New Measures of Chinese University Library Knowledge Service under the Cloudization Background  [PDF]

Abstract: This article mainly explores and analyzes the application of network broadcast in the lecture service of university library under the cloudization background. By using the online survey method to investigate the lectures in some universities, it introduces the classification and characteristics of the network broadcast and obtains the advantage of network broadcast applied to lecture training through making contrast between the means of network multimedia. The result shows that the introduction of network broadcast can realize more customized, virtual and specialized lecture services, and facilitate the transformation of university library services in the digital era.
Investment Value Evaluation of Hi-Tech Industry: Based on Multi-Factor Dynamic Model  [PDF]

Abstract: By constructing a multi-factor dynamic model based on the theory of the lifecycle with China’s A-share data from 2007 to 2013, we analysis the factors affect the investment value and risk of hi-tech industry and their mechanism of action. After the regression, we can draw conclusions: Firstly, hi-tech industries in China are mostly in the growth stage and maturity stage. Investment value of the industries in the growth stage are mostly influenced by market premium factor, market factor, P/E ratio factor and R & D density factor, while hi-tech industries in maturity stage are mainly affected by the market premium factor, market factor, P/E ratio factor. Secondly, dynamic multi-factor model can measure the investment value of hi-tech industries adequately. The conclusions give a reference for investors on how to make investment plan on the stocks of hi-tech enterprises, and provide some policy recommendations on the way promoting hi-tech enterprises to enhance their core technology as well.

Abstract: The features of the large Cluster projects’ management processes, complexity, “one-off” and “irreversibility”, make the projects’ process knowledge hard to be expressed, analyzed and obtained accurately. It is also not convenient to be accumulated and disseminated, and can’t be learned and used by managers. However, such knowledge is the crystallization of human wisdom. It has an important role in promoting efficiency of projects management and increasing accumulation of social knowledge. A better way is needed to find for its representation and utilization. From the perspective of cluster project management department, this article takes a cluster project’s construction as an example, and proposes a suitable method for the process knowledge representation in large cluster projects’ management processes, combined with the Topic Maps and MFFC-Ⅱ & MLD-Ⅱ.
Research on Economic Benefit from Y Software Company’s ERP Users  [PDF]

Abstract: ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) users often refuse to pay off the balance of payment because they think the software vendors fail to complete the targets, for which the true reason is that the boundaries or standards on the effectiveness and economic benefits of ERP is not clear. So it is necessary and important to effectively measure the benefits brought by ERP to the users, which is favorable for both users and software vendors. This paper adopts an empirical research method and analyzes on the information of ERP users of a Chinese well-known software company from Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The study finds that the corporations who introduce the ERP system are generally better in performance than non-ERP users. The study also finds that the total assets of the ERP users in tested group are increased and the asset-liability ration is stable after introducing ERP and, meanwhile, the total assets of the non-ERP users in controlled group are not increased and the assetliability ration is decreased. It might show that ERP can help users maintain and strengthen their business strength. However, the study finds that both of inventory turnover and account payable turnover of the ERP users have been slowed down instead of speeding up in the first two years after introducing ERP. The decrease of inventory turnover represents that ERP system might need a long time for running-in. The reasons for account payable turnover decreasing might be two. One is that ERP is in the stage of running-in. The other probably is that ERP helps the users become stronger so that they can defer the payments to vendors in order to making use of more non-cost funds.

Abstract: It is one of the key factors which cause “innovation dilemma” that managers prefer to support the sustaining innovation project. From the view of the manager’s innovation preference, the main propose of the paper is to study why it happened. The manager’s innovation preference will guide and motivate the staffs how to innovate, therefore it is appropriate to analyze it by using the principal agent theory. Conclusions can be got by establishing and analyzing a multi-task principal-agent model. First of all, the model basically explains why incumbent enterprises prefer adopting sustaining innovation and entrant enterprises are inclined to disruptive innovation project. Secondly, the selection rights of middle managers towards innovation projects determine the strategic direction of enterprises. Manager’s innovation preference is consistent with the innovation types of employees. At last, the paper suggests that incumbent enterprises should indeed establish self-organizations or spin-off organizations to better carry out disruptive business.
A Distributed Compressed Sensing for Images Based on Block Measurements Data Fusion  [PDF]

Abstract: Compressed sensing (CS) is a new technique for simultaneous data sampling and compression. In this paper, we propose a novel method called distributed compressed sensing for image using block measurements data fusion. Firstly, original image is divided into small blocks and each block is sampled independently using the same measurement operator, to obtain the smaller encoded sparser coefficients and stored measurements matrix and its vectors.  Secondly, original image is reconstructed using the block measurements fusion and recovery transform. Finally, several numerical experiments demonstrate that our method has a much lower data storage and calculation cost as well as high quality of reconstruction when compared with other existing schemes. We believe it is of great practical potentials in the network communication as well as pattern recognition domain.

This paper focus on make a summary of opinion evolution researches, we first review some classical opinion models, and then introduce the existing result of improvement models from the aspect of opinion space, model parameter, social network and so on. The current study’s limitation and further research are also prospected at the end. By in-depth understand the opinion spreading mechanism so as to guide and control the public opinions, which is very useful and meaningful.

Abstract: With the complexity and uncertainty of mobile communication network environment, solving the classical mathematical analysis also becomes more complicated. The model tree of basis function method based on Fourier series is proposed in this paper. Model tree method is the improvement of regression tree analysis. Basis function applied here is four-order Fourier series. When the Fourier coefficients are calculated, the Gauss elimination method is implemented for solving equations. The complexity of the algorithm is n3log(n).

Abstract: The change of channel is caused by Doppler effect, and the degree of change is related to relative velocity in the condition of the certain carrier frequency. The multipath fading channel is independent of each other, whose amplitude obeys Rayleigh distribution and the phase obeys uniform distribution. The model of multipath time-varying transmission channel is built. Through the pro-cess of channel model building, the simulation results produced by the channel model verify the effect of the proposed model in the aspect of reducing test data. In a communication system, signal passing through the channel is involved with the process of digital modulation and demodulation. Binary sequence signal is modulated into a complex sequence in the process of modulation before the transmission in the channel, in order to accommodate the wireless channel transmission. With the increase of SNR, BER is overall slightly drops. However there exists violent fluctuation and it presents the random variation of details in the multipath channel. I employ the mathematical model of multipath time-varying channel, i.e. Jakes model to be simulated so as to compare with the AGWN channel in the same situation. Jakes model has the characteristics of the reference chan-nel compared with the AGWN. BER does not change with the increase of SNR significantly and coincides with multipath time-varying channel. The BER considerably decreases with the increase of SNR in the AGWN channel.

Abstract: By means of Solid Works, three-dimensional model of automated assembly system was established, and kinematic simulation based on Solid Works Motion of assembly process for relay was performed. The simulation results proved the feasibility of mechanical design. Eventually, the productivity was estimated based on simulation analysis. The mechanical design provided a solution with high reference value to practical design of automated assembly system for relay.
