Abstract: Consistent with the Financial Reporting Standards Board's international convergence and harmonization policy it is proposed that a new accounting regime will prescribe the financial reporting practice and minimum disclosure requirements for agricultural activities, including the fair value of biological assets. In any financial report, the inclusion of biological assets may confuse the reality of the income profit and the wealth profit. There are many reasons it may provide misleading figures, the most obvious would be because the entity may have reported the value of heritage properties that do not actually generate any income but rather they are properties, which actually generate expenses for the entity, for example in maintenance costs. For any regime that requires entities to account and report on biological assets there should be a clear classification system that takes into account the different types of ownership structures in a society. Therefore in Romania, it is important that any financial reporting regime on biological assets should provide for the difference between business assets and cultural assets.

Abstract: We hereby want to analyze the right of the accused or of the defendant against self incrimination in a criminal trial, a relatively recent right introduced in the Romanian law, directly connected with the right to self defense in a criminal trial. Furthermore, we will approach the obligations held by the Romanian legislator, within the prerogatives of the criminal legal authorities for guaranteeing this right and meanings that can be retained in case of breach of such procedure. In order to establish the origin of the regulation, the first section of the study will describe the history of the institution, starting from the Supreme Court jurisprudence from the state if Arizona in the already famous trial Arizona vs. Miranda. We will further present the legal framework instituted for implementing this right in the European legal space, section in which we will also approach the position of the European Court of Human Rights with respect to the issue subjected to the analysis. In the third section, we will present the legal framework instituted in Romania, while attempting to mainly highlight the legal relevance of this basic procedural right, as well as the possibility of retaining the existence of an inter conditioning with the principle of the right to a fair trial, according to the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of assimilation for the terms "Proximity Management" and "Proximity Manager", both in the specialized literature and in practice. The study has two parts: the theoretical research of the two terms, and an evaluation of the use of Proximity management in 32 companies in Gorj, Romania. The object of the evaluation resides in 27 companies with less than 50 employees and 5 companies with more than 50 employees.
Natural Convection Flow near a Vertical Plate that Applies a Shear Stress to a Viscous Fluid

Abstract: The unsteady natural convection flow of an incompressible viscous fluid near a vertical plate that applies an arbitrary shear stress to the fluid is studied using the Laplace transform technique. The fluid flow is due to both the shear and the heating of the plate. Closed-form expressions for velocity and temperature are established under the usual Boussinesq approximation. For illustration purposes, two special cases are considered and the influence of pertinent parameters on the fluid motion is graphically underlined. The required time to reach the steady state in the case of oscillating shear stresses on the boundary is also determined.

Abstract: Beginning with the academic year 1999/2000, following the reorganisation of degree courses according to the decree 509/99. The Education Faculty at the university of Bologna instituted a new degree course in Training . The course combined theoretical lectures with seminars, workshops and practical experience. The seminar entitled “Methodologies for Distance Learning” was offered over a 5 year period ending in the 2006/7 academic year. It was considered important to evaluate this particular experience. A partire dall’a.a. 1999/2000, in seguito al riordino dei corsi di laurea in base al De-creto 509/99 (“Regolamento recante norme concernenti l’autonomia didattica degli Atenei”) la Facoltà di Scienze della Formazione dell’Università di Bologna istituiva il nuovo Corso in Formatore con un piano di studi dove, insieme ai corsi teorici, partecipavano alla formazione del nuovo laureato triennale attività seminariali, labo-ratoriali e di tirocinio. Il seminario denominato “Metodologie della FaD” è stato ri-proposto nel corso di laurea con diverse modifiche per 5 anni: la sua ultima edizione è stata nell’anno accademico 2006-07. A fronte di questa esperienza pluriennale, si è ritenuto dunque importante fare un bilancio di questa specifica attività formativa.

Abstract: Pourquoi entend-on plus souvent "Tom et Léa" que "Léa" ? L'objectif premier de ce travail est de tenter d'apporter une réponse à cette question na ve en rendant compte des principes actifs qui gouvernent la coordination par "et" de deux prénoms en fran ais. Ce travail s'inscrit dans un arrière plan théorique qui voit la sélection d'un ordre préférentiel de coordination d'un bin me comme le résultat de conflits entre des principes ou des contraintes de différentes natures qu'ils soient phonologiques ou extraphonologiques. Il s'agit d'un travail original sur le fran ais étudiant les phénomènes les plus prégnants dans le processus de coordination de deux prénoms, et visant à révéler l’existence de contraintes phonologiques actives dans la sélection d'une forme binomiale coordonnée plut t qu'une autre. étant donné le matériau sur lequel nous travaillons, le sujet que nous nous proposons d'aborder, bien qu'excluant de fait toute considération sémantique ou syntaxique, n'en demeure pas moins un sujet mixte se situant entre autres à l'interface entre phonologie et sociologie. Il relève de deux aspects distincts : un aspect linguistique de corpus basé sur la modélisation d'un corpus informatisé et le recueil de données réelles, et un aspect expérimental permettant une mise à l'épreuve de nos hypothèses théoriques aux productions réelles du fran ais et aux mécanismes cognitifs liés au traitement phonologique de la création binomiale en fran ais.

Abstract: Si assiste nella scuola italiana ad un cambiamento importante che riguarda i bambini e i ragazzi stranieri inseriti: aumentano di anno in anno coloro che sono nati in Italia e che entrano nel sistema scolastico nei tempi e modi comuni ai coetanei autoctoni mentre diminuisce il numero di coloro che arrivano qui dal paese d’origine per ricongiungersi ai famigliari. Ma come parlano i bambini stranieri nati in Italia ? Quali caratteristiche interlinguistiche ha l’italiano dei “futuri cittadini”? Una ricerca osservativa ha coinvolto alcuni bambini stranieri di cinque anni inseriti nella scuola dell'infanzia e ha cercato di descrivere l’italiano delle seconde generazioni, tra esitazioni, silenzi, conquiste e creatività linguistica. In Italian schools there is an important change which regards foreign children enrolled: every year there are more and more of them who were born in Italy and they enter the school system following the same rhythms as their native classmates while fewer and fewer foreigners arrive from their home countries to reunite with their families. How do foreign children, born in Italy, speak? What interlinguistic characteristics does the Italian spoken by these “future citizens” have? This observational study focused on some foreign 5-year-old children in Italian preschools and attempted to describe the language used by these second-generation speakers, between hesitations, silences, achievements and linguistic creativity.
