Stability of Gorenstein objects in triangulated categories

Abstract: Let $\mathcal{C}$ be a triangulated category with a proper class $\xi$ of triangles. Asadollahi and Salarian introduced and studied $\xi$-Gorenstein projective and $\xi$-Gorenstein injective objects, and developed Gorenstein homological algebra in $\mathcal{C}$. In this paper, we further study Gorenstein homological properties for a triangulated category. First, we discuss the stability of $\xi$-Gorenstein projective objects, and show that the subcategory $\mathcal{GP}(\xi)$ of all $\xi$-Gorenstein projective objects has a strong stability. That is, an iteration of the procedure used to define the $\xi$-Gorenstein projective objects yields exactly the $\xi$-Gorenstein projective objects. Second, we give some equivalent characterizations for $\xi$-Gorenstein projective dimension of object in $\mathcal{C}$.

Abstract: In order to improve the quality of clinker produced by pellet rotary kiln, flame temperature that it is a very important factor of affecting on the quality of clinker is studied. The flame images collected from pellet rotary kiln are decomposed into three gray images by the method of RGB, so we can get more information of flame. Taking advantage of gray level co-occurrence matrix, the monitoring model for flame temperature based on image texture is established with RGB channels. In order to test the universality of the algorithm, candle flame temperature is detected by this method. The maximum error of the model is less than 3%.
Dual effects of α-synuclein on neurotoxicity induced by low dosage of rotenone are dependent on exposure time in dopaminergic neuroblastoma cells

Abstract: This study was designed to investigate the effects of α-synuclein on toxicity induced by long-term exposure to relatively low concentrations of rotenone. Compared with the control groups, the inhibition of cell viability which overexpressed α-synuclein (SH-SY5Y-Syn) improved after 1 and 2 weeks of rotenone treatment. The complex I activity was greater and the mitochondrial membrane swelling intensity was reduced after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment, which indicated that α-synuclein, at least in part, resists the rotenone-induced oxidative stress. The results indicate that α-synuclein has a dual effect on toxicity of rotenone according to exposure time in human SH-SY5Y cells.
Translation of English and Chinese Addressing Terms from the Cultural Aspect

Abstract: Terms of address are frequently used in social communication to show the identity, rank and relationship between the speaker and the hearer. It is important to have a profound understanding of addressing terms, especially in cross-cultural communication. However, due to the difference in history, religion and culture, terms of address vary in different countries and regions. In this paper, the author discusses the translation of English and Chinese addressing terms from the aspect of cultural background. First, the author defines terms of address and gives the reason why people use terms of address in social communication. Then, the differences between English and Chinese terms of address are analyzed from the point of kinship terms and social terms of address. Last, four translation methods are given according to different situations, namely, literal translation, translating flexibly, specification or generalization and domestication and foreignization.

Abstract: Idioms is a special culture which is shaped in the daily lives of the local people, particularly the idioms of diet has a close relation with various elements, such as the eating custom , history, fairy tales, geographic situations. Also, different ways of translation on different diet idioms in English and Chinese will be analyzed in this article. As a result, it will be very important to know the great culture contents in the idioms of diet in order to do a better job in the research of cross-culture communication and the translation.
Numerical simulation of the slipstream around a high-speed train with pantograph system

Abstract: 采用分离涡模拟(DES)方法,对缩比为1:8且考虑受电弓设备(受电弓及“浴盆式”导流罩)的高速列车列车风特性进行研究。研究结果表明:数值计算结果与风洞试验数据吻合较好,尤其是较好网格列车各部分气动阻力系数均与风洞试验结果一致,误差在4%以内。列车风峰值主要出现在流线型头部、受电弓设备及近尾流区域,列车风速度及湍流度在距离轨面及车体表面越近的位置波动较大。“浴盆式”导流罩对受电弓基座部分减阻效果较明显,但其也是受电弓侧部列车风峰值出现的主要原因。受电弓及导流罩周围的空气绕流作用使沿车顶的边界层分离并产生涡脱落,是受电弓及其附属设备产生较大气动阻力的原因。
Based on detached-eddy simulation (DES), the slipstream of a 1∶8th scaled train model with pantograph system (pantograph and closed-up flow guide) was investigated. Results shows that, numerical results fit well with the wind tunnel data , especially for drag coefficients obtained from fine grids are all within 4% of each train part to wind tunnel data. The peak values of slipstream around train are mainly occurred at streamline head, pantograph system and near wake region. The fluctuation of slipstream and turbulence intensity is relatively higher when nearer top of rail and rain surface. The closed-up flow guide has a significant influence on the drag-reduction of pantograph base. However, the peak value of slipstream at side part of train is mainly due to the circumfluence of closed-up flow guide. Due to the interruption of pantograph system to the flow on top of train, boundary layers are separated and generated vortex structures, which explains relatively high aerodynamic drag of pantograph as well as its belongings

Abstract: A new specific property of Schweizer-Sklard operators is discovered that Schweizer-Sklard operations are continued fuzzy operators. The relation between Schweizer-Sklard operators and other Fuzzy operators is analysis. The conclusion that Schweizer-Sklard operations could partly replace other fuzzy operations most in use is given. At the same time the relation between Schweizer-Sklard operations and Zadeh operations as well as probability operators is given.
The Crisis Management of Enterprise's Collective Brain Drain

Abstract: This paper take enterprise's collective brain drain as the research object, by using of questionnaire method, historical data, experts consultation method, and other methods of construct the collective brain drain of forewarning indicators, and then use the alternative ranking method to determine and evaluate comprehensively system of indicators to the weight. By constructing the forewarning system to real-time monitor, identify, diagnose and evaluate the trend of enterprise's collective brain drain and on this basis to pre-control, the prior development of corrective measures, the crisis will be resolved in the embryonic stage. Therefore, constructing the forewarning system of enterprise's collective brain drain for the long-term stable development of enterprises has important practical significance.
Subarea Tree Routing (STR) in Multi-hop Wireless Ad hoc Networks  [PDF]

Abstract: Subarea Tree Routing (STR), a new routing protocol for multi-hop wireless ad hoc networks, is proposed. The novelty of the STR protocol is to divide the whole network into many subareas constructed as a result of establishing subarea trees. Its main idea is to identify root nodes by manual configuration or auto-discovery process firstly, then the root nodes originate the process of establishing subarea trees, and finally each node either joins in a subarea tree or become an interconnect node. STR belongs to hierarchical routing protocol and does not attempt to consistently maintain routing information in every node. Furthermore, through the use of tree’s intrinsic routing function, the STR protocol exhibits hybrid behavior of proactive and on-demand routing protocols. We prove the correctness of STR, and our simulation results show that the pro-posed scheme achieves lower route discovery delays, lower route discovery load and better performance of normalized routing load in large, mobile, ad hoc networks as compared with AODV.
Neuroprotective Effects of Ginkgo Biloba Extract (GbE) on Oxygen-Glucose Deprivation (OGD) in PC12 Cells  [PDF]

Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is a global health problem. According to the World Health Organization, ischemic stroke is actually the most common cause of death in the world. Ginkgo biloba extract (GbE) is a traditional Chinese medicine for angina pectoris. Ginkgo biloba plays a role in expanding blood vessels, increasing coronary and cerebral blood flow, preventing platelet aggregation, inhibiting thrombosis, and improving the microcirculation. In the present study, we investigated the mechanisms involved in the neuroprotective effects of GbE in a model of hypoxic-ischemic brain disease. We used NGF(100 ng/ml for 6 days)and OGD(5% CO2and 95% N2, 1 mmol/l NaS2O4insugar-free DMEM for 16 h) to stimulate PC12 cells and convert them into neurons in order to establish an ischemia model. The results showed that PC12 cells transformed into cells that looked like neurons and that MAP2 was up-regulated in NGF-treated PC12 cells. Cell apoptosis was found to be up-regulated after NGF stimulation and OGD. The apoptosis rate after 16 hours of OGD was 19.44%. GbE (50ng/ml) reduces apoptosis rate to 11.35%. These results may help to show that NGF treatment can be combined with OGD to establish anin vitromodel of acute ischemic brain damage. In the present study, we find that GbE effectively increases the survival rate of PC12 cells and relieves OGD damage. These results suggest that GbE has the neuroprotective effects of ischemic brain damage.
