in the neocortex and striatum of Brd2+/? mice, compared to Brd2+/+ mice. There were also fewer GABAergic neurons in the substantia nigra reticulata (SNR), yet there was a minor, possibly compensatory increase in the GABA producing enzyme GAD67 in these SNR cells. Further, GAD67 expression in the superior colliculus and ventral medial thalamic nucleus, the main SNR outputs, was significantly decreased in Brd2+/? mice, further supporting GABA downregulation. Our data show that the non-channel-encoding, developmentally critical Brd2 gene is associated with i) sex-specific increases in seizure susceptibility, ii) the development of spontaneous seizures, and iii) seizure-related anatomical changes in the GABA system, supporting BRD2's involvement in human IGE.
Characteristics of U-pattern distribution of highconcentration 210Pb in surface air at central Guizhou, China

Abstract: A better understanding of the variation of 210Pb concentrations in the surface air is the key to trace lake sedimentation and catchment erosion, to establish and validate the global diffusion model of contaminants, and to assess the impact of natural radiation on the ecological system. Basing on the study progresses of the sedimentation, the atmospheric model and the unique environmental background in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, and starting from December 20, 2001, we made use of a 500 NE Type aerosol sampler to collect filter samples, once a week in the past consecutive two years, in the surface air at Mt. Guanfeng, Guiyang City, China. Synchronous detailed γ-energy spectrometric observations of 210Pb concentrations at both Chinese and U.S. laboratories have shown that the average monthly 210Pb concentration displays a regular U-patterns distribution of annual variations, with high values appearing in winter and low values in late spring and summer. The average annual 210Pb concentrations are estimated to be 2.77±0.63 mBq/m3, about 4 times the average maximum concentrations reported from quite a number of monitoring stations throughout the world. The possible factors affecting the sources of 210Pb in the surface air in the central part of Guizhou Province are: Release of 222Rn from the U-Ra series enriched in the soils; chemical weathering of carbonate rocks; the exploitation, processing and utilization of coal and phosphorous resources. The principal factor controlling the high 210Pb concentrations in the surface air in the central Guizhou and their annual U-pattern distribution is the release of 222Rn. The average monthly 210Pb concentrations show a good negative powerfunction relationship with increasing precipitation and also show a good negative linear-function relationship with the rise of air temperature in month grouping. Group No.1 (June to November) reflects a relatively low release of 222Rn from soils in relatively high temperature seasons; Group No.2 (December to May) mirrors a relatively high release of 222Rn from soils in relatively low temperature seasons. The average monthly 210Pb concentrations simulated in terms of the precipitation and air temperature are in good consistency with the measured values, revealing that the regular U-pattern distribution characteristics of 210Pb concentrations in the surface air in the central Guizhou are controlled predominantly by regional precipitation and air temperature. Meanwhile, it is also indicated that the magnitude of variation of air temperature and precipitation within the same year also constrains the ratio of high values over low values of average monthly 210Pb concentrations. On a month time scale, precipitation and air temperature are a main factor affecting the release of 222Rn from soils (rocks). In this aspect strong evidence has been obtained.

Abstract: 对不同矿区7种类型的硬煤、软煤、混凝土等进行实内试验研究。试验结果表明,电磁辐射水平与煤岩所受的应力水平关系密切,不同煤岩破坏峰前阶段的电磁辐射随应力的增加而起伏增强,峰前阶段的电磁辐射在应力水平为80%-95%时最强;峰后阶段的电磁辐射在峰值强度后随着应力的降低呈上升趋势,峰后阶段的应力水平为60%左右时,电磁辐射达到最大值,之后随着应力的下降,电磁辐射逐渐下降。冲击倾向的电磁辐射指数是指煤岩变形破坏峰后电磁辐射指标与峰前电磁辐射指标的比值,可分为冲击倾向的电磁能量指数和电磁脉冲指数。电磁能量指数和电磁脉冲指数与现有的冲击倾向指标有很好的线性关系,即电磁辐射能量指数和脉冲指数越大,煤岩的冲击倾向就越强。冲击倾向的电磁辐射指数可用来评价煤岩的冲击倾向,并以此确定冲击倾向的电磁能量指数和电磁脉冲指数判断煤岩冲击倾向性的分级指标值。因此,冲击倾向的电磁辐射指数是电磁辐射预测煤岩冲击倾向性及冲击危险程度的重要指标。

Abstract: 本研究利用扫描电镜,透射电镜及光间首次对我国特有的灵长类动物藏酋猴的精子形态结构进行了观察研究,藏酋猴精子在大体结构上,如头的形状,顶体大小,核的结构等,与猕猴属其它种类相似,其主要特征是顶体发达,总长(79.96±0.29)um,及头长(5.97±0.05um),尾中段(11.98±05um)与尾主段的长度(62.01±0.32um)与红面猴(Macaca arctoides)及猕猴属其它种类存在明显差异P<001,结果表明藏酋猴与红面猴应分属于不同的种组,与Fooden关于藏尊猴分类的结论一致。

This paper was summarized the progress of IVF- ET in nonhuman primates including oocytes got from hyperstimulation and unstimulated animals, semen collection, semen cryopreservation, fertilization in vitro, embryo transfer and embryo cryopreservation.
Transport of the radioactivity leakage from the Japan Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant in 2011 spring: 131I and 137Cs as the tracers observed in Guiyang,China

Abstract: The 9.0 Ritcher scale earthquake happened on March 11th,2011 in the Honshu Island,Japan had caused the radioactivity leakage from the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant.The leaked artificial nuclides,131I and 137Cs,and their transport processes in the global atmosphere had drawn great public attention.In this paper,the concentrations of radioactive isotopes 7Be,210Pb,131I and 137Cs at the surface level in weekly aerosol samples obtained at the Guanfenshan Moutain,Guiyang,China from March 17th to April 28th,2011 were reported.The variations of the nuclide concentrations associated with their transport paths were analyzed with 315 h-backward trajectories initialized at 500m from the surface level at Guiyang.The results revealed that there were two evident transport paths for 131I and 137Cs from Fukushima to Guiyang.The first path,along with which radioactive pollution tracers reached Guiyang faster,was from the north-western China.These tracers transported eastward and took 10 days to two weeks to arrive the north-western China before they were detected on March 24th—31st in Guiyang.The second path extended south-eastward by the north-east Asian synoptic system at the beginning,then transported south-westward and north-westward before their arrivals on April 7th-14th in Guiyang.The first transport path of radioactive pollution tracer from the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant to Guiyang was in the global scale while the second was in the East Asian regional scale.

Abstract: The knowledge acquisition and exploitation are becoming more and more for local vendors in offshore outsourcing cooperation. In the process of product innovation, internal knowledge sharing (IKS), external knowledge acquisition (EKA) and their interactive relationship is discussed. Through the using of the method of 3SLS, the results of STATA indicate that IKS and EKA positively complement for product innovation. Furthermore, the result of SPSS reveals that knowledge exploitation mediates the (IKS) EKA and product innovation.
