Abstract: The present study propose an analyze of Samuel Beckett’s work, Endgame, according to the observation of Freud, Bachelard, Didi-Huberman and Winnicott, searching to evidence that the characters of the Irish writer on the contrary as it has been said aren’t stagnant for the creative act in e which they all are submitted along the text printing into the fiction a metafiction make them surpass the limited situation en which they are. We will try alone this propose of the play’s reading to understand dynamics of the repetition done in staging of order of the game, associating it, above all to the Winnicott’s theory over the transitional object and space in potential. Our proposal is to point that the rubrics marks an interval between memory and experience over a fund of essential cruelty. A century marked by the war, that makes latent the lack of language, only possible by means of its own staging

Abstract: The aim of this work is to promote a reading of social and cultural aspect of Brazil the period from 1922 to 1945 considering the poetic of Mario de Andrade in his Poesias Completas. The tension with reality felt by his lyricism joined in his poems as weel as the variousmasks that he embodies to paint his time, will be analyzed according to the changes witch took place in his poetry form.
Diagnosticando patologias monetárias: seus impactos sobre a atividade produtiva na vis?o de Keynes e Veblen
Cardoso, Fernanda;Lima, Gilberto Tadeu;
Estudos Econ?micos (S?o Paulo) , 2006, DOI: 10.1590/S0101-41612006000200005
Abstract: this paper, which draws upon keynes' conception of monetary pathologies, focuses on the psychological dimension of monetary relations - money-loving and money-making - and their impacts on the production process and social well-being. in an attempt to provide a more elaborated analytical and theoretical foundation to such conception, we also draw upon some of veblen's writings, with a view to suggest some tentative answers to an intriguing question one may raise upon reading keynes' 1930 essay "the economic possibilities for our grandchildren": why - and how - would come about a change of values such as the one envisaged by keynes, which would lead people to assess the money-motive at its true value, as a pathology, and to devote major attention to the true art of good life?

Cultura Visual , 2009,
The purpose of this article is to present some aspects of the production process of the stained glass windows ordered for the Metropolitan Cathedral of Vitória and performed by craftsman César Alexandre Formenti, who owned an atelier of stained glass windows and mosaic in the first half of the 20th century. Our methodology was a comparison between the works of this craftsman for different religious temples in Rio de Janeiro and Vitória. We attribute to the stained glass windows the notion of image-object, expression borrowed from Jérome Baschet, as we believe in the interdependency between the artistic object, the culture and the political praxis of a specific historical context. The stained glass windows ordered for the cathedral of Vitória show clear evidence of the existing devotion in the cathedral at the beginning of the century, and were idealized under the light of the Romanized politics of the Church. They had an ornamental function, their stylistic repertories were based on European models, and they were conceived in a collective, workshop-like practice of work.

Abstract: The linearity, stability, accuracy and inter-day precisions of the assay method were evaluated in water, soil and rhizomes and leaves of Hedychium coronarium of the Zingiberaceae family. Mato Grosso do Sul is a predominantly agricultural state in Brazil and has many rivers and permanent and seasonal lakes, in which the Hedychium coronarium, an aquatic plant, is found the swampy environments. The prepared samples were analyzed quantitatively by High Performance Liquid Chromatography with PDA and UV detection for the presence of thiamethoxam. The thiamethoxam was recovered from these samples at rates ranging from 81.16% - 99.93%. The coefficient of variation in the quantitative analysis of the thiamethoxam was under 5%. The linearity of the method was determined by linear regression. The analysis of the samples spiked with known amounts of analyte demonstrated that the response was proportional to the concentrations of the samples with determination coefficients of r2 = 0.9992 (water and soil) and r2 = 0.9990 (leaves and rhizomes) for the linear range of the analytical calibration curves of the samples. The detection limit was 0.36 μg.L-1 and quantification limit was 1.2 μg.L-1 for thiamethoxam. The method was considered sensitive for quantification of the thiamethoxam in water, soil and rhizomes and leaves of Hedychium coronarium.
A concep??o de Keynes do sistema econ?mico como um todo organico complexo
Cardoso, Fernanda Graziela;Lima, Gilberto Tadeu;

Abstract: this paper claims that some elements of the complexity approach, which has been recently applied to economics, were already contained in keynes' economics, and argues for the fecundity of an interaction between them. one of the central ideas of the complexity approach is that individual actions have unintended overall consequences as a result of a self-organization process, which allows the functioning of the system. keynes played around with the idea of unintended consequences of individual actions, for instance, in the formulation of the paradox of parsimony, in the analysis of the expectations formation, and in the inclusion of the multiplier effect. it is argued that the complexity of the economy, from keynes' perspective, is firstly related to the complexity of the human being. also, it is suggested that keynes' view of the economy as a complex organism was influenced by the philosopher g. e. moore.
Anisotropy in MgB2
Lima, O. F. de;Cardoso, C. A.;
Brazilian Journal of Physics , 2003, DOI: 10.1590/S0103-97332003000400014
Abstract: the first direct measurement of an anisotropic superconducting property in mgb2 was achieved for the bulk nucleation field hc2, in a sample of aligned crystallites. it was found a ratio g(t) = habc2/ hcc2= 1.6 - 1.9, for t varying from 32 k to 26k, between h applied parallel to the ab plane, and along the c direction. the anisotropy of the induced critical current density was evaluated through the bean model to be abc/ jcc? 1.5. we present here a brief review of these studies in connection with current results found in the literature.

Abstract: \"Is it possible to promote the construction of knowledge about phenotypic plasticity expressed by plants among elementary school students?” To answer this question, it was proposed to carry out experiments together with second year students of elementary school using the plant popularly known as Boldo Mirim (Plectranthus neochilus Schlechter). The objective of present study was to describe the results of the experiment performed on cuttings of Boldo Mirim raised in two types of soil [plant compost + poultry manure (3:1) or earthworm humus + bovine manure (1:1)], two types of light source (20 W lamp or sunshine) at four intensity (10%, 30%, 50%, or 100%). This experiment was attended by 21 children with ages ranging from 10 incomplete years to 10 years old. The positive experimental results showed how the light source and the nutritional richness of the soil are important determinants of plant survival and growth. The negative results involving absence of root development in plants under artificial lighting (20 W lamp) instigated the children to elaborate a hypothesis to be tested explaining this. The children’s drawings made after the planting and at the end of the experiments plus the answers obtained during group discussions revealed that they were able to build knowledge about the ability of plants to respond to environmental variables such as soil type and sunshine intensity, expressing phenotypic plasticity.
