Abstract: 如果一个群里的任意一个矩阵相似于一个置换阵, 称这个矩阵群为类置换群. 此群相似于一个置换阵群. 本文利用群作用轨道的不变集刻画了8 维类置换阵群各个元素的表示矩阵, 利用这个结论证明了若此类置换阵群包含一个极大循环正规子群时, 则其相似于一个置换群.
Application of Improved Analysis of Variance to Ionospheric TEC Short-Term Forecast  [PDF]

Abstract: An improved superposition analysis of periodical wave variance is used for short-term forecast of the ionosphere TEC in this study. Using the ionospheric TEC data provided by IGS as the real value, the forecasting precision of this me-thod at different locations in China with 40 days data is evaluated. The result shows that the improved method has a better forecasting precision which could reach 1.1 TECU. But the forecasting precision still relates to geographical position, it is proportional to longitude and inversely proportional to latitude. Compared with the current-used methods, the improved method has many advantages as higher precision, using fewer parameters and easier to calculate. So, it applied to ionosphere short-term prediction in China very well.

Abstract: The article analyses several key issues which restrict the effectiveness of fund project peer review work. It analyses the evaluating theory and matter-element theory to access the expert anti-evaluation model, and also studies the expert anti-evaluation index system to support the anti-evaluation method. The practical basis is the true score data of the experts which is collected from the actual anti-evaluation in Liaoning province science and technology fund project peer review system. With the practical experience of the actual project, we prove that the expert index system anti-evaluation model and expert anti-evaluation method can improve the fund project peer review work and play a positive role for the peer review work and also make the review work more scientific and more rational.

Abstract: 运用三层误差反向传播网络对51种胺类有机物进行了结构-毒性关系的研究,进入的结构参数为分子连接性指数信息理论指及分子量等6种均可通过分子拓扑图直接计算获得的指标。毒性参数选用大鼠经口LD50,根据其大小将样本分为3类:高毒,中毒,低毒,在神经网络模型上作出差别归类,并分别对每类进行定量预测。
A Fast and Power Efficient Updating Algorithm for Partitioned TCAMs

Abstract: Routing update is a severe problem for Ternary Content-Addressable Memories (TCAMs) based systems. This study is focused on designing a power efficient and fast updating algorithm for the partitioned TCAMs in IP forwarding systems. TCAMs are usually partitioned into individual buckets for their high power consumption. Due to routing rules change quickly, keeping the latest routing table may cause the partitioned TCAM buckets to overflow and bring additional power consumption. In order to improve the performance of the routing update, an efficient updating algorithm for the partitioned TCAMs is proposed in this study. In the algorithm, free space added for update traces is provided according to the distribution of the routing rules. The problem of buckets overflow is solved by dynamically adjusting the free space. Furthermore, the update speed is accelerated through arranging the free space of each partitioned bucket. Compared with the algorithm which increase the partitioned buckets by k (k is a fixed constant) times, the experimental results show the proposed algorithm is faster and more power efficient.
Effect of Amifostine on Locally Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients Treated with Radiotherapy: A Meta-analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

Abstract: Background and objective Controversy exists on whether amifostine can reduce the efficacy and decrease the side effects of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated by radiotherapy. The aim of this meta-analysis is to evaluate the efficacy and side effects of amifostine in NSCLC patients treated with radiotherapy. Methods Open published randomized controlled trials on the efficacy and side effects of amifostine in NSCLC patients treated with radiotherapy were collected from Medline, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, EMBSE, CBM, CNKI, WANFANG, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and European Society of Medical Oncology databases. The pooled efficacy and side effects of amifostine in these patients were calculated using the statistics software Stata 11.0. Results Nine trials that included 769 (381 and 388 in each arm) patients were analyzed. The pooled relative risk of complete, partial, and objective responses were 1.16 (95%CI: 0.90-1.50, Z=1.07, P=0.29), 1.02 (95%CI: 0.87-1.19, Z=0.21, P=0.83) and 1.06 (95%CI: 0.97-1.17, Z=1.31, P=0.20), respectively. The side effects in seven trials including 738 (367 and 371 in each arm) patients were analyzed. The pooled relative risk of developing grades 3 to 4 esophagitis and pneumonitis were 0.51 (95%CI: 0.37-0.72, Z=3.88, P<0.001) and 0.51 (95%CI: 0.26-0.99, Z=1.98, P=0.04), respectively. Conclusion Amifostine can significantly decrease the risk of developing serious esophagitis and pneumonitis without reducing the response rate in NSCLC patients treated by radiotherapy.
Pushdown Timed Automata: a Binary Reachability Characterization and Safety Verification

Abstract: We consider pushdown timed automata (PTAs) that are timed automata (with dense clocks) augmented with a pushdown stack. A configuration of a PTA includes a control state, dense clock values and a stack word. By using the pattern technique, we give a decidable characterization of the binary reachability (i.e., the set of all pairs of configurations such that one can reach the other) of a PTA. Since a timed automaton can be treated as a PTA without the pushdown stack, we can show that the binary reachability of a timed automaton is definable in the additive theory of reals and integers. The results can be used to verify a class of properties containing linear relations over both dense variables and unbounded discrete variables. The properties previously could not be verified using the classic region technique nor expressed by timed temporal logics for timed automata and CTL$^*$ for pushdown systems. The results are also extended to other generalizations of timed automata.

Abstract: According to revisiting what Arendt has written, this article brings out the secret of judgment in Arendt through investigating the relevant themes which involve freedom, opinion, and taste. Freedom, to be more specific, public freedom, is the context of judgment. Judgment is the activity that fits into the public realm where freedom becomes visible to all. Opinion constitutes the object of judgment. Judging, which is the representative thinking, makes the standpoints of others present to our minds, then to form an opinion means to judge a given issue basing on different viewpoints. The validity of judgment depends on the ability of taste. More precisely, taste; that is, the power of judgment; defines the specific validity of judgment which is distinguished from other validities of authority, force, strength, and violence. In summary, Arendt’s judgment is the power of taste which guarantees the validity of opinion in the context of public freedom.
An optical fiber hydrophone using equivalent phase shift fiber Bragg grating for underwater acoustic measurement

Abstract: An optical fiber hydrophone based on equivalent phase shift fiber Bragg grating (EPS-FBG) with temperature compensation package provides an improvement of sensitivity in underwater acoustic measurement at wide frequency range, from 2.5 kHz to 12 kHz. The acoustic pressure is transduced into elastic vibration of a circle metal disk, resulting in an intensity modulation of the reflected light wave back from fiber Bragg grating (FBG). Experiment shows that the packaged EPS-FBG hydrophone has a minimum detectable acoustic pressure of about 500 μPa/ $ \sqrt {Hz} $ at 5 kHz and achieves about 18-dB improvement of acoustic pressure sensitivity compared with a regular apodized FBG hydrophone.

Abstract: There were obvious differences between a medium gravel-less perforated pipe leach fields and a small system in the treatment of demestic sewage with the change of influent quality. In small system, COD removal rate was 91%, ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 90%, total nitrogen was 58%. In medium system, COD removal rate was 86.07%, ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 45.3%, and total nitrogen was 48.2%. This paper studied on the differences. Its main reasons were as follows: differences in opening rate (perforated area account of the total area in infiltration pipe), air flow conditions, exterior environment, and wastewater distribution. Considering those problems, Solutions and applications for the development of GPPLF are given.
