Los estudiantes ante formas de argumentar aristotélicas y no aristotélicas: Un estudio de casos
Crespo Crespo,Cecilia;
Revista electr?3nica de investigaci?3n en educaci?3n en ciencias , 2007,
Abstract: this work shows that in mathematics classroom appear many argumentations that are not correct for aristotelic logic. we observe that some students have used not valid argumentations. we reporte some of their declarations that show a position in front of classic forms of argumentation and that denote the nonacceptance of the aristotelian forms. this report is part of a research which aim is to understand the sociocultural character of the mathematical argumentations, trying to show them as result of actions of a community into a sociocultural stage. our culture, with aristotelic sustenance, has constructed forms of argumentation based on this logic. nevertheless, in the classroom there are revealed some situations that demonstrate the character of social construction of mathematical argumentations and that we consider it has to be taken in account in the mathematical school discourse.

Entre el "deber" y el "derecho": patrimonio arqueológico y obligaciones sociales en Patagonia Argentina
Crespo,Carolina;
Intersecciones en antropolog?-a , 2006,
Abstract: in recent years the archaeological remains from several patagonian provinces were legislated under the category of "cultural heritage," regulating their scientific, cultural and, in some cases, touristic use. nevertheless, beyond the behaviors regulated by the legal text an entire series of behaviors and social connections coexist that is governed by other rules or principles which transcend the normative framework. as such, the goal of this paper is to analyze the social exchanges that are woven together beyond the institutional and legal scaffolding erected around archaeological goods - specifically rock art - in a patagonian city. the relevance of the analysis lies in the type of relationships that are now actualized around this heritage, the change of meanings of these artefacts that such relationships motivate and the effects they produce on the management of the archaeological heritage. an analysis of the exchange of services and of the mutual obligations that arise serves as an example of the new meanings acquired by archaeological goods - especially rock art in argentine patagonia - in recent years, as well as the complexities of its management.

CRESPO,CAROLINA;
Magallania (Punta Arenas) , 2010, DOI: 10.4067/S0718-22442010000100005
Abstract: archaeology was traditionally considered as an authority on the subject of the indigenous way of live in the past. however, and beyond that authority, their explanations are not necessarilly reproduced literally by others. in this article, i analyze the intersection between interpretations of the past prior "desert campaign" spreaded by an archaeological team that works in the comarca andina del paralelo 42o -argentine patogonia- with that ones that belongs to state agencies and local people. i examine the tensions, agreements and/or changes produced by this interaction. i demonstrate the way in which political-economics processes in patagonia argentina, anthropological discourses about that region which dominates our discipline in others periods and interethnics emergent conflicts in the region, affects the variable and complex form of the interpretations around historical period that research and disseminate those archaeologist nowadays.
"Qué pertenece a quién": Procesos de patrimonialización y Pueblos Originarios en Patagonia
Crespo,Carolina;
Cuadernos de antropolog?-a social , 2005,
Abstract: in the past, the national/provincial&'s history and identity was shaped by refusing and/or rejecting differences, while inequity was hidden by claiming for a particular and homogeneous cultural unity: &"the criollismo&". nowadays, the archaeological rests of indigenous past are re-categorized in rio negro`s legislation as a province`s cultural heritage. considering the complexity of these circumstances, the purpose of this article is (to) analyse the contradictions and ambiguousness released by this classification at the legislative context and the conflicts that this heritage activation weaves between the state`s agents and mapuche`s people. i will try to demonstrate that this contradictions are the product of -and also provide- the relationship between mapuche`s people, state`s agents and certain international directrices in recent years.
?HAY UNA TEORíA NO IDEALISTA DE LA CONSTITUCIóN?
Crespo,Mariano;
Revista de filosofía , 2009, DOI: 10.4067/S0718-43602009000100007
Abstract: this paper tries to show that there is at least a sense in which one can defend the idea that the constitution of objectivity is compatible with metaphysical realism. the point of departure is, on the one hand, the reconstruction of the main elements of husserl s theory of constitution and, on the other hand, the analysis of an argument used by this philosopher in logical investigations to prove the existence of ideal objects. as antonio millán-puelles has showed, one can talk of an "intentional genesis" of objects in the sense of their arising before consciousness.
Aspectos fundamentales del método de Edith Stein
Crespo,Mariano;
Teología y vida , 2010, DOI: 10.4067/S0049-34492010000100004
Abstract: this paper addresses three fundamental aspects of edith stein's philosophical method. firstly, it looks at issues such as the author's starting point of philosophizing. secondly, it considers the aspect, which constitutes one of the fundamental contributions of the phenomenological method and is clearly recognizable in our author, such as having highlighted that it is impossible to carry out first philosophy without taking into account conscious life, before which all things are opened. thirdly it looks at the individuality of the person as an especially relevant aspect of stein's anthropology after analyzing each of these methodological aspects, this paper attempts to show how they may be relevant in laying out the path towards the question of the woman.
