Juntas de Buen Gobierno y constitucionalidad: autonomía de facto, autonomía de iure
Carrillo Nieto, Juan José;
Argumentos (México, D.F.) , 2006,
Abstract: this article presents a brief analysis of the indigenous autonomy organized by the zapatista communities around the juntas de buen gobierno since august 2003 and its relationship with the constitutional reform on indigenous rights approved by the mexican congress. comparing both autonomies, this article reflects on the constitutionality of the autonomy declared by the zapatista rebels.
La transformación del proyecto constitucional mexicano en el neoliberalismo
Carrillo Nieto, Juan José;
Política y cultura , 2010,
Abstract: this article analyses the values that gave historic weight to the mexican 1917 politic constitution, reviewing the reforms that have been done through out the neoliberalism. watching the reforms that articles 2, 3, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 130, among other had suffered, we can also look at the transformation of the social project produced by the asamblea constituyente in 1916 and 1917. the change in the relation between the church and the state, the indigene, educational and economic reforms, create a whole different country project, featuring an inter class way to relation with each other, different to that one product of the revolución mexicana.

Argumentos (México, D.F.) , 2006,

Baniandrés Rodríguez,O.; Nieto Perea,O.; Moya Alonso,L.; Carrillo Gijón,R.; Harto Casta?o,A.;
Anales de Medicina Interna , 2004, DOI: 10.4321/S0212-71992004000500009
Abstract: we report the case of a 61-year old man who, already for a month, had infiltrated plaques on the chest, back, neck and face as well as axilar lymphadenopathy, bearing a striking resemblance to lymphoma. during his stay in the hospital he had fever, sore throat, macules on the palms and soles and a depapilated plaque on the tongue and alopecia. a test for syphilis confirmed the diagnosis. the hiv serology was also positive. the nodular secondary syphilis is an unusual form that was first documented more than 20 years ago. since then, only a few cases have been reported in which the first diagnosis included lymphoreticular malignancy. this form of secondary syphilis was found in the hiv-infected as well as non-infected patients. we discuss the atypical clinical course, the inappropriate serological reactions and the therapy in hiv infected patients with secondary syphilis.
Apomixis y su importancia en la selección y mejoramiento de gramineas forrajeras tropicales: Revisión
Quero Carrillo, Adrián R.;Enríquez Quiroz, Javier F.;Morales Nieto, Carlos R.;Miranda Jiménez, Leonor;
Revista mexicana de ciencias pecuarias , 2010,
Abstract: apomixis is a reproductive system resulting in seed production without gametes fusion, and produces, through generations, offspring that is a genetic copy from the maternal progenitor. apomixis importance is widespread among tropical grasses: bothriochloa, bouteloua, brachiaria, callipedium, cenchrus, dichanthium, eragrostis, hyparrhenia, melinis, panicum, paspalum, pennisetum, setaria, tripsacum, urochloa, among the most important. apomictic species contain diploid as well as polyploid individuals conforming "agamic complexes" and reproductive barriers limited both by apomixis as well as ploidy level which has a great impact on apomictic species utilization. diploid individuals maintain active the sexuality and these are rare out of the center of specie's genetic origin center. polyploid individuals in nature are apomictic, and sexual individuals may be induced to polyploidy in the laboratory, allowing hybrid descendants production. genetic richness originated within the specie's center of diversity is the basis to overcome productive challenges and ecological stability: dry season productivity, nitrogen fixation, forage quality, pest and disease resistance, etc.; as it has been shown by successful breeding programs for brachiaria and panicum, between the most recognized for latin america, and cenchrus in usa. apomixis research advancements has elucidated the biology for this reproductive process as well as the techniques for its manipulation; however, the impact of this advancements on forage research in méxico has promoted a critical review on forage genetic resources utilization, resulting in an increased interest on hybrid material production to face the requirements for extensive grazing production systems in mexico.
Division-Algebras/Poincare-Conjecture Correspondence  [PDF]
Juan Antonio Nieto
Journal of Modern Physics (JMP) , 2013, DOI: 10.4236/jmp.2013.48A005
Abstract:

We briefly describe the importance of division algebras and Poincaré conjecture in both mathematical and physical scenarios. Mathematically, we argue that using the torsion concept one can combine the formalisms of division algebras and Poincaré conjecture. Physically, we show that both formalisms may be the underlying mathematical tools in special relativity and cosmology. Moreover, we explore the possibility that by using the concept of n-qubit system, such conjecture may allow generalization the Hopf maps.

Some Mathematical and Physical Remarks on Surreal Numbers  [PDF]
Juan Antonio Nieto
Journal of Modern Physics (JMP) , 2016, DOI: 10.4236/jmp.2016.715188
Abstract: We make a number of observations on Conway surreal number theory which may be useful, for further developments, in both mathematics and theoretical physics. In particular, we argue that the concepts of surreal numbers and matroids can be linked. Moreover, we established a relation between the Gonshor approach on surreal numbers and tensors. We also comment about the possibility to connect surreal numbers with supersymmetry. In addition, we comment about possible relation between surreal numbers and fractal theory. Finally, we argue that the surreal structure may provide a different mathematical tool in the understanding of singularities in both high energy physics and gravitation.
