Abstract: Using a stimulated parametric down-conversion process combined with a conventional detector, we theoretically propose a scheme to realize the stimulated emission-based detector, and investigate the antinormally ordered correlation function and Fano factor for the coherent field based on it. Such a detection has advantages over the normally ordered one especially when the intensity of the field is weak.

Abstract: The former fault analysis can't attack on RSA-CRT with corresponding countermeasure. In order to find the new vulnerability to fault analysis,this paper took BOS countermeasure as the analyzed object An attack model based on fault in error checking operation was advanced, and a differential fault analysis algorithm was given that can completely recover the RSA key. The fact that the previous countermeasures can't effectively resist the differential fault analysis was demonstrated,and the complexity of our attack was estimated both by a theoretical analysis and software simulations. Experiment results show that the new fault analysis algorithm has well feasibility, it requires less faulty signature samples than Wagner's attack algorithm, almost need 256 samples for single byte fault Finally, a corresponding advice on countermen sure to differential fault analysis was given by analyzing the problem of previous countermeasures.

Abstract: Objective] To clone and express protein InternalinA (InlA) from Listeria monocytogenes (Lm) and prepare the polyclonal antibody against InlA. To provide basis for preparing the immunomagnetic beads which separated Lm efficiently and specifically. Methods] Use biological software to design the primers of inlA gene, amplify the inlA gene from Lm by PCR and construct the gene into prokaryotic expression vector PET28a(+), then transform the gene into Escherichia coli BL21 and express optimally; purify the recombinant product InlA by nickel affinity chromatography, identify the recombinant protein by mass spectrometry analysis, and test the immunogenicity by ELISA. The purified protein is used as antigen for immunization of rabbit to prepare polyclonal antibody and the binding affinity between polyclonal antibody and Lm is determined. Results] The recombinant InlA protein with relatively molecular mass of 92 kD was over-expressed in E.coli BL21. The InlA antiserum were obtained with a titer as high as 1:100 000. The antibodies had no cross reaction with other pathogenic microorganisms except Staphylococcus aureus. Immunofluorescent staining showed that it only binds to the cell surface of Lm but not L. welshimeri. Conclusion] The polyclonal antibodies which binds to the cell surface of Lm specifically are prepared successfully. These results would provide basis for preparing the immunomagnetic beads which separated Lm efficiently and specifically.

Abstract: 本文基于中国50个岩金矿床84组直接测年数据,提出中国金矿床具“一老(2500 ̄1800Ma)一新(280 ̄100Ma)”的成矿格架。区域分布上,前寒武纪形成的金矿床在矿年代为“西新东老”,而显生宙金矿为“西老东新”。中国金矿床最重要的类型为绿岩还型金矿。测年方法上,应采用单颗粒含铀矿物U-Pb法,而^40Ar/^39Ar、K-Ar法和Rb-Si等时线法仅适于测定显生宙形成的金矿床。

Abstract: 水稻化感潜力的田间表现受根际微生物间接调控。以不种水稻的土壤为对照,通过平板计数法、氯仿熏蒸法和BIOLOG分析,探讨了水稻PI312777、IAC47Iguape Cateto和Lemont苗期根际土壤微生物的群落特征及其功能多样性。结果表明,水稻品种显著地影响其根际微生物生物量碳,不同品种水稻根际微生物生物量碳大小为:Iguape Cateto(441.0mg.kg-1)>IAC47(389.7mg.kg-1)>PI312777(333.2mg.kg-1)>Lemont(283.8mg.kg-1),对照土壤为129.3mg.kg-1;PI312777、IguapeCateto、IAC47、Lemont土壤的呼吸作用强度依次为1.404、1.019、0.671、0.488μgC.g-.1h-1,对照土壤仅为0.304μgC.g-.1h-1。不同品种水稻根际土壤微生物均以细菌占优势,占微生物总数的58.4%~65.6%,放线菌占32.2%~39.4%,占2.2%~2.8%。BIOLOG分析显示,不同水稻根际土壤的平均颜色变化率(AWCD)显著不同,总以强化感水稻PI312777最高,弱化感水稻Lemont最小,各土壤的AWCD值在培养144h时均达到最大值,此时PI312777、IAC47、Iguape Cateto和Lemont的AWCD值依次为对照土壤的1.89、1.79、1.60倍和1.43倍。主成分分析表明,从31个因素中提取的与碳源利用相关的主成分1、主成分2和主成分3依次能够解释变量方差的70.08%、11.33%和7.02%;与3个主成分显著正相关的碳源有19种,其中与主成分1显著相关的是酚酸、糖类、氨基酸和胺类,与主成分2显著相关的是酚酸、糖类和脂肪酸类,而与主成分3显著相关的是糖类和羟基酸,对各主成分起分异作用的主要碳源分别是胺类和氨基酸。相关分析表明,土壤微生物总量与细菌数量、莴苣根长抑制率IR、AWCD、MBC、MBR及Shannon指数间存在显著的正相关;土壤微生物总量与莴苣根长抑制率IR间的显著正相关与水稻品种有关。可见,水稻根际土壤微生物群落、活性和功能多样性与水稻品种密切相关,这些变化可能对水稻田间化感潜力起到重要的调节作用。

Abstract: 为了进一步探究湿地的净化机制和生物地球化学循环过程,2004~2006年通过连续3 a对武汉动物园暴雨型人工湿地进行原位定期监测,主要研究了湿地孔隙水中铁锰的时空分布特征及其对氧化还原电位(oxidation reduction potential,ORP)的影响.结果表明,暴雨型湿地水位出现周期性的波动,水位的变化范围是-10~30 cm,孔隙水中ORP的变化范围是-120~220 mV,主要发生了硫、 铁和锰体系的氧化和还原.全锰、 全铁和亚铁离子的浓度变化范围分别是0.60~2.35、 0.75~1.89和0.20~1.25 mg·L-1,春夏季大于秋冬季,而硫酸盐的浓度在秋冬季大于春夏季,亚铁与全铁的比值季节性差异较小.在湿地孔隙水垂直方向上,ORP和pH沿垂直方向由表层10 cm到地下50 cm逐渐减少,全铁、 亚铁和全锰的离子浓度则不断升高(表层上覆水除外).通过相关性分析表明,湿地孔隙水中的ORP与亚铁和全锰的浓度相关性极显著,与全铁的相关性不显著(R=-0.169,p< 0.0001),均为负相关,其相关系数的大小顺序依次为全锰、 亚铁和全铁.

Abstract: For goodness of fit tests with simple null hypothesis, a class of supremum-type tests is investigated. Different parameter λ and different weighted function q(t) result in different tests, including the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Berk-Jones test and Reversed Berk-Jones test. It is well known that for different problems, the “best' tests are different. It is necessary to discuss the tests for all λ and the general q(t). In this paper, the supremum-type tests for all λ and general q(t) are discussed. The asymptotic distributions of these tests under the null and local alternative hypothesis are derived. Simulation results show that for different alternatives, the more powerful tests different, and there does not exist a uniformly powerful test for all the cases.

PI3K/Akt Signal Pathway Involved in the Cognitive Impairment Caused by Chronic Cerebral Hypoperfusion in Rats

Abstract: Chronic cerebral hypoperfusion (CCH) is a common pathophysiological state that usually occurs in conditions such as vascular dementia and Alzheimer's disease, both of which are characterized by cognitive impairment. In previous studies we found that learning capacity and memory were gradually impaired with CCH, which altered the expression of synaptophysin, microtubule associated protein-2, growth associated protein-43, brain-derived neurotrophic factor, nerve growth factor, N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor subunit 1, cAMP response element-binding protein and tau hyperphosphorylation in the hippocampus. However, the molecular basis of cognitive impairment in CCH remains obscure. Here we explore the hypothesis that the phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (Akt) signal pathway is involved in this type of cognitive impairment. In order to determine if the expression of PI3K, Akt and phosphorylated Akt (p-Akt) proteins are altered at different stages of CCH with differing levels of cognitive impairment. we performed permanent, bilateral occlusion of the common carotid arteries (2-VO) to induce CCH. Adult male SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group, 2-VO 1 week group, 2-VO 4 weeks group and 2-VO 8 weeks group. Behavior tests were utilized to assess cognitive abilities, while western blots were utilized to evaluate protein expression. Rats in the 2-VO groups spent less time exploring novel objects than those in the sham-operated group, and the discrimination ratio of the 2-VO 8 weeks group and the sham-operated group were higher than chance (0.50). Escape latencies in the Morris water maze task in the 2-VO 1 week group were longer than those in the sham-operated group on day 4 and day 5, while escape latencies in the 2-VO 4 weeks group were longer than those in the sham-operated group from day 3 to day 5. Escape latencies in 2-VO 8 weeks group were longer than those in the sham-operated group from day 2 to day 5. NE (northeast) square swimming times in the 2-VO 1 week group, 2-VO 4 weeks group and 2-VO 8 weeks group were shorter than that in the sham-operated group. Western blotting showed that the PI3K expression in the 2-VO 1 week group was lower than that in sham-operated group, while p-Akt expression in the 2-VO 8 weeks group was higher than that in the sham-operated group. There was a linear relationship between the PI3K expression and the discrimination ratio, as well as a linear relationship between the PI3K and NE square swimming time.
