A Theoretic Review of Emotion Regulation  [PDF]

Abstract: Emotion regulation has become a hot research topic in psychological research in recent years; this study reviewed the research on emotion regulation strategies in the last ten years, and the previous research focused on introducing a new concept of regulation strategy-reception strategy, and to explore the similarities and differences between the emotional response and the neural mechanism of cognitive assessment and the expression of inhibitory strategies. It was found that cognitive assessment could reduce the emotional experience, reduce the activation of the physiological response and sympathetic nervous system, and decrease the level of activation of the amygdala; while the inhibition of expression was able to reduce emotional behavior, but the physiological response and sympathetic nervous system activation was enhanced, and the level of activation of the amygdala did not decrease; at the same time, it was a kind of emotion regulation strategy between cognitive reappraisal and expression inhibition, the regulation effect of the emotion was better than that of the expression inhibition, but less than the cognitive reappraisal, in the neural mechanism, the three common brain areas.
Mechanical Design and Kinematic Simulation of Automated Assembly System for Relay  [PDF]

Abstract: By means of Solid Works, three-dimensional model of automated assembly system was established, and kinematic simulation based on Solid Works Motion of assembly process for relay was performed. The simulation results proved the feasibility of mechanical design. Eventually, the productivity was estimated based on simulation analysis. The mechanical design provided a solution with high reference value to practical design of automated assembly system for relay.

Abstract:
In the past years, bistatic Radar Cross Section (RCS) characteristic has been caught increasing attention. The paper presents a bistatic RCS measurement system of full-size goals, which uses photoelectric conversion technology to solve the problem that excessive electrical signal attenuation exits because of the large distance between sending and receiving antenna. The paper analyzes the basic principle of photoelectric conversion and RCS measurement system, applies photoelectric conversion technology to RCS measurement system, and tests whether RCS measurement system works well while using photoelectric conversion technology. The test results show that the system can efficiently obtain the bistatic RCS characteristic of full-size targets.
Taurine Protects Gut Barrier Function and Prevents Endothelial Cell Injury Induced by Ischaemia-Reperfusion  [PDF]

Abstract: Purpose: Gut permeability and microvascular injury following ischaemia/reperfusion (IR) have been implicated in the systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) and multiple organ failure (MOF). Taurine (TAU), a sulfur-containing amino acid, is a powerful antioxidant and regulator of intracellular calcium and several studies have established that treatment with TAU protects cerebral, cardiac and testicular tissue from (IR) injury. This study investigates the protective effect of taurine in an experimental model of I/R-induced gut injury in rats. Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into three groups: Control, I/R, TAU + I/R. TAU was given by gavage or intravenous injection before I/R. Ischaemia was induced by cross-clamping superior mesenteric and coeliac vascular pedicle for 20 - 30 min, followed by 60 - 180 min reperfusion. Gut permeability, blood flux, tissue oedema, leucocytes infiltration and eNOS expression were measured at 3 hrs following reperfusion using FD4. Leukocyte-endothelial interactions were determined by intra-vital microscopy during I/R.

Abstract: There are two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C26H26N4OS. In each molecule, the thienopyrimidine fused-ring system is essentially planar with a maximum deviation of 0.0409 (18) for the N atom. In one molecule, this ring system forms diherdral angles of 84.8 (1) and 67.6 (1)° with the adjacent phenyl and benzyl rings, respectively, while the corresponding angles in the other molecule are 77.9 (1) and 66.5 (1)°.
Preventive and therapeutic effects of Yishen Huanji Decoction on kidney injury in rats induced by simulation of military overtraining

Abstract: Objective: To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of Yishen Huanji Decoction (YSHJD), a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine, on military overtraining-induced kidney injury in a rat model.Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,untreated group and YSHJD-treated group. The military overtraining-induced kidney injury in rats was established by forcing to run on the treadmill for 8 weeks. The rats in YSHJD-treated group were administered with YSHJD at the same time. The 24-hour urines were collected every weekend for detecting the contents of urinary sediment, 24-hour urine total protein, 24-hour urine albumin and activity of N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG). The blood and renal tissues were collected after 8-week training, and the levels of serum urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (SCr) were detected. Angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) was detected by radioimmunoassay and activity of Na+, K+-ATPase in kidney was analyzed by chemical colorimetric method.Results: Compared with the normal control group, after 8-week training, the contents of 24-hour urine protein, activities of NAG in urine, and the levels of BUN and SCr in rats in the untreated group and YSHJD-treated group were obviously increased (P<0.05), and these parameters of the YSHJD-treated group were lower than those of the untreated group (P<0.05). The contents of AngⅡ in blood plasma and kidney of rats in the untreated group and YSHJD-treated group were higher than those of the normal control group (P<0.05), and had no statistical difference between the untreated group and YSHJD-treated group. Compared with the normal control group, the activity of Na+, K+-ATPase in kidney of rats in the untreated group was obviously decreased (P<0.05), and had no statistical difference between the normal control group and YSHJD-treated group. Conclusion: YSHJD can protect against military overtraining-induced kidney injury in rats by decreasing the contents of 24-hour urine protein, BUN and SCr, and the activity of NAG, and increasing the activity of Na+, K+-ATPase.

Abstract: Both in developed and developing countries, governments of all levels pay much attention to the weak industry----agriculture and try their best to find out the effective way to develop it. Cleaner production in agriculture is the effective way to realize sustainable development in China. According to the behavioral features of local governments and the actuality of agriculture development, the thesis holds that the realization of agricultural cleaner production depends on the interest games between economic bodies and perfect market system. Besides, set up the operation mechanism for agricultural products and factor markets will help the development of cleaner production. Local governments allocate the resources by controlling all kinds of markets. The thesis mainly discusses the local governments’ behavior models based on factor markets. Adjust the farmers’ production behaviors with the constraints of capital, lands, labor and so on. Optimize combination between multi-items. Local governments will influence farmers’ choice by changing their production functions. The thesis also analyzes how can local governments accelerate the process of agricultural cleaner production and improve competitive power in local areas by influencing the management environment of agricultural products’ producers. La production propre dans l’agriculture est une voie efficace pour réaliser le développement durable en Chine. Selon les caractéristiques comportementales des gouvernements locaux et l’actualité du développement agricole, le present essai pense que la réalisation de production propre agricole dépend du jeu d’intérêt entre les corps économiques et du système parfait du marché. En plus, instituer le mécanisme opérationnel pour les produits agricoles et les marchés de facteur aidera au développement de la production propre. Assessing the Impacts of Eurasian Snow Conditions on Climate Predictability with a Global Climate Model

Abstract: On the basis of two ensemble experiments conducted by a general atmospheric circulation model (Institute of Atmospheric Physics nine-level atmospheric general circulation model coupled with land surface model, hereinafter referred to as IAP9L_CoLM), the impacts of realistic Eurasian snow conditions on summer climate predictability were investigated. The predictive skill of sea level pressures (SLP) and middle and upper tropospheric geopotential heights at mid-high latitudes of Eurasia was enhanced when improved Eurasian snow conditions were introduced into the model. Furthermore, the model skill in reproducing the interannual variation and spatial distribution of the surface air temperature (SAT) anomalies over China was improved by applying realistic (prescribed) Eurasian snow conditions. The predictive skill of the summer precipitation in China was low; however, when realistic snow conditions were employed, the predictability increased, illustrating the effectiveness of the application of realistic Eurasian snow conditions. Overall, the results of the present study suggested that Eurasian snow conditions have a significant effect on dynamical seasonal prediction in China. When Eurasian snow conditions in the global climate model (GCM) can be more realistically represented, the predictability of summer climate over China increases.
ATP as an indicator of biomass activity in thermophilic upflow anaerobic sludge blanket reactor

Abstract: This work investigated the biomass activity in a thermophilic upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactor of wastewater treatment. Synthetic textile wastewater with pH 10-11, COD level of 2000-3000 mg/L was tested. Cellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in volatile solids (VS; mg ATP/gVS) was measured and expressed as specific ATP content to compare the biomass activity in up zone and lower zone in UASB reactor. The result shows that the specific ATP content based on total volatile solids (VS)in lower zone (0. 046 mgATP/gVS average) is much lower than that in up zone (0.62 mgATP/gVS average) due to high content of inactive biomass and high pH in lower zone. The SATP in up zone increases as HRT increases and approaches to a maximum value of 0.85 mgATP/gVS at HRT of 7h, then decreases. It shows most of the total VS in up zone represent active bacterial biomass at HRT of 7h. Rate of subtract utilization is directly related to the activity of microorganisms in the reactor. The effect of HRT on SATP in lower zone is not as significant as on SATP in up zone. The buffer capacity of the thermophilic UASB reactor is very good. It is the activity of sludge granules in lower zone that give the UASB reactor such a good buffer capacity to the inlet high pH.
