Discussion on Teaching Method of Organizational Behavior under Constructivism Teaching Theory

Abstract: The article discussed suitable teaching method of organizational behavior under constructivism teaching theory, which combined with course characteristic and teaching practice. The teacher sets up the study optimum environment, promote students to take use of interactive study model and encourage students think in order to achieve knowledge meaning construction under happy environment of teaching and studying. Key words: constructivism; organizational behavior; teaching theory; teaching method Résumé: L'article a examiné la méthode de l'enseignement adaptée de comportements organisationnels sous la théorique de l’enseignement de constructivisme, qui combine les caractéristiques de cours et la pratique pédagogique. L'enseignant met en place le meilleur environnement d'études, incite les étudiants à prendre le modèle d'étude interactif et les encourage de réfléchir en vue de parvenir à la construction de connaissance et de sens dans un environnement d'enseignement et d'études heureux. Abstract: In this paper, we analyzed calling the age to product or service for consumer demand living in the word. We come to a conclusion that speed or time is the key factors for enterpriser for competing intensely. So, the paper proposes JIT system achieve the tasks. Later, we address thoroughly the meaning of Just-in-time production system from speed and time angles and present two goals ultimate goal and the supporting goals implementation successfully. According to goal, this paper analyzed that implementing JIT should be achieved requires and carry out approaches. At last, this paper provided that JIT contribute benefits and causes to problem. Nonetheless, JIT is a robust production system for manufacturer and consumer. Moreover, I believe that it advent and it will be a main stream of a fluid production system for the future. Key words: just-in-time production system; fast delivery; continue quality improvement; manufacturing cells Résumé: Dans cette mémoire, nous analysons la vocation de l’age à produire ou à servir pour la vie de la demande consommatrice dans le monde. Nous venons à une conclusion que la vitesse ou le temps est les facteurs clés en faveur de l’entrepreneur dans le but de rivaliser profondément. Donc, la mémoire propose le système JIT accomplit les taches. Ensuite, nous adressons à fond le sens du système producteur JIT de la vitesse et les angles de temps et présentons deux buts, but ultime et l’implémentation des buts soutenant successivement. D’après le but, cette mémoire analyse que l’implémentation JIT doit être accomplie les demandes et exécuter les propositions. Enfin, cette mémoire fournit que le JIT contribue les avantages et les causes au problème. Malgré tout, JIT est un système robuste producteur pour les fabricants et les consommateurs. En plus, je crois qu’il se réalisera et sera un torrent d’un système producteur fluide pour l’avenir. Prealbumin is predictive for postoperative liver insufficiency in patients undergoing liver resection

Abstract: AIM: To investigate the risk factors for postoperative liver insufficiency in patients with Child-Pugh class A liver function undergoing liver resection. METHODS: A total of 427 consecutive patients undergoing partial hepatectomy from October 2007 to April 2011 at a single center (Department of Hepatic SurgeryI, Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital, Shanghai, China) were included in the study. All the patients had preoperative liver function of Child-Pugh class A and were diagnosed as having primary liver cancer by postoperative histopathology. Surgery was performed by the same team and hepatic resection was carried out by a clamp crushing method. A clamp/unclamp time of 15 min/5 min was adopted for hepatic inflow occlusion. Patients’ records of demographic variables, intraoperative parameters, pathological findings and laboratory test results were reviewed. Postoperative liver insufficiency and failure were defined as prolonged hyperbilirubinemia unrelated to biliary obstruction or leak, clinically apparent ascites, prolonged coagulopathy requiring frozen fresh plasma, and/or hepatic encephalopathy. The incidence of postoperative liver insufficiency or liver failure was observed and the attributing risk factors were analyzed. A multivariate analysis was conducted to determine the independent predictive factors. RESULTS: Among the 427 patients, there were 362 males and 65 females, with a mean age of 51.1 ± 10.4 years. Most patients (86.4%) had a background of viral hepatitis and 234 (54.8%) patients had liver cirrhosis. Indications for partial hepatectomy included hepatocellular carcinoma (391 patients), intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (31 patients) and a combination of both (5 patients). Hepatic resections of ≤ 3 and ≥ 4 liver segments were performed in 358 (83.8%) and 69 (16.2%) patients, respectively. Seventeen (4.0%) patients developed liver insufficiency after hepatectomy, of whom 10 patients manifested as prolonged hyperbilirubinemia unrelated to biliary obstruction or leak, 6 patients had clinically apparent ascites and prolonged coagulopathy, 1 patient had hepatic encephalopathy and died on day 21 after surgery. On univariate analysis, age ≥ 60 years and prealbumin < 170 mg/dL were found to be significantly correlated with postoperative liver insufficiency (P = 0.045 and P = 0.009, respectively). There was no statistical difference in postoperative liver insufficiency between patients with or without hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and esophagogastric varices. Common syndrome factors of menopausal syndrome based on questionnaire investigation among experts

Abstract: Objective: To select the common syndrome factors of menopausal syndrome through questionnaire investigation among experts.Methods: Firstly, a questionnaire was constructed on the basis of our previous research, and then investigation of the experts by the questionnaire was carried out. The experts came from twelve tertiary hospitals (6 cities) in China, and engaged in clinical practice of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) or integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The common TCM syndrome factors of menopausal syndrome were selected based on consent degree of the experts in mean value, full marks ratio, rank sum and variation coefficient.Results: One hundred sets of the questionnaires were sent out and ninety-eight sets were returned back. The callback rate was 98%. In accordance with cumulative percentage of expert agreement and complete agreement more than 50% and the coefficient variation less than 0.25, we confirmed the common TCM syndrome factors of menopause syndrome. The syndrome factors related to disease location were kidney, liver, heart, and spleen, and those related to the nature of disease were yin deficiency, deficiency of essence, yang deficiency, hyperactivity of yang, qi deficiency, qi stagnation, blood deficiency, and blood stasis.Conclusion: Expert consultation questionnaire can collect consensus opinions of experts and is effective for identifying common TCM syndrome factors of a disease. The TCM syndrome factors acquired through the study may provide the evidence for establishment of TCM syndrome diagnosis criteria for the disease in future.
An Empirical Study of the Performance of University Teachers Based on Organizational Commitment, Job Stress, Mental Health and Achievement Motivation

Abstract: This paper defines and analyzes the concept of the performance of university teachers and identifies the four variables of organizational commitment, job stress, mental health and achievement motivation. Thus, this paper puts forward the hypothesis that the four variables-organizational commitment, job stress, mental health, and achievement motivation play a part in teachers’ job performance. Finally the conceptual model of the job performance of teachers is established based on the above four variables. In research based on interviews, a survey was conducted among some teachers in colleges and universities in Xi'an. Through SEM analysis, the results show that the sustained commitment has a negative effect on work performance while emotional commitment has a positive effect on work performance. Work stress has a positive effect on work performance but mental health has a negative effect on work performance, which is not consistent with the hypothesis. Studies also find that emotion commitment is the intermediary variable of the sustained commitment to job performance. Work pressure is the intermediary variable of work pressure affecting job performance whereas there is a positive correlation between achievement motivation and mental health. Lattice Boltzmann simulation of behaviour of particles moving in blood vessels under the rolling massage

Abstract: The rolling massage is one of the most important manipulations in Chinese massage, which is expected to eliminate many diseases. Here, the effect of the rolling massage on a pair of particles moving in blood vessels under rolling massage manipulation is studied by the lattice Boltzmann simulation. The simulated results show that the motion of each particle is considerably modified by the rolling massage, and it depends on the relative rolling velocity, the rolling depth, and the distance between particle position and rolling position. Both particles' translational average velocities increase almost linearly as the rolling velocity increases, and obey the same law. The increment of the average relative angular velocity for the leading particle is smaller than that of the trailing one. The result is helpful for understanding the mechanism of the massage and to further develop the rolling techniques.
