Jaime Castro-Martínez,Hernán Sierra-Mejía,Rita Flórez-Romero
Suma Psicológica , 2012,
Abstract: This paper presents a review of relations between dynamical systems and de-velopment theories. To do this, mentioned some background of the emergence of complex systems in psychology is mentioned, which result in their inclusion in developmental psychology, especially with the synergetic and its application to the problem of the motion of Bernstein. Explain Esther Thelen and Paul van Geert developmental psychology is eplained, which describes various properties of non-linear dynamical systems and some types of methods for studying psychological change. The paper concludes by pointing out some consequences of the implemen-tation of this approach and potential challenges for a science of change.

Revista Espa?ola de Documentación Científica , 2008,
Abstract: In the last decades, universities are undergoing new roles and tendencies which have important implications in their structure and procedures. Governments and institutions involved in higher education are implementing strategies to improve universities’ efficiency and to ensure the proper universities’ performance. In this sense, there are some studies that address the assessment of universities through the development and use of indicators’ systems. In this paper, we present a bibliographic review of those indicators’ systems used for the assessment of universities in the OECD countries, paying special attention to those applied in Spain. The study shows the complexity that means the analysis and the structure of the indicators proposed by the literature, mainly due to the use of indicators is not only a technical or neutral activity, but it implies to make valued judgments and answer predetermined objectives. Therefore, until now, there is not a consensus among all the organizations involved in the approach.
Commercial archaeology in Spain: a sectoral system of innovation?
Eva Parga-Dans,Elena Castro-Martínez,Ignacio Fernández De Lucio
Cuadernos de Gestión , 2012,
Abstract: The publication of the Spanish Heritage Act of 1985, and the development of the construction sector (especially large infrastructure) during the first decade of the 21st century have been the major factors to trigger the rise of commercial archeology in Spain. The objective of this work is to characterize this emerging sector. We analyze the learning, interaction and innovation mechanisms between various actors, verifying whether the approach of sectoral systems of innovation and production can contribute to understanding industry dynamics and future developments, especially when the contextual conditions that led to the inception of this sector do not exist anymore. The lack of systematic data about the sector led to the search of a variety of sources to develop a companies' database. The empirical study on the 273 registered companies was carried out in 2009. Results obtained in the study show the emergence of a sector composed of a great number of micro and small companies, whose employees are both, high skilled and have a strong focus on their local markets. This fact can be regarded as a consequence of the regulations the companies are subject to. Cooperation between the companies mentioned and other actors inside the system is high, and the interaction among them shows specific characteristics, significantly different from the ones observed in the rest of professional scientific and technical business activities. The future of the sector will largely depend on its ability to increasing the size of its companies, and to diversify and expand to other markets.

Revista iberoamericana de ciencia tecnolog?-a y sociedad , 2011,
Abstract: inter-firm cooperation is experiencing strong growth worldwide. this paper aims at analyzing this phenomenon considering the cooperation relationships on r&d and innovation between argentine and spanish firms. from the literature review, we surveyed a sample of 540 companies believed to have participated in cooperative projects, obtaining 104 responses. we analyzed various aspects of the process and cooperation results (firm profiles, patterns of cooperation, type of partners, leadership, agreement types, frequency, innovation activities and obstacles to cooperation). the results show that cooperation is not easy, but in contrast to the literature, it can be carried out by smes in high and medium technological sectors whose motives are primarily an opportunity for access to new markets and improved commercialization, rather than carrying out innovation activities. this has important implications for policies to support r&d and innovation, which would take into account the differences that affect cooperation in both countries according to the firms' size, the specific sector of activity and the funding conditions.

Independent C14 dating was contrasted to chronological sequences based on "Paracas Pottery" series, evidencing the paradoxes, contradictions and incoherence in the relative chronologies derived from historico-cultural axioms. The conclusion addresses key aspects for a sociology of Ocucaje and Tajo ceramics, in the framework of the La Puntilla Project (Nasca, lea).

A report of the results obtained from an experimental infection of the domestic dog Canis familiaris, with Corynosoma obtuscens Lincicome, 1943, which is an acanthocephale of great infectious capacity and unspecific for the ultimate host, for which it may be considered a potential parasite for the people who eat raw fish as "cebiche", a typical dish of our country, is given in the present work.
Abstract: The aim of this paper is to determine if the food policy of the Kingdom of Granada derived from the Andalusian one. This study demonstrates that the similarity of the almotacén and the food market rules in both cultures does not imply continuity, since they developed according to economically and culturally different patterns. Indeed, the homogenisation of food laws in the Kingdom of Granada may be explained because of its dependency on earlier Castilian laws, a dependency explained by the Crown's efforts to assimilate, as soon as possible, the conquered Andalusian lands through the extension of the same legal principles.
