Abstract: The ieu river, a tributary of the Some u Mare river, streams from the north – eastern end of the C limani mountains, at the contact between the peaks of the C liman Mountains and the Bistri a Depression, under the C liman piedmont. The genesis and spatial development of the ieu river basin is the result of its position in the northern extremity of the Transylvanian Depression, but also of the Transylvanian – Pannonian micro-board mobility, which generated a series of changes of the subsidence areas in the lower sector of the ieu River. The relief of the Transylvanian Depression, by its actual appearance, is but a short sequence of the series of geomorphological changes. Distinguishing them may follow different paths depending on the purpouse, requirements and possibilities, one of which is represented by the analysis of the morphogenetic manifestation in the valley – slope systems, based on methodological support provided by functional geomorphology. Attention will be directed to the S r el sector – the juncture with the Some u Mare river, where contemporary alluvial processes (alluvial bed elevation, the presence of sloughing sectors) the appearance of sectors due to the saliferous Quaternary neotectonics, the agrotecnical exploitation of land use, contribute to changes in the report of the slope – valley system. In this fluvial geomorphology study the spatio – temporal frame of the analysed system accounts for 268 km2, of a total of 1691 km2. The alternation of some saliferous horizons (the S rata and S r el Valleys) with other more friable ones (clays, marls, gravel) in addition to the fact that it is fully visible, it induces differentiations even in the water bed, valley sectors. The emergence of a series of wide NV–SE axial – plane separations: the Sl tini a anticline, the T rpiu synclinal, confer unicity to the sector.
The company contract in the new Romanian Civil Code (art. 1881 - 1954). Comparison with the 1865 Civil Code
Juridical Tribune , 2012,
Abstract: The Longevity of the Roman Civil Code from 1864, and the long duration of cohabitation with the Commercial Code of 1887 puts into question the issue of rapid enforcing of the New Civil Code! Therefore it is extremely important to compare the current drafting legal texts regarding companies in the New Civil Code, with the legal provisions contained in the Law 31/199o! Because the New Civil Code is put into practice recently, the present study relies solely on examination of the doctrine in this area. The results of the research have as targets the researchers and teachers from the faculties of law: the study is original due to the fact that the old Civil Code is compared with the new Civil code. The present study is exceeding this image, trying to create a new perspective and a more complete analysis!
Task Flow Modeling in Electronic Business Environments
Informatica Economica Journal , 2007,
Abstract: In recent years, internet based commerce has developed as a new paradigm. Many factors such as "at home delivery", easy ordering, and usually lower prices contributed to the success of the e-commerce. However, more recently, companies realized that one of the major factors in having a successful internet based business is the design of a user interface that is in concordance with the users' expectations, which includes both functionality and user friendly features. The func-tionality feature of an e-business interface is one of the most important elements when discussing about a specific internet based business. In our paper, we present methods to model task flows for e-business interfaces. We strengthen our study with the design modeling of a practical scenario that may appear in an on-line commercial environment.

Informatica Economica Journal , 2008,
Abstract: As our society has gradually changed in the past few years with the new technology, the internet has become more and more present at our workplace and in our learning methods. The internet brought us an easier access to information offering a range of tools and capabilities to workers.Teaching and learning has changed since the technological explosion. The related aspects to their effectiveness are: time, place, delivery process and learning process. In this article we'll try to explain the associated concepts with e-learning, like the stakeholders involved, the technology and the provided products and services, and other related issues and trends.

Abstract: Reforms of environmental taxes in EU member states began to consolidate a strategic conceptual basis since the early '90s, when it was launched the idea of changing the tax burden from the tax factor of production, work to the environmental factors and use of environmental unfriendly activities and goods. The theoretical support of this view is represented by the corrective taxes Pigou situation justifying the optimal level of activity of producing goods and services from a social perspective, the collection of taxes imposed by the state of polluters, depending on the amount of damage and damage to third parties, the principle of 'polluter pays'. Despite the green fees start reforms of the EU member countries and their levels are not increased in recent years as a share of GDP. In the EU-27, 2008, revenues from environmental taxes represented a rate of about 2.8% of GDP and 6.1% of total revenues compared to 2.9% and 7.0% record share of GDP in 1999. Effects of environmental taxes on eco-efficiency must be seen not only in terms of their size or budget as income tax to GDP ratio, but also as a positive economic and social impact generated by larger beneficial effects of reducing pollution and preserving the quality natural resources and environmental factors.
Statistical properties of chaotic binary sequences

Physics , 2008,
Abstract: Mean value and cross-covariance function of chaotic binary sequences are evaluated for chaotic maps with specific properties. We also take into account the effect of fixed- and floating-point representations on statistical properties of chaotic generators. Thus, one is able to obtain possible candidates for pseudo-random binary sequences generation. Results of statistical tests applied to chaotic binary sequences are presented. The chaotic binary sequences thus obtained could be used for security improvement in IEEE 802.11 standard.

Abstract: Application of a dynamic microwave power system in the chemical synthesis ofsome phenothiazine and quinoline derivatives is described. Heterocyclic ring formation, aromatic nucleophilic substitution and heterocyclic aldehydes/ketones condensationreactions were performed on solid support, or under solvent free reaction conditions. Themicrowave-assisted Duff formylation of phenothiazine was achieved. Comparison ofmicrowave-assisted synthesis with the conventional synthetic methods demonstratesadvantages related to shorter reaction times and in some cases better reaction yields.
Organisational Creativity: Building a Business Ba-Haus?  [PDF]

Creative Education (CE) , 2012, DOI: 10.4236/ce.2012.326110
Abstract: Our focus is on the systemic nature of creativity and the role of business schools in stimulating and enhancing organisational creativity, across all sectors of the economy, particularly those which are not conventionally regarded as ‘creative’ industries. After defining creativity and reviewing a number of frequently occurring ‘creativity clichés’ that are potentially keeping organisational creativity in a rut, we go on to explore some of the key challenges with creativity that need particular focus, including: taking a systemic approach, as well as more attention on ‘difficult’ aspects such as the climate for creativity or creativity ‘ba’. We propose a Systemic Innovation Maturity Framework as a way to conceptualise and organise a way forward in organisations and in business schools. We believe that in a similar way to the Bauhaus of the early 20th century, there needs to be a step change in the way creativity is researched, taught and applied that encompasses a more ecological approach. We believe a more comprehensive, inclusive and useful conception of creativity may result from the consideration of the four dimensions of the framework and their interactions. We wonder; is it time for a new Business Ba-Haus?
Regional legal consequences of the separation of the notion of registered office
Juridical Tribune , 2011,
Abstract: Starting from the importance of defining the registered office with the commercial law, this study aims at analyzing the legal connotations of the business office in the fiscal law. The separations of the notions originate in the European regulations included in Law no 31/1990 regarding the commercial companies. Law no 105/1992 regarding the international private law, the Fiscal Code, and the International Conventions regarding the avoidance of double taxation. Depending on the fiscal legal status of the subject as either resident or non-resident, this study aims at finding what are the differences and the relations between the institutions called: registered office – business office.
Floristic and community diversity of sub-alpine and alpine grasslands and grazed dwarf-shrub heaths in the Romanian Carpathians

Abstract: Floristic diversity at community level and community diversity at landscape level are presented for the main grassland and dwarf-shrub communities in the sub-alpine and alpine zones in five mountain ranges of the Romanian Carpathians. The 30 plant communities studied had their floristic composition and distribution determined by geological substratum and pedo-climatic factors. The most diverse grasslands (Oxytropido-Elynetum, Seslerio haynaldianae-Caricetun) were on calcareous substratum and on the mountain slopes (Festucetum pictae), whilst the lowest diversity was in the oligo-mesotrophic sub-alpine grasslands (Scorzonero- Festucetum nigricantis, Alchemillo-Poetum alpinae, Violo-Nardetum). The Shannon-Weaver diversity index for the communities increased almost linearly with the number of species per community, whilst community diversity in the five mountain ranges was a function of the number of communities per mountain range.
