The Crisis Management of Enterprise's Collective Brain Drain

Abstract: This paper take enterprise's collective brain drain as the research object, by using of questionnaire method, historical data, experts consultation method, and other methods of construct the collective brain drain of forewarning indicators, and then use the alternative ranking method to determine and evaluate comprehensively system of indicators to the weight. By constructing the forewarning system to real-time monitor, identify, diagnose and evaluate the trend of enterprise's collective brain drain and on this basis to pre-control, the prior development of corrective measures, the crisis will be resolved in the embryonic stage. Therefore, constructing the forewarning system of enterprise's collective brain drain for the long-term stable development of enterprises has important practical significance.

The Sentiment Trend Analysis of Twitter Based on Set Pair Contact Degree

Abstract: Sentiment trend of twitter users have a great influence on their friends and the crowd listened. This paper directs at the user sentiment state of twitter, the unique medium, and applies set pair analysis method for trend analysis. First, we begin with set pair contact degree, then based on set pair affective computing model to make comparison with the size relationship of same degree, difference degree, opposition degree of the emotion, to build the user sentiment trend analysis model; Secondly, we analyze the influence for the user's own sentiment trend when the value changed of difference coefficient ; thirdly, after analyze to obtain one user's sentiment orientation threshold as prerequisite for user behavior prediction. Finally, setting an example to calculate the sentiment trend of one twitter, then to get the conclusion is that the analysis of user emotion from a three-dimensional angle is more realistic than the single angle.
Affective Computing Model for the Set Pair Users on Twitter

Abstract: Affective computing is the calculation about sentiment, sentiment generated and the aspects of affecting the sentiment. However, the different factors often cause the uncertainty of sentiment expression of the users. Today twitter as the information media of real-time and timely has become better sentiment expression vector for users themselves. Therefore, in allusion to the diversity of sentiment form of twitter information to express sentiment, this paper constructs affective computing model, starting from the differences of the constituted form of Twitter based on set pair theory to make analysis and calculation for user sentiment, from the text, emoticon, picture information and other multi-angle to analyze the positive, negative and uncertain emotion of the users for the signal twitter, consolidating the weight of various parts in emotional information, building hierarchical set pair affective computing model for twitter users, to offer more favorable data support for the relevant departments and businesses.
Subcellular localization of several heavy metals of Hg, Cd and Pb in human liver

Abstract: Liver, as an important metabolic and detoxicological organ of human body, can be used as a good bioindicator for evaluating body burden of environmental pollutants. Its elemental contents and their chemical forms are closely related to the status of human health and disease. In this paper, the liver samples collected from normal subjects were separated to different subcellular fractions of nuclei, mitochondria, lysosome, microsome and cytosol by differential centrifugation. Then their concentrations of heavy metals of As, Pb, Cd, and Hg were determined by atomic absorption and atomic fluorescent spectroscopy. Our results show no significant difference with literature ones when comparing their gross concentrations. In the case of their subcellular distribution, the Hg concentrations are higher in mitochondrial, microsomal and cytosolic fractions; the Cd concentrations are higher in cytosolic and mitochondrial fractions, while As highest in nuclear fraction. The highest concentration of Pb is found in microsomal fraction with similarity to Fe. Mercury in liver is mainly in the form of inorganic, and methylmercury ranged from 9% to 50% with the average value of 20.9%±13.3%. These results indicate that the cellular distribution and the accumulated target organelles are quite different among these heavy metals, which suggest their various pathways and toxic mechanismin vivo.
Transcript Profiling of Paoenia ostii during Artificial Chilling Induced Dormancy Release Identifies Activation of GA Pathway and Carbohydrate Metabolism

Abstract: Endo-dormant flower buds must pass through a period of chilling to reinitiate growth and subsequent flowering, which is a major obstacle to the forcing culture of tree peony in winter. Customized cDNA microarray (8×15 K element) was used to investigate gene expression profiling in tree peony ‘Feng Dan Bai’ buds during 24 d chilling treatment at 0–4°C. According to the morphological changes after the whole plants were transferred to green house, endo-dormancy was released after 18 d chilling treatment, and prolonged chilling treatment increased bud break rate. Pearson correlation hierarchical clustering of sample groups was highly consistent with the dormancy transitions revealed by morphological changes. Totally 3,174 significantly differentially-expressed genes (P<0.05) were observed through endo-dormancy release process, of which the number of up-regulated (1,611) and that of down-regulated (1,563) was almost the same. Functional annotation of differentially-expressed genes revealed that cellular process, metabolic process, response to stimulus, regulation of biological process and development process were well-represented. Hierarchical clustering indicated that activation of genes involved in carbohydrate metabolism (Glycolysis, Citrate cycle and Pentose phosphate pathway), energy metabolism and cell growth. Based on the results of GO analysis, totally 51 probes presented in the microarray were associated with GA response and GA signaling pathway, and 22 of them were differently expressed. The expression profiles also revealed that the genes of GA biosynthesis, signaling and response involved in endo-dormancy release. We hypothesized that activation of GA pathway played a central role in the regulation of dormancy release in tree peony.

Primary analysis of QTG contribution to heterosis in upland cotton

Abstract: In this paper, we analyzed the contribution of pure DNA factors to heterosis using quantitative trait genes (QTG) in two randomly selected strains from a recombinant inbred line of Gossypium hirsutum. According to a set of QTL mapping results, combined with analysis of DNA recombinant fragment sources in the two strains and QTL association analysis with their field traits, we hypothesize a view of “dominance + overdominance + epistasis”. That is, additive and additive epistasis may be the genetic basis of heterosis, and dominance, overdominance and epistasis may be the modes of heterosis action. Based on the heterosis results of this study, we also suggest a molecular mechanism for heterosis, and explain, in detail, with two randomly selected strains as examples. The male and female parent-derived additive epistatic QTLs of upper half mean length in LG01 and LG03 produced a trait variance of 2.99–3.52 compared with the female parent-derived loci. The trait of bolls per plant was controlled by two pairs of additive epistatic QTLs in LG02 and LG07, which were derived from both female and male parents. The QTLs were reciprocally interacted and produced a trait variance of 0.86. An initial concept of “super-hybrid cotton” was raised according to the nature of additive effect, that is genetic stability.
Simultaneous Determination of Ephedrine and Pseudoephedrine in Mice Plasma by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis

Abstract: A low cost, accurate, rapid and sensitive capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) quantitative method, using thiamine hydrochloride as internal standard (IS), was developed for the simultaneous analysis of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in mice plasma. Analytes were extracted from plasma samples by n-hexane/dichloromethane/isopropanol (2:1:0.1, v/v/v) after alkalization, and stripped with 1.5% hydrochloric acid solution. Separation was performed by CZE using 50mM borax-20mM threonine (pH 9.27) as running buffer, with voltage of +10 kV applied and UV detection wavelength at 210 nm. The total running time was within 10 min. Calibration curves for plasma samples were linear over the concentration range of 0.075-5.0 μg/mL for ephedrine and 0.0375-2.5 μg/mL for pseudoephedrine. The method had a limit of quantitation of 17.80 ng/mL for ephedrine and 22.00 ng/mL for pseudoephedrine,respectively. The method was reliable and feasible for the evaluation of pharmacokinetic profiles of drug products containing ephedrine and pseudoephedrine.
Analysis of Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase Gene Polymorphisms in Vitiligo in Han Chinese People

Abstract: Background Vitiligo is a chronic depigmented skin disorder with regional melanocytes depletion. The pathogenesis was not completely clarified. Recently, more and more evidence suggested that polymorphisms of some genes are associated with vitiligo risk. Here, we want to examine the association between the inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) gene polymorphisms and the risk of vitiligo in Chinese populations. Methods and Principal Findings In a hospital-based case-control study of 749 patients with vitiligo and 763 age- and sex-matched healthy controls, three polymorphisms of iNOS gene were genotyped by using the PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) and mutagenically separated PCR (MS-PCR) methods, respectively. We found the iNOS-954 polymorphism was associated with a significantly higher risk of vitiligo (adjusted OR = 1.36, 95% CI = 1.02–1.81). Furthermore, this association is more pronounced in vulgaris vitiligo, active vitiligo and vitiligo without other autoimmune diseases in the stratification study. Analysis of haplotypes showed increased risk for the C-1173C-954CEx16+14 (OR = 1.44, 95% CI = 1.01–1.74). In addition, the serum iNOS activity is significantly associated with iNOS-954 combined genotype (GC+CC) and is much higher in vitiligo patients than in the controls (P<0.01). Logistic regression analysis of iNOS activity showed increased risk between higher activity and iNOS-954 G→C variant genotype carriers (Ptrend<0.001). Conclusions and Significance INOS gene polymorphisms may play an important role in the genetic susceptibility to the development of vitiligo.
