Desulphurization Characteristic of Industry Alkaline Wastes during Coal Combustion  [PDF]
Bin Zheng, Chunmei Lu
Journal of Electromagnetic Analysis and Applications (JEMAA) , 2009, DOI: 10.4236/jemaa.2009.11007
Abstract: The desulphurization characteristics of four sorts of industry alkaline wastes and one sort of limestone were studied by means of flue gas analyzer and the high temperature tube reactor. Pore structure and desulphurization product char-acteristic were investigated respectively by mercury porosimeter and XRD diffraction technology. The reasons why wastes and limestone hold the different desulphurization capability were deeply discussed. The result shows that white clay and carbide slag could capture the release of sulfur at 800-1100℃. Salt slurry and red mud could capture the re-lease of sulfur at first stage at 800-900℃. But when the experimental temperature rises to 1000℃, the sulfur capture abilities of them depress. Pore structures of waste are higher than that of limestone. This makes the sulfation reaction goes further. To sum up, wastes have better sulfur capture ability.

Journal of Economics, Business and Management , 2014, DOI: 10.7763/joebm.2014.v2.95
Abstract: Agricultural research and extension programs have been built in most of the world’s economies because agricultural science and technology innovation is the source to push agricultural development. Since 2004 China has increased gradually agricultural research investment, which promoted agriculture to develop rapidly. However, China’s agricultural research investment has been lagging behind that of developed countries in proportion of investment or benefit of agricultural programs. In this paper, the factors affecting the Benefit of Agricultural research programs are been studied by Principal component analysis. It showed that research management and production factors are majors factors that impacting benefit of agricultural programs. So, the government should build scientific management system of agricultural programs and improve subsidiarity production factors to ensure the benefits of agricultural research projects could be effectively.
A Study of Metacognitive Strategies Employed by English Listeners in an EFL Setting
Chunmei Yang
International Education Studies , 2009, DOI: 10.5539/ies.v2n4p134
Abstract: This paper presents a study on the metacognitive strategies employed by English listeners in an EFL setting. The results of the study reveal that the subjects used directed attention most frequently and they used monitoring least frequently. Besides, there are differences in the use of metacognitive strategies between successful and unsuccessful listeners. The differences exist in the use of directed attention, functional planning and self-management strategies. The study proposes that listeners’ metacognitive awareness should be cultivated and strategy instruction should be integrated into the teaching of listening.
Evolutionary Learning Algorithm for Multi-layer Morphological Neural Networks
He Chunmei
Information Technology Journal , 2013,
Abstract: Morphological Neural Network (MNN) is a novel and important neural network and it has many applications such as image processing and pattern recognition. It makes sense to research the learning algorithm of MNN and its application. A method based on genetic algorithm is presented to train and implement multi-layer morphological neural network in this study. The algorithm calculates the weights and biases of morphological neural network and the genetic algorithm automatically acquire the learning rate. After that, the trained morphological neural network is applied to image restoration. The image restoration simulation and a comparison with the median filter are shown in the end. It shows that the morphological neural network is a quite good method applied to image restoration.

International Journal of Business and Management , 2009, DOI: 10.5539/ijbm.v4n3p153
Abstract: The keep-going growth of foreign trade has had the remarkable promotion effects on China’s economic development. Simultaneously, it has also brought the serious environment pressure. This article illustrates the influences of foreign trade on the environment from two aspects: the cargo trade and the foreign capital, analyzes the main problems and their causes, proposes the corresponding countermeasures, such as optimize the structure of industries, orientate the foreign investment correctly, perfect the environmental protection legislation, and so on.
Research on the Influencing Factors of Producer Services Agglomeration—Based on the Yangtze River Delta Urban Group  [PDF]
Chunmei Ye
Open Journal of Social Sciences (JSS) , 2019, DOI: 10.4236/jss.2019.710001
Abstract: Based on the panel data of 16 cities between 2003 and 2018 in China City Statistical Yearbook, this paper analyses the current situation and the influencing factors of Producer Services Agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta. The research adopts spatial econometric methods with spatial weight matrix. The empirical result shows that the agglomeration trend of producer services in Yangtze River Delta is obvious, and the spatial agglomeration pattern is gradually formed. Opening degree and human capital have positive impacts on producer services agglomeration. The agglomeration is negative. And city scale has no effect on the agglomeration. At last, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of producer services agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta.
Dykstra’s Algorithm for the Optimal Approximate Symmetric Positive Semidefinite Solution of a Class of Matrix Equations  [PDF]
Chunmei Li, Xuefeng Duan, Zhuling Jiang
Advances in Linear Algebra & Matrix Theory (ALAMT) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/alamt.2016.61001
Abstract: Dykstra’s alternating projection algorithm was proposed to treat the problem of finding the projection of a given point onto the intersection of some closed convex sets. In this paper, we first apply Dykstra’s alternating projection algorithm to compute the optimal approximate symmetric positive semidefinite solution of the matrix equations AXB = E, CXD = F. If we choose the initial iterative matrix X0 = 0, the least Frobenius norm symmetric positive semidefinite solution of these matrix equations is obtained. A numerical example shows that the new algorithm is feasible and effective.

Psychology (PSYCH) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/psych.2016.73036
Abstract:

Objective: The objective was to investigate path analysis of work-family conflict, job salary and promotion satisfaction, job burnout to subjective well-being of primary and middle school principals, and provide advices for enhancing their subjective well-being. Methods: Totally 300 primary and middle school principals in Chongqing completed the WFC, JSPSS, MBI-GS and GWB. Results: There were four significant paths: 1) work-family conflict could influence subjective well- being directly (β = -0.125, P < 0.05); 2) work-family conflict could influence subjective well-being through job burnout (indirect effect was -0.197, total effect was -0.322), job burnout partially mediated the relation between work-family conflict and subjective well-being; 3) job burnout could influence subjective well-being directly (β = -0.529, P < 0.001); 4) job salary and promotion satisfaction could influence subjective well-being through job burnout (indirect effect was 0.169) and reduced the burnouts’ negative influence on subjective well-being, job burnout mediated the relation between job salary and promotion satisfaction and subjective well-being. Conclusion: We can enhance subjective well-being of primary and middle school principals through balancing work-family conflict, intervening job burnout, raising incomes, providing opportunities for career roles.
