Application of Transaction Mining Based on FP-Table Algorithm in Mobile Electricity Market  [PDF]

Abstract:

Electricity market trade based on mobile intelligent device will extend the volume of transaction. For the massive and various trading data, transaction mining algorithm is very useful to find the relationship of correlative elements such as trade price and power capacity, and it always occurs between the power users and power generation enterprises. The novel FP-Table algorithm is proposed in this paper to solve the massive transaction mining problem. The FP-Table algorithm integrates the Hash table into FP-Growth algorithm, using two-dimension table saving frequency count of item pair, then mining the frequency items of electricity transactions efficiently. Application of mobile transaction mining is proved to be high efficiency and high value by performance experiment results.

棘孢木霉菌肥对黄瓜枯萎病的防治效果及对连作黄瓜根际土壤微生物种群的影响

Abstract: 为明确棘孢木霉Trichoderma asperellum菌肥在防治黄瓜枯萎病的同时对连作黄瓜根际土壤微生物种群的影响,采用实时荧光定量PCR (real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR,RT-qPCR)和磷脂脂肪酸(phospholipid fatty acid,PLFA)分析方法分别测定了棘孢木霉菌肥对连作4年的黄瓜根际棘孢木霉菌和尖孢镰孢菌Fusarium oxysporum DNA拷贝数变化和黄瓜根际微生物种群的影响。结果表明:棘孢木霉菌肥对黄瓜幼苗期和速长期黄瓜枯萎病的防治效果分别为70.24%和76.81%,均与药剂对照的防效差异不显著。棘孢木霉菌的DNA拷贝数出现2个高峰期,即黄瓜苗期和盛果期,其DNA拷贝数分别为235 000.00 ng/μL和80 500.00 ng/μL。黄瓜速长期、盛果期、生长末期的尖孢镰孢菌DNA拷贝数分别为15.41、54.87和18.36 ng/μL,且显著低于同一时期药剂对照和清水对照。黄瓜幼苗期、速长期、开花期和盛果期根际土壤微生物丰度分别为2.24、1.98、2.52和2.12,均高于药剂对照。由此可见,棘孢木霉菌肥在防治黄瓜枯萎病的同时,还可以改善黄瓜连作土壤微生物种群结构。
DNA copies of Trichoderma asperellum and Fusarium oxysporium and microbial populations in continuous cucumber cropping rhizosphere soils for four years were detected by using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) and phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA), respectively, to explore the effects of T. asperellum bio-fertilizer on their control efficiency against cucumber wilt and calculate microbial dynamic variation. The results showed that the biocontrol effect of T. asperellum bio-fertilizer on cucumber wilt was 70.24% and 76.81% during the seedling period and rapid growth period, which was not significantly different from those of the fungicide control. The DNA copies of T. asperellum arrived at 235 000.00 ng/μL and 80 500.00 ng/μL, respectively, which reached the highest during seedling period and reached the second peak in full bearing period. Compared to the water control and fungicide control, the DNA copies of F. oxysporium decreased by 15.41, 54.87 and 18.36 ng/μL in rapid growth period, fruiting stage and late growth period of cucumber, respectively, when the T. asperellum bio-fer-tilizer was applied. The microbial abundances in cucumber rhizosphere were 2.24, 1.98, 2.52 and 2.12 in four growth periods, from seedling to full bearing stages, respectively, higher than that of the fungicide control in the same period when T. asperellum bio-fertilizer was applied. Therefore, T. asperellum fertilizer could control cucumber Fusarium wilt and improve the soil microbial population in continuous cropping field.

Abstract: Drying plays an important role in the postharvesting process of grain. To ensure the quality of the dried grain and improve the intelligent level in drying process, a digital simulation of corn drying machine system based on a virtual instrument was established for 5HSZ dryer, automatically control the air temperature, and predict the discharging speed of grain and so forth. Finally, an online measurement and automated control software of grain parameters were developed to provide the changes of moisture, temperature, humidity, and germination rate in the process of drying. The study carried out in the actual processing showed that it can meet the requirements of the actual drying operation, effectively control the stability of the grain moisture, and keep the dry food quality.
Protein Enrichment of Potato Starch Residue by Solid State Fermentation with Mixed Strains

Abstract: This study was to select strains which have a strong ability to degrade starch and strain which has a strong ability to synthesize protein from nine strains of three species for mixed strains fermentation of potato starch residue to enrich the protein content for further use as an animal feed and to investigate the optimal combination of selected strains and technical parameters of fermentation process. In the experiment of single strain fermentation, three strains, Candida tropicalis AS 13, Saccharomycopsis fibuligera JS2 and Geotrichum candidum AS 2.2342 were selected for mixed strains fermentation by comparison the degradation rate of starch and the synthesis rate of protein. In the experiment of mixed strains fermentation, the True Protein (TP) content were obtained in the substrate fermented by the three strain combination was higher than two-strain combinations. Then the effects of technical parameters such as inoculation ratio, inoculation method and total inoculum size of solid state fermentation on the TP content were analyzed, respectively. The experiment results showed that the use of potato starch residue fermented with the three-strains combination of C. tropicalis AS 13, S. fibuligera JS2 and G. candidum AS 2.2342 at the ratio of 1:7:2 with total 10 mL inoculum size at the same time can improve TP content by up to 16.1% which would subsequently provide a good feedstuff for ruminants.
SOLUTION COMBUSTION SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF NANOSCALE MgO POWDERS

Abstract: Nanoscale MgO powders were fabricated via a microwave-induced solution combustion process using Mg(NO3)2 and starch as starting materials. Effects of the relative fuel-to-oxidant ratios (φe = 1.1, 1.0, 0.9 and 0.8, respectively) on characteristics of MgO nanoparticles were also investigated. The XRD analysis discloses that MgO nanocrystalline are successfully synthesized and the crystalline size of MgO increases remarkably with increasing of φe from 0.8 to 1.1. TEM images reveal that nanoporous agglomerates of MgO nanocrystalline are formed in the powders. Experimental results show that the average particles’ size of the powders decreases significantly as φe increases from 0.8 to 1.1. However, the powders from the precursors with φe equal to 1.0 exhibit larger specific surface area as compared the other powders.

Abstract: TiC-TiB2-Cu composites were produced by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis combined with pseudo hot isostatic pressing using Ti, B4C and Cu powders. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results showed that the final products were only TiC, TiB2 and Cu phases. The clubbed TiB2 grains and spheroidal or irregular TiC grains were found in the microstructure of synthesized products. The reaction temperature and grain size of TiB2 and TiC particles decreased with increasing Cu content. The introduction of Cu into the composites resulted in a drastic increase in the relative density and flexual strength, and the maximum values were obtained with the addition of 20 wt pct, while the fracture toughness was the best when Cu content was 40 wt pct.
