Abstract: The conodont fauna described in this paper was collected from the uppermost part of Mailonggang Formation in Mailonggang Village oi Lhunzhub-County, Tibet, China, including 8 genera and 20 species. According to characteristics species of Epigondolella genus, the conodonts fossils could be divided obviously into 4 conodont assemblage zones as follows: Epigondolella multidentata a. zone, E. sp. C. a. zone, E. poster a a. zone, E. bidentata a. zone These conodont assemblage zones belong to the middle and upper Norian.
Testing and Analysis of Drinking Water Quality in the Rural Areas of High-tech District in Tai’an City

Abstract: In order to understand the sanitation condition of drinking water in the rural areas of High-tech District in Tai’an City, and to provide scientific bases for drinking water quality improvement and public health protection, water quality was tested and analyzed using the methods recommended in the China national health standard GB5750-85, which included 14 indicators, i.e. sensory characteristics, general chemical indicators, toxicological indicators and bacteriological indicators. The results showed that the contents of total coliform, ammonia nitrogen and iron exceeded the standards, and the contents of volatile phenol and Cr (VI), and the total hardness slightly exceeded the standards. It was concluded that drinking water, especially well water in the rural areas of High-tech District in Tai’an City was slightly polluted. Therefore, currently the related government departments should focus on strengthening “the three wastes” treatment and sanitation management of drinking water transmission, and providing additional water disinfection facilities.
Development of Satellite Data Catalogue and Archive System

Abstract: With the development of the remote sensing technology,many new types of remote sensing sensor are being developed immediately and used for earth observation.Large numbers of earth images,which are very important to research earth,are obtained.As remote sensing satellite data has a tendency to become high temporal,spatial and spectral resolution,its volume is increasing sharply.It is a great problem on how to efficiently restore,manage and search mass of remote sensing satellite data.And satellite data catalogue and archive system,a mass storage and searching web-based system,is just the tool to solve the problem.In order to develop high efficient,high reliable and maintainable archive and catalogue system,the characteristics of satellite data's metadata are analyzed in the paper firstly,which determine the structure of storage organization.Then some critical technology on developing new type of archive and catalogue system are provided,including mass storage,spatial data storage,the implementation of high reliable system,archive and catalogue database's optimization.At last,archive and catalogue system's hardware structure is shown and its main functions are introduced briefly and an example of searching RESOURCESAT-1 satellite data is given.
Review on Methods for SNR Estimation of Optical Remote Sensing Imagery

Abstract: The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is one of the most important indices which can be used to evaluate the data quality obtained by a remote sensor.To a great extent,the SNR of an image reflects the SNR of the remote sensor.Several typical methods to estimate the SNR of optical remote sensing imagery are summarized in this paper,and their merit and restrictions are presented.And this paper also performs the comparison and analysis between these methods based on their own principles,from six aspects including the automatic computation,the computing time,the stability,the applicability,the suitable sensor category,and the uniformity of estimating areas.In addition,the paper points out that the comparison and analysis between methods in various specific applications should be done in the future.The study will help to choose a reasonable SNR estimating method aiming at different remote sensors and different types of remote sensing images.

Abstract: Error analysis & correction is the prior and key step on the research of remote sensing mechanism/application,which directly influence to the accuracy of remote sensing products.Light Detection And Ranging(LiDAR) is a new active remote sensor and there exist many problems associated with the data processing and applications,in particularly,the accuracy assessment of raw LiDAR data should be extensively studied.An overlap analysis is used in this paper to assess the accuracy of LiDAR scanning data,analysis of error resources,and correction of random/systematic errors.

Abstract: CEOS虚拟星座通过相对独立空间资源的协同合作,实现统一标准下的全球持续、系统性观测,是空间资源合理高效运行的一种新思路。在回顾虚拟星座概念产生与发展的基础上,重点介绍了CEOS虚拟星座情况及进展,包括陆地表面成像、海面地形、大气成分、降水、海洋水色辐射测量和海面风矢量六大示范星座。最后,系统分析了虚拟星座当前发展存在的主要问题,并指出虚拟星座概念在我国空间对地观测领域的应用前景。
A New Triterpenoid Saponin from Abrus precatorius Linn

Abstract: A new triterpenoid saponin, 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl subprogenin D (1), together with six known triterpenoids: subprogenin D (2), abrusgenic acid (3), triptotriterpenic acid B (4), abruslactone A (5), abrusogenin (6) and abrusoside C (7) were isolated from the leaves and stems of Abrus precatorius. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physical and NMR analysis, respectively. Compounds 5 and 6 showed moderate cytotoxicity against MCF-7, SW1990, Hela, and Du-145 cell lines. Compounds 1, 2 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
An Advanced Technology of Absolute Radiometric Calibration for Optical Remote Sensors

Abstract: For sensor radiometric calibration,there are source-based radiometry which is based on blackbody physics referenced to the freezing temperature of gold,and detector-based radiometry which is based on electrical substitution radiometer at cryogenic temperatures respectively.The source-based radiometry is a traditional method with poor accuracy compared to detector-based radiometry owing to the difficulty of high accuracy measurement of blackbody temperature.With the development of multi-spectrum,multi-platform and high-resolution response remote sensors,the traditional absolute radiometric calibration technology source-based is facing the challenge since it accuracy doesn't meet the remote sensing application requirements.In this paper,a new calibration method and its application technology based on radiance standard detector are presented in detail.The absolute accuracy of the new calibration technology is far higher than before,since it can directly trace to the cryogenic absolute radiometer which measures the radiant power with the lowest uncertainties currently.The new calibration method has been successfully used to FY-2 No.04 and No.05 satellite sensor preflight absolute calibration two times in KunMing in 2004.The results show that the new method can effectively improve the calibration accuracy of satellite sensors and has potential applications in preflight,on-board and vicarious calibration of sensors.
Population analysis of mulberry rhizosphere microbes in different soil fertilities

Abstract: 通过平板梯度稀释培养,测定了不同肥力土壤桑树根际细菌、真菌、放线菌和三类促生细菌的数量,并采用BOX-PCR技术,对根际细菌进行了聚类分析.主要结果为:肥沃土壤根际细菌和放线菌的数量均高于贫瘠土壤,而真菌数量低于贫瘠土壤;相同肥力条件下,三类促生细菌中溶磷细菌的数量最多,其次是硅酸盐细菌,固氮细菌的数量最少.根际细菌的BOX-PCR聚类分析图显示,肥沃土壤细菌分离株的DNA同源性高于贫瘠土壤,两种土壤中,促生细菌分离株的遗传进化距离比较接近.在细菌BOX-PCR图谱相异百分数为0.2的水平上,肥沃和贫瘠土壤根际细菌分别分为71个和33个聚类群,根际促生细菌分别分为33个和28个聚类群.土壤肥力对根际细菌的种类和数量都有影响,肥沃土壤根际细菌和促生细菌的数量、种类均高于贫瘠土壤.
Comparison and analysis of two general scaling methods for remotely sensed information

Abstract: 着重阐述了地表空间信息尺度转换的必要性和方法.首先从尺度转换成因分析入手,介绍了两种普适性的尺度转换模型,即泰勒级数展开模型和计算几何模型,并对这两个模型的适用性进行了分析.借助叶面积指数的反演,针对林地、农田、水体3种不同下垫面的试验样区进行了模型的分析比较.结果表明,在拥有小尺度(高分辨率)数据时,泰勒级数模型能够很好的刻画尺度效应,使得尺度效应改正后的相对误差小于1%,获取更为准确的地表参数反演值.遥感尺度转换方法、技术为获取不同尺度的地学信息,为资源调查和环境灾害监测等相关领域的应用提供真实可靠的多尺度数据支持.
