A educa??o em saúde como estratégia para o cuidado à gestante, puérpera e ao recém-nascido

Abstract: this is a qualitative study developed and carried out in a basic health care unit located in belo horizonte, brazil. it aimed to better understand female users' perceptions about the line of care offered to pregnant women, puerpera, and newborn children. the subjects were 12 women users cared for in this service and data were collected through interviews. data were analyzed using the content analysis technique. from this process, four thematic categories emerged. one of these categories gave origin to this article and deals with heath care education as a form of care. it represents one of the principle elements of promoting health care which contributes to people's emancipation and a place to exchange experiences and knowledge, as shown by the women who participated in this study. this leads to a double role to be exercised from health care professionals, who are also educators by excellence.

Abstract: Es un estudio cualitativo realizado en una Unidad Básica de Salud del municipio de Belo Horizonte. Su objetivo fue comprender la percepción que las usuarias de este servicio tienen acerca de la línea Cuidado a la Mujer Embarazada, la Puérpera y al Recién Nacido. Los sujetos de la investigación fueron 12 usuarias atendidas en este servicio. La recolección de los datos se hizo mediante entrevistas. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizó la técnica de análisis del contenido. De tal procedimiento surgieron cuatro categorías temáticas, una de las cuales originó este artículo y trata sobre la educación para la salud como una forma de cuidado. Ella representa el elemento más importante para promover la salud y contribuye a la emancipación de los individuos, además de ser un espacio para el intercambio experiencias y de conocimiento, tal como fue dicho por las mujeres que participaron del estudio. Ello permite pensar en la doble función que desempe an los profesionales de la salud que también son educadores por excelencia.

Abstract: this is an excerpt from a phd thesis of a qualitative approach outlined by the strategy of search of holistic multiple case study which aims to understand the construction of the comprehensive health practices in the daily work of the family health teams and the managers of three municipalities in vale do jequitinhonha-mg. the study subjects were professionals from the family health teams, support staff and municipal secretaries in a total of 48 workers. it is presented one of the categories of analysis that shows the importance given to multiprofessional teamwork and the acknowledgement of the necessity of other's work, that is, complementarity and interdependence of actions to provide a total and effective assistance. some teams have disciplinary actions with the use of different skills in identifying and solving problems. others have individual actions but refer to the need of shared responsibility in actions and decisions of the team to achieve the integrality in health.

Abstract: descriptive study with objective to delimit the profile of the manager of the ubs of belo horizonte. they had been collected given from a basic script of a sample of 46,45% of controlling of 127 ubs. the managemental picture is composed in the majority for women, nurses, with age between 36 and 50 years, exerting the management has more than 5 years, with knowledge acquired in the graduation. for the reach of the resolution the management demand individual attributes that surpass the knowledge acquired in formal programs of qualification. intent for the necessity of the city to assume the commitment with the qualification of its controlling, being endorsed them with complementary knowledge in face to the requirements of the politics of management of the sus.

Abstract: the objective of this qualitative case study was to present the understanding that health care workers and administrators of belo horizonte have about comprehensive care. thirty-two workers were interviewed using a semi-structured questionnaire. data analysis showed that comprehensiveness permeates the various levels of health care, adding the concept of health promotion. interdisciplinary work emerges as a key element for the health care practice, which is made effective by sharing feelings. on the other hand, data show that comprehensive health care is only made effective provided that basic conditions are present, and services often do not provide those conditions. in conclusion, it is necessary to eliminate the fragmentations that exist in the form of health care organization as well as in the everyday practice of health care workers at the referred services so that it is possible to offer comprehensive, problem-solving care and humanize health care practices always aiming at the quality of life of the population.

Abstract: Trata-se do recorte de uma tese de doutorado de abordagem qualitativa, delineada pela estratégia de pesquisa Estudo de Casos Múltiplos Holísticos, com objetivo de compreender a constru o das práticas de integralidade em saúde no trabalho cotidiano das equipes de Saúde da Família e de gestores de três municípios do Vale do Jequitinhonha-MG. Foram entrevistados 48 trabalhadores das equipes Saúde da Família e de apoio, além dos secretários municipais. Apresenta-se uma das categorias de análise que mostra a importancia dada ao trabalho em equipe multiprofissional e o reconhecimento da necessidade do trabalho do outro, isto é, a complementaridade e a interdependência das a es para prestar uma assistência integral e resolutiva. Algumas equipes apresentaram a es interdisciplinares com uso das diferentes habilidades na identifica o e resolu o dos problemas. Outras convivem com a es individualizadas, mas referem a necessidade de responsabilidade compartilhada nas a es e decis es da equipe para alcan ar a integralidade em saúde. Se trata de un recorte de una tesis doctoral de enfoque cualitativo delineada por la estrategia de investigación "Estudio de Casos Múltiples Holísticos", con el fin de comprender la construcción de las prácticas integrales de salud en el trabajo diario de los equipos de salud de la familia y los administradores de tres municipios del Vale de Jequitinhonha (MG). Los entrevistados son 48 trabajadores de los Equipos de Salud de la Familia y de apoyo, además de los secretarios municipales. Se presenta una de las categorías de análisis que evidencia la importancia dada al trabajo en equipo multiprofesional y el reconocimiento de la necesidad del trabajo del otro, es decir, la complementariedad y la interdependencia de las medidas para proporcionar una atención integral y eficaz. Algunos equipos tienen las medidas disciplinarias con el uso de diferentes habilidades para identificar y resolver problemas. Otros tienen acciones individuales, pero que se refieren a la necesidad de la responsabilidad compartida en las acciones y decisiones del equipo para lograr una salud completa. Abstract: this objective of this qualitative study was to understanding the view of nurses regarding interdisciplinary work in the context of emergency care in a public hospital. the data was collected by means of interview. the analysis pointed out the gathering of the concept related to the concrete possibilities in carrying out the work in teams, permeated by the ideas of individual roles, objectives of the action and of the potential of exchange, partnership and respect in relationships among the workers. theoretical and practical boundaries are pointed out, as well as perspectives which have not yet been affected in the day to day, and they are meaningful considering the current challenges in the field of health.
DEMANDAS COTIDIANAS NA ATEN O PRIMáRIA: O OLHAR DE PROFISSIONAIS DA SAúDE E USUáRIOS

Abstract: Este es un caso de estudio cualitativo basado en la Sociología Comprensiva de la vida cotidiana cuyo objetivo fue describir las situaciones cotidianas que requieren el uso de los servicios de salud desde la perspectiva de los usuarios y los profesionales de la salud. Se entrevistó a 15 profesionales y 17 usuarios de las tres unidades del Equipo de Salud de la Familia en un municipio del Estado de Minas Gerais a partir de un guión de preguntas abiertas. Los datos fueron sometidos a análisis de contenido. Se encontró que las demandas resultan de la combinación de factores sociales, individuales y culturales prevalecientes en la población. Las sesiones tienen lugar a partir de la demanda espontánea de los usuarios y para los profesionales, el interés que se presenta es una consulta, por lo general médica, con la derivación a los especialistas y la distribución gratuita de medicamentos. Estos resultados indican que el cuidado de la salud debe ir más allá del cuerpo biológico y comprender otras dimensiones que conforman la vida cotidiana de los usuarios en la búsqueda de la solución de problemas.

Abstract: this article discusses the theory and practice of health and education, beginning with the notion of the hegemony (in health education practice) of strategies linked to the notion that to grasp established knowledge always leads to the acquisition of new behaviors and practices. five different axioms have oriented education and health practices, either juxtaposed or at different moments: (1) the notion of overcoming the determination of knowledge over practices; (2) the determination of representations over practices; (3) the analysis of representations within the traditional framework of right and wrong; (4) reciprocity between representations and practices; and (5) the importance of considering practices amenable to re-elaboration through representations, thus situating experience in understanding subjects' illness processes, as well as the way subjects culturally construct illness. the article highlights the need for a link between social representations and illness-as-experience in health education practices.

Abstract: this is a qualitative case study which discusses the work in the context of the unified health system and how its principles occur in the daily services within its stratified network. it aimed to understand integral care, equity and resolution in the daily work of health managers and professionals in belo horizonte. we noticed that aspects like "care about how to do everyday actions" and "welcoming reception, link and access" would be incorporated into the professionals' work development. from the results, it was found out that urgency and emergency situations were intervened to the detriment of the programmed tasks. furthermore, the work process management is conducted by technical-structured knowledge which interferes in the quality of health care. in this aspect, the care production process should be thought about its micro space emphasizing the harboring, the link settled up and the responsibility for assuring a suitable and accessible care network for those who need to go through it. it is necessary to eliminate the fragmentation seen in the health services organizations and also in the professionals' daily tasks, so as to offer a full and resolute assistance and to show some humanity towards these tasks aiming a better population's quality of life and health as a citizenship right.
