Abstract: 气候变化、生物多样性及生物资源等方面的热点研究越来越多地涉及到水生生物,<濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约>(CITES)也日益关注水生野生动物的贸易管理问题.自CITES第九届缔约国大会以来,CITES附录物种的讨论中越来越多地出现水生生物种类,有关的管理机制正在不断完善之中.中国是水生生物的利用大国,CITES对水生生物贸易的管理将会对我国产生深远影响.本文对CITES中水生生物的管理情况进行了回顾,同时结合公约第十四届缔约国人会的最新信息,分析了目前的热点问题,探讨了其对我国水生生物管理的影响.分析结果表明,CITES对水生生物的管理正在不断扩展,力度不断增强,CITES正趋于参与商业开发水生物种的管理.有鉴于此,建议加强水生生物资源利用及管理方面的基础性研究,为资源保护、可持续利用及国家制订公约履约策略提供依据.

本文从个人成长的经历探讨了产学研用结合推进国家级水生生物学系列课程教学团队建设的经验和体会,认为多投入、下苦工是提高教学效果的基础,广实践、增才干是提高教学水平的关键,产学研、升素质是提高教学质量的有效途径。
The experience and thinking of constructing the national hydrobiology teach group by industry- university-research-application cooperative education were discussed. Concrete experiences were: more investment and strengthening the construction of the troop with the young teacher as the strut were the basis of improving teaching effect; in-depth specialty practice and increasing talent were the key to enhance teach level and industry-university-research cooperation education and raising quality were the effective path to improve the quality of teaching.

Abstract: 本文以澜沧江下游为研究区域,调查分析浮游植物/动物的物种数、密度以及生物多样性等生态指标的空间变化。结果表明:澜沧江下游区域浮游植物共有80种,以蓝藻门、绿藻门和硅藻门最常见;总体上浮游植物种类数以及细胞数量由上游至下游逐渐下降的趋势;多样性指数、均匀度指数和多样性阀值均较大,说明该流域浮游植物群落组成的稳定性大、水域生态环境良好。同时,发现浮游动物37种,轮虫类占据绝对优势;浮游动物种类数量以及浮游动物密度由上游至下游区域呈现出波动下降的趋势;浮游动物的生物多样性指数、均匀度指数和多样性阀值均较大,说明研究区段浮游动物群落稳定性较高,水域生态环境较好。此研究表明澜沧江下游区域的水生态环境总体较好,但存在中小程度的污染或者干扰。
This paper investigated the spatial characteristics of aquatic ecological environment of Lang-cangjiang River along the downstream zones. There were several ecological indicators selected to be analyzed, including species composition, density, dominant species and diversity of both the phytoplankton and zooplankton communities. The result showed that there were 80 species and the dominant species included Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta. In general, the number of species and cell density of phytoplankton decreased along the upstream-to-downstream gradient. Moreover, there were high levels of species diversity, evenness and threshold value of species diversity. This supports that the aquatic ecological environment is under a safe condition, and the species composition of phytoplankton is stable in this area. There were 37 species of zooplankton including Rotifera, Cladocera and Copepods. Rotifera was the dominant species. The number of species and cell density of zooplankton decreased with some fluctuation along the upstream-to-downstream gradient in this area. There were also high levels of species diversity, evenness and threshold value of species diversity of zooplankton. It was more supported that aquatic ecological was under safe condition and species composition of zooplankton. All the analysis showed that Landcangjiang River was under relatively healthy condition, although it was disturbed by some human activities and pollution.

Abstract: 介绍了水生生物粒径谱概念,粒径谱理论的提出背景及其发展历程。综述了浮游生物、底栖生物、微型生物和鱼类粒径谱的研究现状;并以粒径谱理论在鱼类潜在产量估算方面的应用为重点,介绍了粒径谱理论的应用。回顾了国内生物粒径谱研究现状;结合新陈代谢理论、宏生态学与粒径谱理论的联系,新的粒径测量手段的应用,传统分类方法与粒径方法的关系,以及粒径谱模型研究的特点,展望未来粒径谱研究的前景。认为粒径谱研究已经历了半个多世纪的发展和多个领域的应用,给人们以区别于传统物种分类的崭新视角,成为生态学研究,尤其是水生生态学研究的热点。目前水生生物包括浮游生物、底栖生物、微型生物和鱼类粒径谱/生物量谱的分析方法、模型和理论研究已取得了一些进展,但由于各类生物个体形态、结构呈现多样化,数据获取的难度以及其他各种因素影响,使得研究工作发展缓慢,海洋生物粒径谱研究尤其困难。随着海洋生物资源评估、利用与渔业生态系统管理的需要,应重视加强粒径谱/生物量谱的研究,包括不同类型生物的粒径分布曲线、捕食与被捕食之间的关系、新陈代谢特征、时空尺度变异、粒径谱模型的假设条件和新模型的建立,以及先进测量技术应用等,这将是今后粒径谱/生物量谱研究需要引起关注的重点内容。

Abstract: Mathematical models of heavy metal bioaccumulation have shown considerable predictive power for environmental management and scientific research. To increase the prediction ability, the protocols and dynamic coefficients need to be improved. Among the models developed for heavy metal bioaccumulation, the biodynamic model including water phase and diet pathway has the potential to be the foundation of a future comprehensive model.

Abstract: A study was carried to assess the effects of low pH (treatment under pH 3.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, and 6.0) on aquatic organisms of different trophic levels. Results indicated that at pH 5.5-8.3 the fluctuation of the abundance of aquatic organisms was generally normal. At pH 5.0, abundance of zooplankton increased while abundance of algae and heterotrophic bacteria reduced because the later two categories were repressed by a large quantity of zooplankton. At pH 5.0, abundance of pulmonata, aquatic insects and duckweed reduced and growth rates of fish decreased. At pH 4.5, abundance of zooplankton descended rapidty while pulmonata and duckweed descended progressively. When a few predator presented, algae and heterotrophic bacteria increased and a large number of acid resistingl arvae of aquatic insects (Chirononus dorsalis) hatched. At pH 3.0, abundance of zooplankton, pulmonata, aquatic insect, duckweed and heterotrophic bacteria reduced to zero. The resisting threshold of aquatic organisms to low pH was within the range of pH 5.0-5.5.
关于物种濒危等级标准之探讨——对iucn物种濒危等级的思考

Abstract: ?为了保存地球上的生物多样性,我们需要根据物种的种群数量与分布、种群数量波动与分布区下降速率来评定濒危物种的濒危等级,并针对物种的濒危等级提出具体的保护措施。1994年11月,iucn第40次理事会会议正式通过了经过修订的mace-lande物种濒危等级标准作为iucn物种濒危等级标准。iucn濒危物种红色名录虽然不是国际法和国家法律,但是对于政府间组织、非政府组织的保护决策以及各国的自然法律法规的制定有着深远的影响,在保护生物学理论研究中也发挥了一定作用。我们在研究制定中国水生野生生物濒危等级标准时发现,如果直接应用iucn物种濒危等级标准评定水生野生生物濒危等级将存在一些问题。如:(1)如何区别对待那些本来就数量稀少、分布区狭窄的物种和那些由于人类活动而导致其种群数量与生境面积急剧下降的物种?(2)不同的动物类群能否应用同一濒危标准尺度?(3)如何区别对待物种边缘分布区和核心分布区的种群数量与密度的差异?(4)如何处理种群的局部灭绝、局部濒危?(5)一些濒危物种在野生环境中濒危,但是这些物种可以人工繁殖,如何处理可以人工繁殖的濒危物种?(6)如果没有种群与栖息地的精确历史资料和统计数据,怎样应用物种的濒危标准评估其濒危等级?在实践中,我们针对这些问题提出了解决方案。考虑与国际流行的iucn物种濒危等级标准接轨,我们提出来一个由“无危”、“值得关注”、“受胁”、“濒危”和“灭绝”等5个级构成的濒危等级系统,其中“值得关注”、“受胁”、“濒危”又分为“一般”与“高度”两个亚等级。我们提出应区分“生态濒危物种”、“进化濒危物种”;对于不同生物类群,应区分物种的生活史对策,制定不同生活史物种的濒危标准。对于r-对策物种,引入“经济灭绝”这一等级,将这一等级对应于“受胁”等级,以解决缺少物种数量的统计数据和历史数据这一难题;区别对待特有物种,将其濒危等级提升一等;引进集合种群(metapopulation)概念,将集合种群的局域种群(localpopulation)作为“个体”对待。
