A Clifford algebraic analysis gives mathematical explanation of quantization of quantum theory and delineates a model of quantum reality in which information, primitive cognition entities and a principle of existence are intrinsically represented ab initio  [PDF]
Elio Conte
World Journal of Neuroscience (WJNS) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/wjns.2013.33021
Abstract:

The thesis of this paper is that Information, Cognition and a Principle of Existence are intrinsically structured in the quantum model of reality. We reach such evidence by using the Clifford algebra. We analyze quantization in some traditional cases of quantum mechanics and, in particular in quantum harmonic oscillator, orbital angular momentum and hydrogen atom. The results are confirmed analyzing human cognition behavior that evidences a very consistent agreement with the basic quantum mechanical foundations.

Can Current Quantum Cognition Studies Give Indication on the Manner in Which Human Cognition Arose ab Initio?  [PDF]
Elio Conte
Psychology (PSYCH) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/psych.2014.58090
Abstract:

It is advanced the view that the primary elements of cognition and matter both started ab initio as represented in quantum mechanics.

Additional Comments Added to Our Recent Answer to G. Ghirardi  [PDF]
Elio Conte
Journal of Modern Physics (JMP) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/jmp.2015.61002
Abstract: Recently we published on International Journal of Theoretical Physics an answer to G. Ghirardi relating a paper published by this author in 1999. Since the argument is so complex and articulated, in the present paper we add further comments relating in particular the matter of the quantum collapse as we have elaborated it in our previous work using only Clifford algebra and thus reaching the basic result that it is a mechanism involving only information with a cybernetic collapse and retrocollapse dynamics as first it was introduced by Costa de Beauregard. We evidence as quantum collapse involves directly our psyche and our consciousness that of course is by itself an entity selecting alternatives on the basis of quantum rules. According to our previous experiments we also add comments on the possibility to estimate quantum interference at the level of perception and cognitive dynamics and reconstruct the wave function giving the possibility such result to discriminate between pure quantum superposition of states and mixtures just to re-confirm the role of quantum mechanics at the basic structure of mental entities.
What Path Monitor: A Brief Note on Quantum Cognition and Quantum Interference, the Role of the Knowledge Factor  [PDF]
Elio Conte
Psychology (PSYCH) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/psych.2015.63029
Abstract: We discuss a celebrated experiment of quantum mechanics to evidence that quantum mechanics delineates a novel feature of our reality in which cognition enters as primary element, strongly linked ab initio to the dynamics of matter.
Malpighian Tubules in Larvae of Diatraea saccharalis (Lepidoptera; Crambidae): A Morphological Comparison between Non-Parasitized and Parasitized by Cotesia flavipes (Hymenoptera; Braconidae)  [PDF]
Gislei Maria Rigoni, Helio Conte
Advances in Entomology (AE) , 2014, DOI: 10.4236/ae.2014.24029
Abstract: In Diatraea saccharalis larvae, the Malpighian tubules are found along the digestive tube, extending from the middle mesenteric region to the end of the posterior intestine, where they come in contact with the rectum to form the cryptonephridium. Scanning and transmission electron microscopy of non-parasitized and parasitized larvae by Cotesia flavipes have indicated that the tubules consist of secretory and reabsorption cells. In parasitized larvae, the occurrence of hemocytes and teratocytes around the tubules is indicative of their role in immunological defense; however, they were not observed in non-parasitized larvae. At day 9 of parasitism, the mitochondria-containing vacuoles and myelin-like figures show signs of degeneration. The results of this study have confirmed that C. flavipes manipulates the physiology and biochemistry of D. saccharalis because the Malpighian tubules of the parasitized larvae remain active until the parasitoid completes its pupal stage and is released from the host organism.
First Time Demonstration of the Quantum Interference Effect during Integration of Cognition and Emotion in Children  [PDF]
Elio Conte, Rui Freire Lucas
World Journal of Neuroscience (WJNS) , 2015, DOI: 10.4236/wjns.2015.52011
Abstract: Quantum cognition is a scientific approach to cognitive phenomena which makes use of the mathematical formalism of quantum theory. Quantum interference effect constitutes one of this theory’s main tenets and has been repeatedly demonstrated experimentally, in the last decade, in adult subjects. In the present paper, we aim to demonstrate, for the first time, the existence of thequantum interference effect on children during an experiment involving an integration of cognition and emotion. Our positive results consolidate the presuppositions of quantum cognition, enlarging its field of application to children’s mental apparatus and evidence the important question to consider the quantum model in the current investigated question of the interaction of cognition and emotion in children at neurological and psychological levels.
Sobre a natureza da teoria moral de Hume
Conte, Jaimir;
Kriterion: Revista de Filosofia , 2006, DOI: 10.1590/S0100-512X2006000100007
Abstract: this paper discusses two varieties of interpretations of hume's moral theory. on the one side the attempt to represent hume's moral theory as a form of the moral subjetivism, on the other, as a form of realism. finally, propose that hume's moral philosophy may be rather described as a form of the intersubjetivism.
Marineros, huérfanos y desobedientes: Instituciones y prácticas punitivas en menores, ciudad de Buenos Aires (1870-1919)
Conte,Diego;
Revista de historia del derecho , 2010,
Abstract: in the late nineteenth century, the state was showing a remarkable deficit of correctional facilities for the minority, emptinesss largely filled by ships, workshops and schools of the national navy as a continuation of a colonial tradition, the post of defense counsel and the orphanage, ruled by the charitable society of buenos aires, used the navy force as a punishment environment for joung orphans and disobedients. in the present work we intend to approach punitive practices in childhood, inside state and private institutions, between 1870 and 1919. with that objective, we will be based on the meaning acquired by legal concepts as custody and deposit in the institutional framework , which served for the goverment of the minority in the precoded law (combining and overlaying protection, education and punishment).
1H NMR Spectroscopy with Multivariate Statistical Analysis as a Tool for a Rapid Screening of the Molecular Changes Occurring During Micro- Oxygenation of an Italian Red Wine
Pellegrino Conte
The Open Magnetic Resonance Journal , 2008, DOI: 10.2174/1874769800801010077]
Abstract: A red wine from Aglianico vine was subjected to a micro-oxygenation procedure for five weeks. The wine was weekly sampled together with a non micro-oxygenated control and extracted with di-ethyl-ether in order to simplify NMR analyses. In fact, 1H NMR spectra of the whole wine samples were dominated by water and ethanol signals which prevented visibility of the resonances generated by the less concentrated wine components. The 1H NMR analyses of the diethyl- ether extracts revealed an increase of the amount of oxygen-containing materials. Such increase was attributed to a wine ageing process which resulted, hence, fastened by application of micro-oxygenation.
