Abstract: the cutaneous lymphomas constitute a large group within the non-hodgkin lymphomas. they include various types of lymphoproliferative disorders and they are classified according to their origin, clinical picture and morphology in t or b. the fungoid mycosis and sézary's syndrome are among them. although these entities differ in their clinical manifestations, it is believed that they are variants of a same lymphoproliferative disorder of the cd4 t-lymphocyte. these non-hodgkin lymphomas of t-cells appear in individuals aged 40-60 and they are two times more frequent in males than in females. an adequate treatment depends on an accurate morphological, immunological, genetic and molecular diagnosis that will allow a faster remission, a higher survival and the incorporation of these individuals to society's useful life.

Estos resultados demuestran la naturaleza heterogénea de aparición y expresión de las inmunodeficiencias primarias The case of a white 3-year-old girl with history of recurrent and severe infections since she was 3 months old, originated by virus, bacteria, fungi, protozoa and helminths, is reported. These infections presented multiple localization with a poor response to habitual treatments and the appearance of complications accompanied with allergic manifestations. The immunological study revealed a marked reduction of the number of CD3+ T cells (22 %), mainly at the expense of the subpopulation of CD4+ T cells (10 %) with a mild decrease of the lymphocytic subpopulation of CD8+ T cells (13 %). Diminished concentrations of immunoglobulins IgM (0,10g/L) and IgG (2g/L), and normal levels of IgA were observed. Deficiencies were not found either in the phagocytic cells, or in the complement system. The diagnosis of this primary combined immunodeficiency is associated with Conradi-Hunermann-Happle's syndrome, or chondroplasia punctata. Various cycles of intramuscular gammaglobulin and of transference factor (Hebertrans) were administered during the treatment with an evident clinical improvement. These results show the heterogenous nature of the appearance and expression of primary immunodeficiencies

The effect in vitro of hemin on human lymphocytes was studied. Thirty donors from the blood bank of the Institute of Hematology and Immunology were selected, who were performed tests of active rosette, of blastic transformation with tritiated thymidine and the expression of HLA-DR and CD-25 activation antigens by immunocytochemical ultramicromethod with and without hemin. Statistically significant differences under experimental conditions with and without hemin were found. It was confirmed that hemin by itself is capable of promoting blastic transformation, increasing the formation of active rosette and the expression of HLA-DR and CD25 activation antigens. In the literature review, no results similar to the above-mentioned were found. Hemin is a product that can activate human lymphocytes by inducing their proliferation and therefore, the expression of activation antigens. The paper suggests that preclinical and clinical studies should be carried out to evaluate hemin as a probable drug for the treatment of cell immunodeficiencies

Se modificó la conducta terapéutica en cada enfermo de acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos, lo que favoreció el pronóstico, la estadía hospitalaria y la curación 6 patients with the possible diagnosis of drugs reactions due to delayed hypersensitivity (DH) were studied by using the test of lymphoblastic transformation with criterion of incorporation of tritiated thymidine. It was proved that in 2 patients there DH reactions to carbamazepine, in one to aspirin, in one to chloroquine and sulfaprim, and the other patient to aspirin in tablets and to the raw material. It was proved that the introduction of this method for evaluating the reaction of type IV DH in the study of adverse reactions to drugs is very useful in our environment. The therapeutic conduct was modified in each patient according to the results obtained, which favored the prognosis, hospital stay and healing
